Brakes made a funny noise they'd never heard before but ultimately it wasn't their fault, tires wound up having a manufacturing defect so not their fault either, and alignment they redid but the steering wheel was still off center while driving. So big picture - nothing out of this world in terms of expectations of their abilities to fix.) Instead, they call and tell me "It's not a good fit working with you." This is work they originally did, that I even offered to pay for it to be checked again, and they're now telling me "We're not working with you anymore. Find someone else." I would stay away from any mechanic that doesn't stand by the work they do.

I was traveling through the area in a motorhome, and had a problem with my suspension. I called United Roadside, and they agreed to look at it. Within a 1/2 hour of arriving, a mechanic had diagnosed the problem, and asked for my OK to order parts. The parts arrived within an hour, and they went right to work making the repairs. By the end of the workday, everything was fixed, and I was rolling out of there.

Bottom line Vita does good work they are fair and reasonable. I am a convert now!
