I decided to try this spot during my lunch time and was dissatisfied with their wait time. It took almost 40 minutes to get me 3 pupusas that I ordered. They were not busy, and it was not very welcoming. I am hoping this was just an off day because service typically tends to be top tier at Salvadoran restaurants. The environment was a bit unsettling. Anyways, I ordered three pupusas one revuelta, one frijol y queso, and one queso y loroco. The food was amazing, it was very delicious, and the flavors were well integrated. Is it worth a 40 minute wait? Absolutely not. I'd recommend ordering ahead over the phone if your time is limited. The Jamaica was too sweet for my liking, it doesn't have the tart flavor I normally appreciate but if you are indifferent to sugar, I can see it being good. Give them a try, you may have a better experience than I did. read more

Ratings and reviews aren't that great but recommendations from a Salvadoran itself got me to try this. I had a magical home style like breakfast with my dad this morning. Delicious food and fresh. We had the platillo typico it had scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes and jalapeño accompanied by refried beans and platanos con crema perfect combination. They have pupusa specials Mondays and Tuesday's will return for those! Service is chill it's great that no one is rushing us out. read more

Don't be fooled by low reviews. Great place that my family has been coming to for 25 years. I've never found better Pupusas Revueltas. Let me start off by saying, the pupusas were really good. It was the rest of the experience that was disappointing. I called in and placed an order for 10 pupusas. When I arrived to pick up the order, they acted like an order had not been placed.I verified the phone number to make sure I was at the right restaurant. After they asked another employee, the order was magically found. While I was waiting, I noticed a few things. There were people drinking at the bar while we are in the middle of a pandemic and bars are not allowed to be open to the public. At one point, an employee or owner walked behind the counter and into the kitchen with no mask on. Overall, the food was good, but I do not think they are conducting their business to the CDC guidelines, and I felt extremely uncomfortable insides read more

Food is decent but what really bugged me is the "prices change without notice" so why put prices on the menu? If your response is "we have a notice on the menu" Just make up numbers because that's what it felt like. We went to eat with my family an all was good till I got my check. Turns out a small drink that is on the menu at $3 or $4 was actually $10 each"that's the price tonight". You can imagine my frustration when 4 non alcoholic drinks which were for kids came out to $40 no refills and a ton of ice. Plus the food! For what I spent I could have taken my family somewhere worth. Someone warned me before going there. "Be careful if you go there. They will get you. Specially if you're drinking booze. They'll start charging you what they feel like! " they also mentioned if you catch a buzz here they will see you as an easy target. Enter at your own risk. Confirm prices before you order. Maybe even have them bring you the check first. read more

Pupusas and horchata are the best!!! Everything tastes great however so you can't go wrong with anything you order. Food is always ready and hot when I do order pick up. Good customer service and clean restaurant. Must try! read more

Love their pupusas !! the flavor of the food is just delicious. Definitely worth coming to spend your money for tasty food.

Disturbingly loud music, questionable cleanliness, and poor customer service. The pupusas are amazing!!! ORDER AHEAD, pick it up, take it home, and have a good effing time. They take forever but ahhh, I think it's worth it. Yum. read more

Horrible customer service! Our food took over an hour to get to our table and just a bit warm. We ordered drinks which also took so long and to top it off drinks were TASTELESS no flavor and watered down. Maybe all due to the fact that the waitress were drinking and dancing with the customers(men) by the bar area. Our bill came out to almost $300 really was not worth it at all every time we tried to get the attention of the waitress we had to wait till she was done dancing or flirting with the men around her.The other waitress on duty was braiding her hair behind the bar and drinking ...I would give it 0 starts but unfortunately to leave a review I have to at least give them 1 star..SAVE your money and go elsewhere !!!! read more

I've been here a few times and have had horrible experiences. It's close to my home so I thought if I came enough it would get better. Not one bit. Horrible Servibe, negative attitudes, plus I feel like they hate Americans. If you speak English, they won't like you. If you even look a little well of, they won't like you. You can feel the hatred. I an never coming back. the food is disgusting as well very expensive for the small servings they give you. Stay away. Don't say you weren't warned. read more

DONT COME HERE, NO VENGAN AQUÍ It shouldn't take an hour to give you a scoop of retried beans , two eggs and two plátanos. We phone ordered 12 bean and cheese pupusas and instead they gave us 12 pork. We ripped 4 of them in half b/c when the first one wasn't pork, we started checking the rest. Even though we had to drive 30 minutes round trip to exchange them they wanted to only exchange 8 of the 12 b/c 4 of them were ripped. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! At this point I wanted a refund b/c I was so irritated with the situation and they refused so I had to argue with them until I got 12. They messed up the order and expected me to just pay them $8 for food I did not receive. There have been plenty of times they shorted me 1 pupusa and still charged me! After this, I will never go back to this place. Vicki was the one who gave horrible customer service! Not to mention they don't speak English so the whole time I was arguing with Vicki, she didn't even look at me and only looked and responded to my friend who was translating everything. They will hang up on you if you call and try to order in English. I understand it is a Salvadorean restaurant, but we live in the United States and if you want better business then you need to provide better customer service! I would recommend trying another restaurant if you are in the mood for Salvadorean food. read more

Really good pupusas. I get the plain cheese ones or the cheese/beans kind. The way you eat them (if you haven't had the chance to eat pupusas) is that you smother them in that coleslaw stuff they give you, add as much hot sauce as you like, and enjoy! read more

Not the best pupusas around but definitely my number two choice. The Sopa de Gallina (that's hen- not chicken- soup) is EXCELLENT though. They use real, fresh hen instead of chickens pumped with steroids. For those of you not used to this kind of soup, you might find it (the soup, not the hen) a little greasy at first but it's perfectly seasoned and tastes just like the one in the soup house my grandpa used to take me to back in El Salvador. read more

Pupusa's were good but the service was very slow. Also the waitress only spoke spanish. We asked for another set of utensils and waited about 5 min to get it. If you dont have a language barrier, I would recommend going here or else a different spot. read more

This place used to be amazing. When I was a student, I'd come here on lunch with some classmates. I'm here right now and the server spoke to me in Spanish and i said "I'm sorry i don't speak Spanish" to which i got the DIRTIEST look from her and she said "here or to go". Her smile immediately disappeared. Sorry I'm Mexican but don't speak Spanish. I was born and raised here in the US. My bad. I ordered a Pupusa for myself and my boyfriend order himself a Pupusa and a tamale. We got stale chips with salsa, and the server brought me my Pupusa with no forks or napkins. But brought some to everyone else. I walked up and grabbed our utensils from their plastic bins and told her my boyfriend ordered a Pupusa as well. Got up a second time 10 minutes later to remind her. She argued that that's not what we ordered. JUST GIVE US OUR F*CKING PUPUSA, LADY. My boyfriend still hasn't gotten his Pupusa. We're ready to leave. F this place. EDIT: she took my food before I could finish. Thanks. EDIT: wait I'm still in shock lmao really? Even when I said "wait I'm not done" she took my plate yeah don't f*cking come here. Pupusas are cheap anywhere don't waste your money at this sh*thole read more
