    Burrito

Good food but they forgot to put cheese in my burrito (its supposed to come w cheese...) and they left an avocado peel inside. Also, the cheese in the quesadilla wasn't even fully melted

Reyes fries (Fries with a hint of carne asada)

For $19 & change I would expect my carne asada fries to be more generous with meat. But they just lightly sprinkle the top layer with meat and make the rest of the plate look appetizing. Overall taste was 6/10, definitely not worth spending close to $20 for this

honestly this place has great food and but terrible customer service. tell me how ordering 12 tacos = 1 small bag of chips that at most has 15 tortilla chips. They state it's their policy but if I ordered each item separately I would then have 4 bags of chips that makes absolutely no sense. But if you eat in person you can also have more chips? Because of this I will NOT be back here. Tried supporting a small business but was met with greed. Then got home and the food is terribly packed with beans all over the food. A disappointment to say the least

Tacos Reyes just have the best tacos! Always hits the spot! Made to order tacos! Ask for the salsa on the side unless you like your tacos really spicy! I always get the Tacos & Burritos here but I'm sure everything here is amazing!

This is one of my go-to taco spots and I find myself coming here more often than I probably should since it's down the street. The staff is always very kind and quick, which I appreciate. The place is cute and has a bright atmosphere, thanks to the colors and lights. It's on the smaller side, but there are lots of self-seating options to choose from. My tacos are always packed with chicken and their salsa is just the right amount of spicy, I love it.

Quesibirria is a must have! Each order comes with 3 tacos. Everything is made to order. The wait is worth it. It's located in a small strip mall with private parking.

This Al pastor taco plate was so bomb

It's up and running again after their accident! They were selling tacos behind their restaurant for a while and the quality and taste were still bomb dot com. I love the al pastor tacos and combo plate. Super fast service, the food comes out piping hot. The inside is always clean

The tea (lol): disgruntled former employee smashed their car into the shop's glass store front. Currently, the restaurant's store front is under construction. Although, the restaurant is still open (see my pic) serving up the best Mexican food in the San Fernando Valley from their back parking lot (enter parking lot from Topanga Cyn). Everything is amazing here. Love the Queso Birra tacos, chicken and carne asada tacos, carnitas gordita are some of my favorites. Service is always good, direct and efficient. No alcohol is served here though. For fast, casual Mexican food, I highly recommend Taco Reyes.

    Wet pork burrito

I am puzzled what has this place turned into. The wet pork burrito 5/10 it was mostly rice and beans with little meat. WTH!‍ then why charge so much?? The ceviche 4/10 it was dry, bland and sourness of the lemon is not there and missing salt. Was it an old batch? There was 2of us and we both asked for water, so they give us 1 cup of water. wtf??? I should gone to the taco tent than this place.

    16.29 nachos.

I have been going here for years and so has my mother. Tonight will be the last the prices keeps going up and less food for the price I just paid $23 plus dollars for nachos and 2 tacos on taco Tuesday. My mom asked to have the chili relleno sauce on her burrito and the lady asked the chef and said no no no with an attitude. What happened to the customer gets what they paid for and or asked to be made a certain way. They used to have a guy Sebastian that worked there and when he was there everything was great. I get it things cost more now days but the quality shouldn't decline if your charging more.

Been coming here for 10 years and no place can even compare to how fire these tacos are! lol always will be a staple for me as a valley girl

Not what they use to be. Service was so so. The food taste was just not there. Taco Bell is a close runner up and a 1/4 the price.

So far I've had the patty melt, the avocado cheeseburger, and the double bacon cheeseburger, and every single one has hit. First off, the bacon deserves its own mention. Whatever bacon they're using is clearly top-tier quality. Thick, flavorful, cooked right, and definitely not an afterthought. No flimsy strips or skimping here. The burgers are big. Like, legitimately big. These aren't sad, flattened patties. They're hearty, filling, and actually justify the price. They also don't hold back on the cheese, which I appreciate. Everything tastes fresh, well-balanced, and made with care. What really surprised me, especially with inflation being what it is right now, is the value. Their combos are around $16-$17, and for that you get a large burger, a solid portion of fries, and a drink. And it's a fountain drink, not a can, which matters. You're not leaving hungry, and you don't feel like you overpaid. The fries are good, the specials are very reasonable for the quality, and they also have other drink options if you're not in the mood for soda. The vibe is another big plus. You can sit inside or outside, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the people working there are genuinely nice. It really feels like a family-owned spot where customer service still matters. You're treated like a person, not just an order number. For anyone in the neighborhood looking for a good burger, good people, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Oh, and yes, they do have restrooms, which always matters more than people admit. Overall, this is one of those places that gets the fundamentals right: quality food, fair pricing, and good service. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Pastrami piled reckless but purposeful. Salty. Smoky. Slight chew. Melted cheese sinks into the meat like it belongs there. Bun barely survives and that's the point. Grease soaks through. Flavor stacks high. This is old-school LA energy. No edits. No apology. The patty melt understands the assignment. Toasted rye with actual crunch. Buttered deep. Beef smashed thin and wide. Onion cooked down until sweet and jammy. Cheese fully surrendered. Nothing sliding. Nothing dry. Every bite hits the same as the last. Comfort food with discipline. Diner logic executed clean. The western bacon burger goes loud and earns it. Bacon crisp. Not floppy. Sauce sweet but controlled. Beef still leads. Lettuce and tomato barely make an appearance and that's fine. This is about salt and fat and nostalgia. Feels like eating something you were never supposed to give up. Fries are the right kind of boring. Golden. Hot. Plenty of salt. Built to scoop. Built to rest between bites. They know their role and stay in their lane. Service is straight to the point. Orders taken fast. Food lands heavy and hot. No hovering. No theater. Just efficiency and muscle memory. The room feels frozen in time. Bright lights. Laminated tables. People eating with purpose. No one here for vibes. Everyone here for food.
