(Gross) Anyway they kept the tacos way decor and by the looks of it the music too.. super super loud. Almost gave me a damn heart attack.. Good selection of music but just to LOUD.. I cant even hear the waitress I asked her if she could please turn it down. She said she did but it still the same. Waitress is super nice and attentive.. she came over a few times to ask if we were ok without being annoying . Anyway now waiting for my food. I'm always in search of a good pupuseria.. so we shall see. Waitress brought over a basket of chips and salsa.. chips are good not stale and still crunchy. (Never mind.. top portion of basket chips were crunchy.. bottom were soft and soggy ) Salsa is a little spicy but bland no salt. Food is here. Upon arrival Pupusas look to small for the price... tamales de pollo average size.. desayuno de huevos con jamon.. looks amazing.. pastelitos de pollo look average size nice and golden brown. Now the flavor .. per my 8 year old the tamales were "super super super yummy mommy, too small though" per my 10 year old desayuno de huevos con jamon " Gucci mane.. good yummy " per my 13 year old pupusas "it's good "... for the pastelitos they were good.. filling is abundant. A little too salty for my taste but good overall they were nice and crispy good ratio of chicken to veggies the masa was very good.. So there we have it.. I will be back.. another day. Perhaps music issue will be resolved ..

Came to place I seen , place was really clean on the inside and the food was delicious high…read morerecommend coming back soon

Traditional Salvadorean Cuisine in the SFV!…read more Our first time trying Salvadorean food at this family owned restaurant in Reseda. Carlos gave us some great recommendations so we ended up trying pupusas for the first time. It's made with a homemade corn dough. It's thicker than a regular corn tortilla and stuffed with ground pork and cheese. They have a variety of fillings. You can add salsa roja, a flavorful tomato-based sauce or habanero sauce. Served with Curtido, a tangy, fermented cabbage slaw. So crispy, cheesy and filling. It came burning hot - I could barely hold it. But, I would definitely order this again! We tried Desayuno Típico, a traditional Salvadoran breakfast, which came with casamiento (beans and rice mixed together), Salvadorean style chorizo, fried plantains, 2 eggs, avocado, fresh cheese and Salvadorean style sour cream and homemade corn tortillas. The servers welcomed you in like family and treated you as such. I felt very welcomed and would definitely come back for another breakfast combo it was delicious and for 15 dollars. Not bad at all.
