Just discovered this absolutely wonderful Indian food truck in Sunnyvale. They reminded me of Delhi and its amazing street food. On top of all the amazing food, the service was polite and impeccable, he came and delivered to my table seeing a few young kids with me. Food was outstanding. My favorites: - Jalebi: freshly made in ghee and dripping on warm sugar syrup. The best I have had since India anywhere in the world. Would return just to taste the jalebi alone anytime - Chole Bhature: 2 large Bhaturas with dark chole. Appropriately spiced and tasty - Bedmi Poori with potato: simply mouthwatering. This place is literally a tent in a parking lot, so the ambience is...more dhaba like. Limited menu, but certainly hit the taste buds with its authentic tasting food. Bhel (3.5/5) we really ordered this to play safe in case nothing else panned out. And it was a great to start to the meal. Not too spicy not too sweet. And I liked that they added black chana on Bedmi Aloo Puri (5/5). One of the best we've had. The aloo was perfect - right blend of spices , not too salty with just the right hint of lemon. Bedmi puri was great too Chhole bhature. (3/5) chole was great tasting but the bhatura was a bit thick. Jalebi (4/5): light and fluffy without the chaasni overpowering the taste. Service is where they certainly hit it out of the ballpark. We got there right as they closing up for the day so I asked if they had shut for the day. He politely said he's not going to turn us away and proceeded to take our order. Amazing! Will certainly recommend this place and will be going back soon. read more

I went there on a Tuesday around 6pm not crowded at all. I ordered bhature and jalebi(3 orders) and it was an incredible experience! They make jalebis as per order. It's a family run truck stop and they have ample outdoor seating as well. Bhature(5/5): The bhature was incredible, got 4 pcs and they were so soft and tasted yummy. giving me the feeling of enjoying it right in India. They charged me $14.99 for bhature Jalebi(5/5): each serving of jalebi costed $5.99 and we get 5pcs in each serving. saw them using Amul Desi ghee for jalebis with no added color. The jalebis were perfectly thin, crispy, and juicy. I would say best jalebis in bay area. They had all the flavors and crunch you'd want in a perfect jalebi. My order was a to-go and it took them around 10-15mins to get it ready and they got it to my car once the order was ready. 5 star service. They have great hygiene, quick service and a friendly staff. Great food and customer service. The staff were quick to deliver food. They have limited dishes but whatever we tried was amazing. A special shoutout to their chole bhature. Finally someone here understands the difference between chole that you eat with rice and the ones that should be served with bhature. They nailed it to perfection. Found this on a Facebook group where people were talking about a place which makes live Jalebis right here in the Bay Area. So I had to try it out. Went here and not surprisingly found a long line of people waiting for fresh Jalebis and Kachori. The Jalebis were amazing. One of the best I have had yet in the States. Thin and crunchy with just the right amount of sweetness. I wish I would have bought one more box :D The Kachori was also perfectly crunchy with a spicy stuffing. Again one of the best I have had. This place is amazing for fresh jilebis and selected charts as well as their sweet selection. Their attention to detail is amazing which shows their craftsmanship. The guy made fresh jilebis and made sure customers didn't close their box so the steam from the jilebis wouldn't soften them, When I ordered ram kachori he offered to give him the yogurt on the side so it wouldn't be soggy when I got home. Hands down the best items are the jilebis and raj kachori. The sweets like rasgullah are also very good. The Bathura is good but the chole. was too smoky for me. North Indian was ok and some of the curries felt like they used too much canned tomato paste. That said the stuff they do well they do really well, i.e. the jilebis and kachori. The onion kachori and samosa are really good as well. Still 5 stars for how good those top items are. read more

5 small jalebi for $6.54 (w/ tax) is absolutely unworthy! The owner/server came to us for a review, and we raised with him the concern on quantity. He said this is what it is. Then, he insisted that he will get us another 5pcs so that we know the quantity and literally said this while walking away - "you don't have to bother to come here again." Way better places in terms of value for Jalebi or North Indian sweets are Rangoli, Kabila, New India Bazaar (Jalebi)! Try those, and you'll love them. This pop up stall is amazing!!!!! They serve mouth watering Chole Bhature, Dhokla and Jalebi. The pop up is only on the weekend - it has a nice outdoor setup with other food trucks. We ordered 8 plates of chole bhature and 4 plates of jalebi+rabri for the table, served hot and with onions on the side- we were so stuffed afterwards. They also served dhokla for free which was delicious and very soft and fluffy - just the perfect texture.
