They gave me a 10% veteran discount. They helped me save $150 by picking up the materials myself (5 boxes of flooring, quarter round and vapor barrier). Leroy, a manager, put my number in the system for me to be called the moment it was replaced. I decided to go to the store to double check whether the stove was still there and was greeted by the whole shown in the photo. A worker in appliances told me someone bought it and took it - an option I was told twice did not apply to me. Its disgusting policy is so random. I'll give my business to a local appliance store instead where I'll get actual customer service. Leroy is great but it didn't even matter he got involved.

It's not as big as Lowe's and much cleaner and nicer. The people that work there are friendly and will take the time to stop and help you. When they see you looking around in each aisle, they would ask you if they can help you, unlike most larger hardware stores where you would walk pass a worker and they will not even look up. There is one person that works there really stood out for us. Her name is Carol, and she is a cashier. Carol's smile and her friendly disposition really stood out to us and now every time she sees us, she always greets us always says, "hi guys!". I always look forward to seeing her when we go into the store. She always asks how our day is going and how we are. When they are not busy, we will stand and chat with her for a bit but not long. We do not want to get her in trouble. They also have a bucket of bags of popcorn near her cash register so of course I always grab one when we are checking out. Oh, they also have cats in there for adoption and I think sometimes they have chicks too. Sparr is a little jewel tucked away in a small plaza behind McDonalds and Chipotle in the city of Wildwood. We had always been loyal customers. And we hadn't ever bought a new washer and dryer but we did so…read morethis weekend from them. We are on a trip at airports and had renters in our house. The Lowe's sales person told us that they would bring the appliances and install them and that they were professional plumbers. He also told us that they would take the old ones to the street or wherever we wanted them. Today in between flights we found out that they said one of the hoses was rusted and they refuse to do it and left. They didn't move the old washer and dryer out of the garage either. That left our renter to try to figure it out. Being inexperienced, he broke the pipe and the garage flooded. Something that wouldn't have happened if Lowe's had done their job that they told us. When we tried to call the Appliance Department at Lowe's we got hung up on three times before they even answered. Finally I talked to a service person who refused to take any responsibility for Lowe's at all. They don't have to take the washer and dryer out. They don't have to take off a hose if they think it's rusted. We don't have to refund you if you're not happy with your delivery. This is what she said. Anyway we are left with a big mess when we thought we could count on Lowe's and found out we can't big time.

Stopped in the other day due to its proximity to another establishment I was going to in the area…read more Really didn't need anything, but had some ideas for an upcoming honey-do job for spouse and wanted to figure out if it was feasible. Upon entering to store I was greeted by staff inquiring if they could help me. Explained what I was looking for and employee led me to area I needed to be. They then helped me try to search for an exact item, with no luck. Enter employee 2 and I've now got both people trying to help, and help they did. We were able to come up with several options for the project. Today I returned with spouse and headed straight towards the parts we would need. Staff asked if we needed help and after we decided to alter our project, they helped us locate additional parts. It's worth the extra cost to shop here vs big box hardware stores as staff is willing to listen to what customer hopes to complete and even make suggestions on other ways to complete. As an extra, this location has very nice seasonal selections besides general hardware.

When I got my quote, it actually ended up being $105 per square foot after installation. The installation is almost doubled the cost of the granite itself. It's absolutely insane. These men are ripping people off because they believe they're elderly and don't know any better. They service the villages, which is a retirement community and they pray on people who have no knowledge of how the business works. I've been in construction my entire life. I know how the business works when you quote $45 a square foot you don't jack it up by $60 to make extra money. It's absolutely Ludacris please do yourself a favor shop around and get quotes elsewhere. I got a quote on the exact same products from another company and it was 40% less than these guys for the exact same granite.

We were able to actually see samples of the cabinets, counter tops and and faucets. We decided to pick the counter top material from their "remnants" to save some money. So, they took us to the yard and storage area to make our selection. We decided on quartz for the material. We ordered white cabinets, but when they arrived from the manufacturer they were "ash white" (light grey). Wildwood Kitchen handled the problem without a single complaint. I was very impressed with the removal of the old vanities and the installation of the new ones, the installation of the new quartz tops and undercounter sinks and the final plumbing. All of this was done as scheduled. Each person arrived within the time range that we expected. Employees were efficient, friendly and professional. Every job is different, but my experience with Wildwood Kitchen and Bath deserved the 5 star rating.
