Cameron at Bob's worked with me to evaluate and appraise the coins. He was very nice, took time to explain the coins and values that he assigned to them, which I appreciated very much. At the end I came away with a nice check. And those two odd coins? GOLD! I had no clue. I like doing business with honest people!!! She also told me they don't pay spot price for .925 sterling silver, even though I have sold silver there several times before and was paid based on the spot price. When I tried to question the inconsistency, I still didn't receive a clear explanation. I have been a returning customer, which made today's treatment especially disappointing. Rocky's was a local hangout for many of its customers who would stop by to see the employees who made Rocky's the place it was. The new owner says he will not tolerate having people in the store who are not buying customers. It may still say Rocky's on the building, but it will never be Rocky's. The new owner is an insult to the Rocky's name and Legacy. I am only giving it a star because Yelp forces me to do so.
