I thought they knew me better... stopped by to scrap some 14kt findings from a handmade chain I'd broken down. Like many who rely too heavily on machines, the bearded wonder told me the spools were plated when the machine couldn't figure out what to do about the silver residue left behind by the silver links I pried apart from either side of the findings. I've never bought gold plate in my life. I took it straight to Steve Howe who had seen the necklace whole. He gave me $350 on the spot and didn't insult my intelligence while at it. i'm 20 years old i pawned a gun here they lied to me saying i didn't have to be 21 years old to get the gun back since i am the owner of the gun. When i came back a couple weeks later to get the gun they told me i can't get it because i'm not 21 and proceeded to offer me $250 for a $500 dollar gun.
