We hired Reform Total Fix and Finish Home Solutions to handle the basement rebuild, and they were phenomenal from start to finish! Firstly, Ayanna was so great to talk with when arranging everything over the phone. Just a really kind and understanding person. Then, Robert came out quickly, gave us a fair and clear quote based on our needs. They cut out and replaced the damaged drywall, taped, mudded, and textured and painted it so smoothly that you can't even tell where the damaged drywall was cut out. After that, they installed brand-new carpet and padding that completely revived the space. They kept the work area clean, showed up on time every day, and finished right on schedule. It was so nice to have that space back that our family loved to spend quality time in. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.

We attempted to book and the regular fee over doubled then he discounted 20% which in turn was a 70% increase. We asked why and Travis said he misquoted the first time. Mentioned that he actually misquoted us two times and how could that be. Travis's response was said he does not do business like that. I would try to find a more reputable honest business to work with, not Crystal Clean. Just realized a couple of months later that the original two times Travis washed our windows he must have been giving us contractor pricing since he worked with our home builder. Apparently he did not want to tell us this and that is why his response was so strange after we found out he changed his prices for the 3rd year.

He is very responsive when it came to calling, texting or emailing. During both projects Lyle was easy to get a hold of and started the siding projects fairly close to the promised dates. If I only scored him on the recent project, I would give him an A as the crew was quick, professional and responsive. They did all of the touch up work I asked about. My only issue was I have found some stray nails in the yard and I have a dog. With the first project the crew seemed a bit more hasty in the tear down of the siding and did a bit more damage to some other areas that needed to be repaired. They did all the touch-ups, no questions asked. They cleaned up everything really well and were courteous but just not quite as professional as the crew on the second job for the most recent work. I would absolutely recommend Lyle as he is someone I can trust to do good honest work at a fair price.

Vanguard owner Gabriel Moore was prompt to meet with us and quickly provided a bid. As we got closer to the project the weather didn't cooperate. Rain, rain and more rain. Gabe did a great job communicating schedule changes. Once the work got underway it went quickly. And the quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding. The siding is fantastic. The attention to detail superb. Seams were overlapped so not to be visible from the street. Joints were staggered so not to catch the eye. The metal trim was perfect and we love our new carport. My wife and are extremely pleased with the end result and we will certainly want Vanguard Exteriors for our next project.
