I have very high expectations when it comes to service and quality of work, and Heartland Roofing exceeded them in every possible way. From the moment they started in our pool house, it was clear that this team is a cut above the rest. Their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are absolutely top-notch. The professionalism displayed by everyone--from the frontline employees to the ownership--was outstanding. What impressed me the most was their commitment to understanding my specific needs. Workers are extremely rude and noisy. Granted they showed up early, but they were earlier than we…read moreexpected. They showed up and instead of knocking on our door they sat in the street honking the horn for a few minutes. We told them to leave. Won't be using them. Note: According to Myra, the white van with red "NICK'S PAINTING" and white paint brush logo to the left of the writing and then a red fill-in portion behind the passenger side door with their exact phone number painted in white is in fact: AN IMPOSTER! Myra, you should have the police look into this imposter van driving around being rude to customers! Note: Myra recanted their comment and confirmed that, yes, these employees that were rude and disrespectful were in fact employed by them. Seems like they should keep better track of their vans and employees and interactions. Would highly recommend not using this company as they are extremely disorganized and don't know where their cars are, let alone what their cars look like.
