However, using them on this summer's deck and porch staining was not a good experience at all, and would not recommend. We had bleach spots from shoes that still show. We had burn spots in our grass from cans or lids that were left there. And, while owner was very attentive the first two times, we had no contact or follow up this third time. When I reached out to archadeck of central iowa regarding a…read moresmall deck that we were interested in having built they responded quickly, advises that we called at a good time to get a project on the books with them and set up a meeting the next day to look at the space. An hour before the appointment I received a voicemail message that due to the size of our project they were declining our project. I had advises when speaking with them originally that we did not have a timeframe of when the project needed to be completed and that it was a small project so I could have understood if they had advised that there was a wait before they could start when I requested information from them but declining a project after already agreeing to meet with a customer is just bad business in my opinion.
