The original installation resulted in some water damage to the ceiling of the bathrooms. The crew did a great job installing, fixing them to vent outdoors, and repairing the ceiling. After 15 minutes they came back and said my 6 month old roof had severe hail damage, as well as gutters, down spouts, and windows. All of these are things they repair. They pressured me to let them call my insurance company and got irritated when I said I would call myself. They use their own "insurance adjuster". I had a professional spend 2 hours checking things and found some dented roof vents, gutters, and 12 shingles that had very minor damage on the edges, all cosmetic. The damage wasn't enough to ever cause a problem in the future. These guys are based out of Colorado and are "storm chasing" opportunist.

The job was done well but customer service was awful. Our first appointment was moved due to bad…read moreweather which is understandable but there was no communication as to when our new appointment was until we called in to follow up. I requested a call when Joe was on his way as I worked from home that day and have 2 large dogs to put away, but I only got a text less than a minute before he showed up. We had 2 skylights removed and as he was working on the roof he proceeded to let most of the heavy wood with nails on it drop into my house and onto my wood floor without putting down any sort of protection first. I expect some small splinters but whole chunks of wood and nails everywhere when I have dogs is ridiculous. Once there were 2 holes in my ceiling he just left, no explanation or anything left behind and was gone for over an hour. I called and left an outraged voicemail since there was no communication as to what was happening or what was to be expected. I got a friendly call back from the receptionist apologizing. Once Joe came back he confronted me about my voicemail and how I needed to be more polite instead of just apologizing for the lack of communication. He was done a short while later but I only knew that because it was quiet for awhile and I went to check. Thankfully he cleaned up his mess outside but he left everything inside my house all over my floor after denting it in some places due to the nails. No follow up, clean up, or apologizing, just an invoice to the email.
