About all I can say is that I am seriously impressed with Sonntag. The estimate process was informative and all of my questions were answered. They had many types, styles and colors of shingles to choose from including the Class 4 shingles preferred by my insurance company. All of the stove pipes and exhaust/sewer vents were painted a nice matching color. The work looks to be perfect. The cleanup was spotless - no nails and no pieces of shingles laying around. They were careful and moved my deck furniture, swing and grill out of the way and back in place when finished. They did everything in ONE day. The weren't cheapest but very close and I am so glad I chose them over the other firms who came and gave estimates. I am a fan and would recommend Sonntag to everyone. read more

I have a rental that had a leak, and to top it off rain was in the forecast. I called sonntag roofing and asked about getting someone out there asap. They accomodated! they couldn't make the necessary repairs in time, but they tarped off the area in question and were back within a few days to take care of the repairs. Poor communication, no advance notice before of 2 showed up, left a huge mess on property and adjacent properties including over a hundred screws, 40-50 brackets, and multiple pieces of very sharp scrap metal clippings found in yards and landscaping areas where kids and pets commonly are. There are scratches on decking from where they let the gutters fall of the house. When the crew came back to "clean up" after being notified of the mess left and fix something, they broke an outdoor light attached to deck railing, leaving shattered glass all over the patio and yard and said nothing about it. read more

I was very impressed with the work that Sonntag did on my flat roof and fascia. We called plenty of roofing companies and they all said the same thing - they don't work on residential flat roofs! Those who did, provided astronomical quotes, or strung us along with promises of "better deals". The folks at Sonntag were straightforward, easy to communicate with, and gave us a very fair price. Their inspection of the problem was done quickly and very professionally. They came in, fixed our problems, replaced the fascia and gutters, all in 1 day. Great Company and I will tell you why they deserve 5 stars. Called yesterday @ 4:30pm and left a message about an emergency repair. Tyler called me this morning at 8:15 am and assured me that it would be taken care of this morning. It was as promised and this is why he has the reputation that he has. We had him install a new roof and skylights a few years ago and had a great experience. He is honest, ethical, does fantastic work and takes care of his customers.
