He was extremely thorough, checking the ventilation in the attic to noting deterioration of our siding which had been installed improperly to roof damage from a recent hail storm, documenting it all with pictures so we could see it. There was indeed a leak causing the black spot in our kitchen and he immediately fixed the worn and torn flashing around our vent pipes. The fees charged were very reasonable and we have contracted them to come back and fix the siding that was installed improperly. The professionalism, courtesy, and clean up were all top notch and I highly recommend their services. Much better experience than we've had with other contractors and at reasonable rates. You can't go wrong with Bakeris.
