I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.

They did a great job of cleaning up the yard after they were done. The owner, Raithe, who is so easy to work with and communicate with, personally went around the house to be sure everything was completed to his and my satisfaction . The new fascia and gutters make the house look great. If you are looking for someone to update the look and feel of your home, Patriot Home Services of Iowa is who you should contact. I'm so pleased with the completed results.

Unfortunately, our families experience has not been positive with this company. They are/were…read morevery unreliable for scheduled appointments or meet times to discuss and prepare for the job. 100% of the work was performed by subcontractors who couldn't have cared less about my family's house and property. The owner was only at the work site when I demanded to speak with him on the first day. Never saw him again accept for when he came at the end of the project to take photos with a drone. As I do this review, our repairs have still not been completed per agreement/contract. The subcontractors absolutely destroyed the soffit around my porch that will have to be redone now. Also, at a personal note they claim to be "patriots" and work hard for our vets, military discount etc. I am a veteran and none of that happened. Look elsewhere folks and save yourself some problems. We were overwhelmed when water…read moreleaked into our basement due to a burnt out sump pump from the heavy rains that overloaded not only our sump and backup sump but many many other homes in Ames and surrounding areas on July 4th. We hired Reform Total Fix and Finish Home Solutions to handle the basement rebuild, and they were phenomenal from start to finish! Firstly, Ayanna was so great to talk with when arranging everything over the phone. Just a really kind and understanding person. Then, Robert came out quickly, gave us a fair and clear quote based on our needs. They cut out and replaced the damaged drywall, taped, mudded, and textured and painted it so smoothly that you can't even tell where the damaged drywall was cut out. After that, they installed brand-new carpet and padding that completely revived the space. They kept the work area clean, showed up on time every day, and finished right on schedule. It was so nice to have that space back that our family loved to spend quality time in. It felt like the flooding robbed us and Reform Total Fix & Finish Home Solutions rebuilt not only our physical space but a return to better mental health for our family! I would happily recommend (and have been to my family and friends) Reform Total Fix & Finish Home Solutions to anyone needing reliable home repairs or general contracting work!
