Had my appointment last week rescheduled due to the storm that came through. Totally get it, they can charge those people alot more than me because of the emergency situation. About 10am on 5/30/24 I still hadn't heard from anyone with Tree Hugger regarding the window of time they would be arriving. I had to text them to ask. Stupid me I guess, they said it would be between 1pm and 2 pm on 5/30/24. It gets past 2 pm and they call to say that they are going to now arrive at 3 pm. 3 Pm rolls on by and I get another call about how they aren't going to be able to make it to do the job I contracted them for and I need to reschedule again. Needless to say I cancelled as fast as possible. Additionally the woman that runs their so-called "Customer Service" shouldn't even be on the phone in my opinion.
