I beg to differ. Signed up and paid in full for the 4 step lawn application program. The 1st step was not done as well as what we have experienced from the previous company. We were a client of the previous owner that No Lawn Left Behind took over. In the 7 years we were with the previous owner, we did not have an issue. He was helpful and kind. Upon our initial contact with current owner Kevin, his response was - we did it right. Not happy with the customer service, we have sent emails on 5/19, 5/25, and 5/29- No response. We have tried to call several times starting 5/10 but the voicemail box has been full and could not leave a message. On 5/29 I called and spoke to a live person, who took my information. No response. As a customer who has paid in full, a phone call back would be common courtesy.

The owner was only at the work site when I demanded to speak with him on the first day. Never saw him again accept for when he came at the end of the project to take photos with a drone. As I do this review, our repairs have still not been completed per agreement/contract. The subcontractors absolutely destroyed the soffit around my porch that will have to be redone now. Also, at a personal note they claim to be "patriots" and work hard for our vets, military discount etc. I am a veteran and none of that happened. Look elsewhere folks and save yourself some problems. He was going to ask his brother in law to come take a look at it. We paid him for all of the services including the brother in law. He said he would pay him his part . After the fan was in haupt electric said we owed him more but we never got an estimate or a bill just simply nasty emails about it even though we had paid it in full. Recommend them? Not on your life.
