I came here on a weekday evening and it was busy but not too crowded and we got seated right away…read more I am traveling from out of state and honestly have pretty high standards for ramen, and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I really liked the market at the front of the restaurant with all the Asian goodies for sale. It seems like a good place to stock up on some groceries or gifts if needed. As for the food, we got the truffle edamame and pork gyoza to share, and I ordered the KC red. It was a good level of spice (my nose was running but my mouth was feeling good) and had a wonderful burst of flavor. I also got two pieces of pork belly as an addition, and I really enjoyed how it was cut (not too thin, not too thick). Service was good, everyone was nice and friendly. I'd definitely come here again for more ramen. It's perfect for cozy weather.

Went to their menya tenho collab pop up, which was a collab with a restaurant from Japan. Menya TENHO is actually a chinese owned fusion ramen restaurant in Japan. Got the pork buns and dan dan ramen - the broth was rich and well infused with the classic dan dan flavor. Everything was on point. The line out the door moved fast, and service was fast and friendly. They have the cutest interior with little figurines, some mini grocery mart shopping in the waiting line, and other cute stuff to buy. Noise level was a bit loud but that may be because it was so busy. Highly recommend coming here, popup or not, as the broth quality is top tier!

We loved this place. The soup is hot pot style. You get your broth in one pot, noodles in a bowl,…read moreveggies in more bowls, and meat on the side. You assemble it and chow down. I recommend the curry soup. Nice bold flavor. It was the recommendation by the server. Everyone we've been serviced by has been great. It's a pretty chill environment. Nice and quiet. The soup is large. We generally split it between two people if we get an appetizer. GF noodles available. And they taste great.

The region specific flavors were not my favorite BUT that's not to say you should not try. If you like spicy or variety of broth options - this is a GOOD option. Their closest competition is magic noodle, which also has delicious beef, hand pulled noodles, and a flavorful broth with add in options. My vote is still on magic noodle. We ordered the salted chicken and fried dumplings for appetizer. The chicken is served cold, in small pieces, with a red vinegar to dip in, bone-in. I could not find a piece that's wasn't mostly bone. And even when I thought I had removed all the bones, there were more - to get just a small bite. (I've had variations of cut up chicken with bone-in that were much easier to enjoy). Dumplings were good. For soup, I did original broth, beef flank, and egg noodle. The tray of ingredients that came to table has a variety of items to add in but it wasn't really explained what was what. The broth was hot but not steaming hot. Flavor-wise, I never quite hit a yum factor of this soup being better than other places serving noodle soups. Okay, what did I enjoy the most? Beef flank! This meat was tender and DELICIOUS. Truly, I think I could have consumed a whole dish with just this beef and left happy. My companion had the spicy broth with chicken and rice noodles. He enjoys southern Indian dishes where the spice level is hot, and this soup had him sweating.
