When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. I will not be using them again. I was told Clifford said he will reimburse me for cleaning the suit, As I stated it was not cleaned it was new, all it needed was for the wrinkles to be pressed out. Paragon is that place, located off Old Shell Road next door to Fuego, this place provided fast, friendly, excellent dry cleaning when I really needed it. Monday I needed a set of tails cleaned and I called around to see who could turn it around in the 24 hours I had. I called Paragon and a very nice lady told me if i could get it there asap, it could be done the next day. Ten minutes later I screeched into the parking lot, she wrote me a ticket, took inventory of what I was dropping off, and told me they would be ready by 4pm tomorrow. I left and returned at 4:15 as I had a ball that evening and the tails looked great, pressed, hung up, and ready to continue with the Mardi Gras festivities. I was waiting for what I was sure was going to be a plus 30 dollar bill and it was 22 bucks plus tax! So not quite thirty dollars! I was super impressed and without a doubt has earned my dry cleaning business!!!

And here I am now, no return calls to any of the messages that were left and apparently the management at Jaguar Cleaners could care less about any customer issues or complaints with their services. The cleaners on Shillinger Road destroyed a pull over that was a year old. It look like someone put it in a washer. The store on Cottage Hill Road told me to drop it off two weeks ago and how I can't get it back. They keep telling me that I need to talk to the manager but she is never in the store. Like a fool I put more clothes in alone with a 300 hundred dollars coat that I purchased in January of this year one size too large and it is too small and it look like my wool coat was washed. The material don't look like it did when I placed it in the cleaners. It look like the wool was wet and it was hung out to dry. I gave them until 9:30 am today to give me an answer. I had to call Jaugar Cleaners back at 9:38 and I did not get any resolution for my problems. I was told the manger have to look at the items. Now they will have my sweater and scarf set and my new navy blue coat. By the way, they do not know anything about the sweater set.

That was a nice gesture, but I decided that they had already cost me a couple of thousand dollars since what they ruined had only been cleaned once before and was still basically new.
