Staff was friendly and didn't mind working with the team from Pelham to show us what they had. Again, same no pressure ... no haggle establishment. I was so shocked by how casually they quoted me that price and how the salesperson/technician kept such a straight face while trying to explain why it cost that much. The part that made me concerned was him saying I needed a new battery (which was true although mine was only 18 months old) but quoting me $450 for it... I went straight to autozone and showed a technician- first, I got the exact same battery purchased and immediately installed for $220. Then, he spent over an hour with me explaining each service and the parts needed, and told me I could buy every single thing at autozone and take my car to Pepboys for them to perform the services for under $1k TOTAL. He literally said that the dealership was scamming the daylights out of me. As a woman who is clueless about cars I know I have to be careful not to be taken advantage of by greedy salespeople like this, but it's sad! I will not be coming back. They also charged $120 FOR AN OIL CHANGE.... I wasn't told the price until after it was completed, I should've asked up front, but I would never have expected that. It's literally $30 to buy a quart of fully synthetic oil and it takes 20 mins max to change the oil, it's all under the hood of the car (not even underneath the car) on my model! ROBBERY!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Moody and had to return the same day due to a check engine light and Stabilitrak error. A staff member diagnosed it as a gas cap sensor issue and assured me it was minor. I asked several times if they were sure--each time I was told yes. Then I was met with radio silence for two days. The day after I picked the vehicle back up, the check engine light came on again--along with tire sensor warnings. Les Schwab confirmed that the tires were dangerously bald, with wires sticking out, and unsafe to drive. I had to immediately replace all 4 tires and recalibrate the sensors--out of my own pocket. The engine light? Three different transmission specialists all found cleared transmission codes and nothing about a gas cap. When I tried to speak with the owner, I was ignored repeatedly. Selling a vehicle in this condition is illegal under multiple Washington state laws, including: RCW 46.70.101(1)(b)(viii) - Selling an unsafe vehicle is a violation of dealer licensing laws. RCW 62A.2-314 - There is an implied warranty that a vehicle is merchantable and safe to drive. RCW 19.86 - Misrepresentation or concealment of defects violates consumer protection laws. RCW 46.37.425 - Selling a car with tire tread under 2/32 of an inch is illegal. As a recently single mother trying to rebuild my life, this has been emotionally and financially devastating. I've filed complaints with the Washington State Department of Licensing and the Attorney General's Office, and I'm still asking Moody to do the right thing: Take back this car or replace it with one that is actually safe to drive.

We got there this morning at 06:55, we were second in line. The service doors opened promptly at 07:00. We were greeted by a gentleman at 07:05, when it was our turn. He took our information and said that it shouldn't be "too long". He directed us to the waiting area and offered us coffee or water. My wife and I sat down and watched the news and chatted for a minute. At 07:30 we were called by the same gentleman and told our Acadia was ready to go. He had it out front, with the AC on waiting for us. He said it was a warranty recall and he would take care of the paperwork after we were gone but didn't want us to have to wait any longer. He thanked us for stopping by and we were on our way. Pulled out of the parking lot at 07:35. I've been dealing with Ralph Daniel and he is so professional and always gets back to me. The lobby is very nice with free water bottles and coffee. There is also a charging station for phones. Always come here because I know I'm gonna get my oil changed correctly. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the piece of mine.

The mechanics at Long Lewis Alabaster said that their inspection didn't find any issues, but after taking the car to my personal mechanic as soon as I could (one week after purchase), he found (and showed me) that the car I bought needs new front brakes and has an engine coolant leak, so now, I have to put over $1,500 dollars into a car that I was told was in good working order. I will NOT be returning to Long Lewis Alabaster for another vehicle purchase in the future. I'm rating two stars only because the salesman was nice, polite and seemed honest.
