Test drive it and then go home and buy it online where you can take your time with the paperwork. They will sneak this in on the iPad signing portion of your purchase. Don't allow them to take any money before you see all the paperwork, and beware that any digital signing can apply your signature to forms you haven't discussed. I had declined all extras and wanted to purchase just the vehicle, but this was still added without my informed consent (yes, technically I signed it). I asked to cancel this policy when I found out it was optional and added to my final bill. They refused to cancel or refund, and the salesman and their manager said the permaplate was pre-applied to all their vehicles. This is not what the website says. I won't buy from them again, but if I did I'd do it all online and not be forced into an appearance protection policy I did not want or knowingly consent to.
