    Fried Jumbo Shrimp

Some of the Employees in my Building go here often for Lunch and keep telling about their Friday Jumbo Shrimp Special. So one of the Ladies treated me and bought me some. They were not lying when they said, how big the Shrimp were, this picture does not do it any justice, they are way bigger than they look. They give you six and I could only eat three. I recommend you try them if you are in the area.

I absolutely LOVE local neighborhood deli! They normally have the best food, at the lowest prices, with the friendliest service! Jae's Grill is no exception. I ordered my family lunch randomly during a week when we were all off together, which is rare. I had a taste for a deli sandwich and I found Jae's Grill after a Yelp search. Boy, am I glad that I did! I ordered us all shrimp salad sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised which I got the order home. I expected small, precooked shrimp, but actually got some pretty sizable fresh shrimp! The salad wasn't over saturated with mayonnaise making it a mess to eat. The consistency and the crunch were perfect. If you are in the neighborhood and a searching for a good sandwich or a tasty salad, give Jae's a try!

I discovered this place last summer while working down the street from it. The food was always good. Especially their breakfast. Lucky for me I have the same summer job this year so I'm back at it! Today, Wednesday 07/25/18, I ordered a BLT on sourdough toast and some crinkle cut fries. The sandwich was great. Slathered with just the right amount of mayo. The fries weren't as good as they usually are. They were kinda dry but hey I ate them anyway. I'll be back again and soon and will make sure to post more pics of food. The service is always quick and efficient. They're very busy during lunch so call ahead!

My coworker and I went to this deli which she had mentioned was recently reopened with this new branding. Unsure if it was from new ownership or just a name change. Next time I go, I'll find out more. Atmosphere: This is more modern than your normal deli. It reminded me more of a clothing store with the dark wood floors and clean lines with the club music playing in the background. The music was at a good level so you could hear each other talk. Service: Fast and friendly. I mentioned it being our first time and being a Yelp elite unabashedly. Hey, it scored us some free fries! Kudos to Deli-ish cashier! Food: My turkey club was really good. I liked the freshness of everything. Plus call me crazy, but I like turkey that doesn't have that real turkey flavor. Haha. I know I know. This was perfect but it could have used a touch more mayo. The fries were great. They had a bit of seasoning on them which is what I like. Don't be afraid to order fries for the kids. They were not spicy. Just seasoned. Salad with grilled chicken per my coworker was just average. Nothing to write home about. The chicken soup wasn't that great either. Like I said earlier, stick to the sandwiches maybe. If thinking grilled chicken salad, maybe look elsewhere. If getting a sandwich, I say go here.

I visited on 4.28.2026 for breakfast. I ordered a side of breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrapple. The breakfast potatoes tasted like the old lukewarm potatoes you get from a hotel lobby. Six bucks!! The bacon was ok. Just ok. The scrapple was good. The hot tea (Lipton Tea Bag)... chef's kiss!! I'm good on this place. I had a great run w them for many years.

The food is served via cafeteria style in a quick fashion. You are able to watch your food being cooked which has its positive and negatives. The negative is the kitchen needs a full deep cleaning along with the staff T shirts which has clear evidence of grease and food stains. The drink included with the platter is tea, coffee or a soft drink. None of the bottled drinks are included as signs are posted on the refrigerator doors. I explained to the cashier that I don't drink coffee at all, I only drink tea for a sore throat and I don't drink soft drinks for breakfast. I was inquiring for an additional drink option as I only purchased the breakfast platter because the drink was included. There are no options as I purchase a bottled orange juice to drink instead. There is open seating available with TV to watch while you eat. There is also a bakery and deli counter inside as well. Pretty good parking available outside. I will likely return but, hopefully some feedback will bring about some changes.

When we walked in, the cashier immediately asked whether we were dining in or taking out. We chose to dine in. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and the pastrami sandwich, along with potato pancakes. They brought out a full assortment of pickles and pickled vegetables. Unfortunately, they only offer one diet option: Dr Pepper Zero, no other diet sodas from the fountain or in bottles. The potato pancakes were a disappointment -- mostly batter with very little shredded potato. The pickled vegetables also lacked flavor and didn't really taste pickled. Our table wasn't cleared at any point during the meal, and the waiter stood nearby waiting for us to finish, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full to try them. We also couldn't take anything to go since we had plans for the rest of the day and didn't want it sitting in the car. Next time, we'll come back specifically to try the desserts.

The Management apologies are scripted(cut & paste) for goodness sakes!! I think I'll pass! Fortunately, when I go back home periodically, I have several solid authentic options.
