I really wanted to like this place. Seriously I did. The stylists are nice, but not very professional. They talk a lot of nonsense with each other. I got root touch and haircut. I was satisfied with my service. A week later I went to get a keratin from another salon and the stylist told me that they did not dye my hair correctly. I have been getting my hair done weekly in salons for the last 30 years. I may not be a stylist but have met quite a few and know what to expect. Years ago I met Jess (owner of Jade) when she was starting in the field. I loved her since the day I met her, she was not apprehensive in tackling any type of hair. Jess is a true professional, she will work with her clients to make sure everyone leaves with what they expect and everyone returns. I have sat in salons waiting for color for hours, at Jade, they are waiting for you at your scheduled time and you are their priority while you're there. My weekly blowout can last up to 10 days, I have seen this while on vacation. I don't know what magic she does but it works! Where ever I go you can make sure I receive compliments on either my color, my cut, or my style! Came in as a walk in to get my hair colored. I waited maybe 10/15 minutes as the one woman finished with her client. The colorist worked with attention to detail and explained to me the components of the dye she was using in comparison to ones I've used in the past which made me more confident in the color I was choosing. The team was conversational but they made a point to include me into the conversation which was nice. The stylist who did my blow out talked me through how to care for my color treated red hair and gave me tips for the summer so I don't turn brassy at the beach. Going to a new salon when you are a natural brunette dyed to bleach blonde is always nerve wracking. Will I have yellow hair? Will I fry my hair off? Jess was kind, professional, and eased all my worries about the whole process. I came in with major roots and only a partial highlight appointment. She went above and beyond and gave me the hair I've been dreaming of. Not only did my hair look great, the process was FAST, and was finished with a top notch blow out and a straighten. Absolutely horrible service. I got a Groupon for a haircut for Christmas. I made an appointment, drove over, paid to park and when I arrived they told me they could not cut my hair. Since I had a Groupon, I had to come on a Tuesday or Wednesday and that there was over a month long "waitlist" for a "Groupon" haircut slot. It was absolutely ridiculous that I took time abs money to go to their salon for an appointment and 3 of the women were just a sitting there doing nothing. They were more than capable of taking 5 minutes to cut my hair. Not to mention, they have no regard for my work schedule. I cannot just take time out of work to get a haircut because they don't want to honor my Groupon on a Saturday. Luckily I got a refund from Groupon and do not ever plan on returning. I will make sure friends and family NEVER waste their time and money on this pathetic excuse for a Salon. Infuriated is an understatement and I hope the entire Salon goes under. read more

I have been in twice for a Keratin tx and both times my hair came out silky, soft and shiny and lasted 3 months. Still on my 2nd tx but so far so good. I liked my haircut. My only complaint is that I was charged an additional $15 for my hair's "thickness and length" on top of the groupon deal I got. I have never been charged extra for that before anywhere else and I wouldn't consider my hair thick. It was upsetting that this was disclosed at check out and not beforehand. read more

I bought a Groupon for single process color and cut. Color was ok because I wanted to go back to my natural brown hair but the cut was HORRIBLE. Jessica ran scissors across my hair to cut it short as I didn't want to pay extra for color first and then cut it. I thought she would come back and fix it but she didn't. As I walked out I ran my fingers in my hair and I realized some locks were longer. I went back and she spent another 10 seconds to fix it. I came home and of course hair is like 3 different lengths. I have to go somewhere else and fix my cut. Also she's the only stylist there all others are just helpers so she doesn't pay much attention to you. read more

I've been going to Jade Salon for quite some time now after trying out many, many salons and I have to say that this is the first place I feel genuinely happy with. I'm an extra paranoid freak when it comes to my hair and Cassi is the first person I feel 100% comfortable with taking a pair of scissors to my head. Not only that but I know that I can trust that when I show her a picture wether it be a cut or color, she matches what I want to perfection. The owner, Jessica is ALWAYS a helpful hand giving honest tips to not only Cassi, but myself as well. Jessica's honestly is a trait that I admire being that no other salon that I have been to has been willing to give a truthful opinion like she has and because of that I feel like I am in good hands given her experience. Last week Jessica had done my makeup for my birthday and I could not have been happier. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she was completely understanding and completed my make up to a T. Overall I give Jade Salon 5 stars for not only their talent and excellence but also because of the comfortable environment that comes along with it. Definitely try it out! So upsetting! NOT coming back! Went to dye my hair lighter, and yes I know I have very dark hair so I only wanted it lightened a little (in prep for going full blonde throughout the year). Told them this and they were very nice but got all flustered & said "uh we can't do that." (??) Okay. I drove all the way out so I settled for highlights. I made sure to say - SUBTLE - and of course they didn't listen. The woman doing my hair was very nice but for the most part everyone made me feel as if I was a burden to them and I was rushing them (it was midday & I had made an appointment??). My highlights were -and I cannot stress this enough- HORRIBLE. I cried! My hair is very dark and there were these BRIGHT, ALMOST WHITE uneven streaks (some thick some thin) all throughout my hair! I was mortified! Even people at work were noticing & commenting...I don't know how skilled the hair technicians here are at cutting, but DO NOT go for highlights esp if you have dark hair!! I don't want you to be as embarrassed as I was! I'd give them 1 star but the owner and the hair technician were very sweet...but clearly didn't do the right thing to my hair read more

I went to Jade Salon with dark brown dye free hair. I asked Jessica for a balayage to lighten up my hair a little for the summer, and she said no problem. I should have known from the moment I sat in the chair and there was old cut hair on the floor from the day or whenever before (I was there at opening time mind you) that this would end badly. She ended up giving me an orange ombré. I liked it when I left because she styled my hair very nicely, and I wanted to like it because I rarely get my hair done. My sister on the other hand who was once a hairstylist and is now a nurse (reasons I didn't just have my sister do my hair) took one look at my hair and said it was done horrifically. I had four random streaks on the top of my head and the ends of my hair were orange. When I called back and please asked if I could have it fixed I was told she didn't have time for me, and she gave me a lot of attitude especially when I was crying and asking very nicely. I was so upset with my hair and it was so opposite from what I wanted that my sister ended up dying my hair back to its "natural" color. I paid so much money to get my hair cut (also not such a great job), and to have heartache over my hair. This salon is one of the reasons why so many people are scared to dye their hair. If you can't do something just own up to it instead of ruining someone's hair. There are many salons out there so you're better of go read more
