Best shop Ive ever been too. Customer service is amazing & is the reason I am a loyal customer. I always love my nails. All the employees are very nice & do an amazing job. Everyone takes their time & each set comes out perfect. The white nails & the orange base are dip powder, in my opinion much stronger than acrylic or gel. The white ghosts were made with no chip polish. I have been able to grow my nails much longer, without breaking by coming to this shop. Wish I could give this place zero stars... walked in today on my lunch hour thinking I could get a quick manicure. Boy was I wrong! I was wearing a peel off base coat, nail polish, w a nail hardening thick top coat. I'd already peeled most of it off mind you... It was only myself and one other customer. I asked for black gel, and the Tech immediately started complaining about black gel and it not being simple. Scoffing and compiling in her native language to her coworkers. So then as she's removing the remnants of my polish she keeps muttering "this is no-chip" and I ignore her at first. Then as it continues I explain what I put on my nails and kind of start helping her remove it. By then she'd jabbed so hard on my middle nail tip it had broken. I can pick the polish off due to the peel off base coat mind you... I got tired of seeing her struggle, so I asked if I should come back later, as I was on my lunch hour and she said something about me to her coworker again and as the other Tech flagged me to her table so she could do my manicure, I spotted that she'd broken my nail. I went in for a removal of a no chip manicure I had done at another location. I decided to get another one done and my eyebrows waxed. The place looked a little run down but overall fairly clean. However, I was quite grossed out by the lack of clean tools they use. She took all of her tools out of her desk and they were not in any sort of solution. It wasn't until I asked her if they clean their tools did she take a alcohol swab and wipe it down. The tool she used to clean under the nails looked like it was not new. Maybe one of the technicians had gloves on. I would not go back again. I think it's pretty nasty they clean under peoples nails with the same tool for everyone and don't even clean them! They are really getting beside themselves! I went in and got was immediately serviced ( that was the least of my worries but appreciated) the guy who did my nails left my skin a hot mess,slapped cuticle oil( for the same cuticles HE NEVER TOUCH) on me and have me the total. Rang me up I go to fill out the receipt signed it and handed it back ! They guy get angry and says "so you don't wanna leave a tip" here's your tip do something that earns a fuckn tip! If you want to ruin a mother/daughter date, then come here. My mom and I went to get our nails done a month ago and paid 35$. A couple of days ago we went again, and the girl upfront charged us 37$ for the same service.... Throughout my entire manicure, the girl did not say one word to me and my nails were left with an odd shape. It did not end here. During my mom's pedicure, the young man would constantly turn around and watch the t.v. WHILE working on her feet. He sloppily cut her nails, cut into the corner of her nail (to the point where it still hurts), and got nail polish all over the place. The next day, I decide to call in and speak to the manager. A girl picked up the phone and tried convincing me she never sees the manager, when I have definitely seen her around the place. I tried asking her if anyone else there knew when she would be in, and she told me "No, okay, thank you goodbye." and rudely hung up on me before I could say anything. ZERO Stars-Today was the final straw. Do NOT go here. First the mani's started chipping within 24 hours. They always do the brows all chopped up or too thin. Now this time, I got a rash on my feet during a pedi and when I went to the store to ask for a refund she said she won't do anything about it, "so what? It's nothing. How come no one else is complaining?" I was handled with complete denial and she didn't apologize. She offered me a free manicure. I wanted my money back because I felt it's not fair I pay for ugly feet. I pointed out the footbath which I never noticed but it had visible mold...she yells that they clean everything. Really? Then why did I break out in a rash? I've seen other un-hygenic things go one here like improper sanitary precautions with instruments and someone had visible bloody cuticles/cut while getting a manicure. Don't waste your time here. I walked out today saying I won't be back! Gave them the benefit of the doubt for way too long. Zero stars for quality, sanitation and customer service. You get what you pay for. I was there Farthers Day weekend. I walked in asked for a pedicure and was asked to wait 15 minutes. Waited 20. Then a lady walked me over to the spa bowl where my feet sat in water for almost hour. I watched a guy of another nationality walk in and a lady walked out and took him right away. I walked out. I heard no apology. Please stay away from this place. Horrible service!!! Came in at 640 place was pretty empty I asked kindly are you closing? The staff said no we are not what service will you be having. I said a simple mani/pedi and eyebrows. The technician that did my mani/pedi talked in a foreign language the entire time and would raise her tone every time she didn't like something about my feet!! Very rude, if you want to talk about your client do it once person has left. Did a horrible job on my toes didn't bother to clean up where the polish got on my skin, nails weren't even and I was rushed to get to the chair to get my mani. She kept looking at the clock every 5-10min. If you did not have time to perform my services should have said so. If that wasn't bad enough another lady rushed over and said do eyebrows now, complete mid doing of my mani!!! I asked her to take my brow make up of she refused insisted she knew what she was doing I asked several times I'd like the makeup off first, she refused. Needless to say she messed up my brows!! I have been going to Jade Nails for a few years now to get my eyebrows done. Yesterday, I decided to treat myself to a manicure since I had an event later that night. I got a french manicure, wasn't the best, but it would have to do. Throughout the night, I noticed my nails began to discolor and then turned completely yellow! I have NEVER had this happen to me before! Today, I went back to get them fixed and was completely shocked with the way I was treated. The women all began to accuse me of either going tanning or doing laundry with bleach. After telling them that I did neither, they called me a liar and was told that she would fix it this time, but if I mess them up again, she won't touch me. The entire 10 minutes she took to fix them, the women were all talking to eachother and glaring at me. When she put me under the dryer, she took my purse and threw it on the counter. If you are looking for a nice nail salon this is NOT the place you want to go. Do yourself a favor. read more

Please find somewhere else to go! The nail color selection was horrible, didn't recognize any of the brands and what was available appeared to be in bottles that looked like they were donated from some underground illegal nail polish making operation, and that's not a complement to the good bootleggers! Furthermore, do not pay for a no chip because your no chip will not only peel and chip but it will also turn colors! Not a good look! Needless to say I will never, never, never, ever go back. If you do decide to go it's best that you bring your own polish and sanitizing tools, wash all body parts thoroughly after leaving and make anyone touching you wear gloves. I was leery while there but need the service, I could have done a better job myself, blindfolded, without hands. The service was just yikes and yuck!
