Such a unique and large space with seating on both sides (1 side is a coffee bar and the other is the kitchen). Their menu is so unique and they also have a "test kitchen" menu where they'll have creations from the kitchen that they make and if they're popular enough they make the big menu. Such a great concept. Their menu has so many delicious sounding items but I decided since it was my first time to try "staples" which was a sandwich and soup combo. The cheddar broccoli soup was spectacular! The flavor and heartiness won me over. I tried the pear and gouda panini as my 1/2 sandwich which was also quite tasty. Oh and my iced raspberry cheesecake cappuccino was my favorite! Soooooo dreamy. And the customer service was great too. The cashier was super patient with me as I took forever to review the menu and decide on what I wanted. I will definitely be back even though it isn't close to my home which says something. So happy I discovered this place.

The panini was nice and crisp on the outside and the turkey with melted Brie was really good. However, I never heard the end of it from my family. Well, my turkey and Brie was delicious.

There were so many choices of bowl ingredients that I worried maybe I went overboard by adding almost everything. But amazingly, the entire menu of ingredients and sauces was so thoughtfully chosen that probably any combination of them would go well together. But once opening the doors, a vast airy space appeared before us. One of the wait staff approached us and kindly took our orders. From the large-printed menu that stood in eye sight we were able to make our bowls. The shrimp, cucumbers and leafy greens were fresh and very tasty. The honey mustard sauce I added to the salad hit the spot. We were the only sitting to eat. Others, which were few, took theirs to go. The music playing in the background was not overbearing. We carried on a good conversation for over an hour without being disturbed. We appreciated that. Mama Dudes sits in a strip mall amongst other businesses. This should not stop you from giving Mama Dudes a try. p.s. the unisex bathroom was clean and large enough for a wheelchair.

They do not know your name or care about your childhood. I picked the Seasonal Stir-Fry, the Chesapeake Crab Stir-Fry. Egg white noodles. Crab with Old Bay seasoning. Bell peppers. Red onions. Scallions. Parsley. Seasoned breadcrumbs. Old Bay sauce. I swapped the grape tomatoes for mushrooms. I also ordered a bottle of Mexican Coke. Cane sugar as God intended. It felt almost rebellious to drink something that tasted like the 20th century. The place was nearly empty when I walked in, but within five minutes it was buzzing. Three line cooks moved like their feet were on fire. A young woman at the front kept the chaos civilized, sliding bags onto shelves and trays into hands with the calm of someone who has seen worse days. She was very good at her job. My order arrived hot enough to make my glasses fog. The crab was all body meat, none of the prized claw, but there was plenty of it. Sometimes quantity has a quality all it's own. The Old Bay gave a mild sting on the tongue and reminded me that flavor is sometimes about memory as much as ingredients. The napkins had a word search, a maze, and a spot-the-difference game on the backs. I did not touch them. I admired the idea though. It was a neat way to keep kids or bored adults occupied without wasting paper on disposable menus, flyers or tray covers. The meal and soda cost just under twenty dollars with tip. That is a little high for noodles and crab from a fast casual joint, but these are the days we are living in. All in all, I left satisfied, and asking for more than that from your lunch is just setting yourself up for disappointment. 4 stars.

I felt like I was in the city with the gorgeous lighting and ambiance. My friend and I went on ladies night, where every Wednesday they have a DJ and 10% off food/drinks at the bar! We started off with 3 different apps, the zucchini fritte, the meat and cheese board for two, and the rice balls. Everything was phenomenal! The rice balls were stuffed with shredded beef instead of ground beef which I liked and the Gorgonzola cheese sauce was tangy and savory. The zucchini fritte was fried to a golden crisp and felt light and satisfying. The meat and cheese board is truly perfect for pairing with some pre-dinner drinks! Neither of us felt like drinking that night so I got the Stella Rose red berry spritz and she got the black berry spritz. These were fruity and sweet and perfect for a night out. Great alcohol free options. For dinner I got the cacio e pepe which came in a huge serving. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and I really liked how creamy and cheesy it was without feeling too heavy. My friend got the eggplant rollatini which was a humongous portion and she devoured it and still had some for leftovers. These were both great meat-free options. For dessert I had the chocolate lava cake which was rich and decadent. Perfect for sharing but mine was all for me! My friend had the creme brûlée which she indulged on without a single bite to spare! Can't forget to mention the impeccable service! Our server Andres was so sweet and took excellent care of us and always checked in with us. I'm so glad I finally checked out Spigola! This is a perfect restaurant for a great meal. Since it is an elevated atmosphere, this makes it extra special for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, etc. With their big event space in the back, Spigola's is a wonderful spot for showers, rehearsal dinners, parties, even intimate weddings. Have no idea how we never tried La Casona in the years my spouse worked nearby or how we missed it…read morein Yelp searches. Well we fixed that as of last night and wow did we have a tasty experience. Bryan, our server, made sure we were ordering in the best way possible to ensure our return trip. So many tasty dishes to choose from and we had both narrowed down to two which Bryan explained and guided us on. Ironically my dish per a Google AI search was the most enjoyed dish. Funny, AI can now even help summarize all the Google reviews and to distill it down for us in seconds. So on this Friday evening after work, here's what we ordered... we start off with a mango margarita which we shared and this was over ice not frozen in a properly salted glass and boy did it taste awesome. We started off with an appetizer of the.Pastelillos Boricuas (3 pieces), it was for us cooked to perfection. It was not over fried. The meat was tender. It was tasty. It was. The crust was soft, even though it had some crispness to it, and I would absolutely start with these again. For our mains, my wife had the Ropa Vienna Platter and she absolutely loved it and reminded her of her time down in Miami for school and getting local Cuban or Caribbean or Puerto Rican food and this just hit it for her. For me I followed my Google AI search... The standout, highly-rated dish at La Casona Restaurante & Bar in Hamilton is their Trifongo. Customers rave about this signature item, often ordered with Churrasco A La Criolla (skirt steak in a flavorful Creole sauce). This came in a wooden round bowl at first I thought it was a coconut shell. It was absolutely delicious moist tender tasty. Our whole dinner experience met exactly with what I was looking for when I told my wife I'm tired of our usual restaurants. I wanna try something different. I don't know what it is but it's a food group that we don't eat or don't eat often and that's how we found La Casona. They have a bar. There's a huge parking lot outback indoor outdoor dining. It's perfect for romantic night out for two as well as large groups. Note they have different pricing for cash paying versus credit card. Staff super friendly courteous the place is immaculately clean, and the food was scrumptious.
