I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!

My first encounter with Nadeem was not just pleasant but like we had been good friends that hadn't seen each other in ages. He was warm and caring and walked me through the choices on the best way to fix my silk. He said it would take about 3-4 weeks since he does all repairs by hand... and it was exactly that time frame! I got a call and set up a time to pick up my rug. I was extremely pleased with the repair and the outcome. My rug is back out and being used as it was intended! The measurements were off causing seams in the middle of a room. I regulary have to tap nails down with a rubber mallet to avoid injury. The installers were so rude! They blamed me multiple times for mis-measurements done by their company. They were also bad-mouthing the owners, measurers and every one else including me. They had their music blaring the whole time. They spoke obnoxiously loud as to talk over the music. After visiting several other big box stores and not finding the right fit I took a trip to Menards and found several options that fit my vision. The store also has everything else you could need.
