It was like the restaurant gods flipped a switch: awkward start over, let the good times roll. From then on, the night was smooth sailing. Our server was a rockstar. Attentive, friendly, and somehow always appearing right when we needed them. Now let's talk food. The mac and cheese. Oh. My. Goodness. Forget everything you thought you knew about mac and cheese. Kaleigh is super friendly and attentive (example: we didn't have to ask for refills, she perceived the future need and delivered refills before our glass was empty. She also brought us spare napkins without having to ask). Simple little things like this always make the difference between a good meal and a great meal! We both ordered the chicken strips and they were promptly served very hot and cooked perfectly. My salad came in a chilled bowl and the lettuce was crisp, fresh, and cold.
