Employees are very friendly and the pizza was excellent. Our pie was brought to our table and the slices served to us, which was nice. Very clean place with a bathroom. Tables well spaced.

The best pizza on Long Island! The best! Large slices, grease dripping, melted cheese and thin crust. Fantastic. It was nice and hot too. I'm a sucker for a pizza lunch with a soda. Jack's was a recommendation from a dear friend. She has never steered me wrong when it comes to food. She delivered here! When we walked in we placed our orders and sat down. The staff was amazing. Great conversation, smiles and hardworking. They seem to do a good amount of take out as well as eat in. The interior was so clean as well, parking in a side lot too.

More like 3.5 stars. Solid, standard pizza place. I had a large Caesar salad (chopped) with grilled chicken. I asked for dressing mixed in. Dressing was not mixed in. Sigh. Calamari was good. I tried the chicken parm too and it was fine.

It's been years. Nearly 50 since O had a slice of pie here so expectations were high and driven by memories from my childhood. Still located in the same place though it's footprint has doubled over the last few decades, this is still the place where memories are made. Good, hot pies with dripping cheese and sauce. The flop dead on and the spices just right. Not much in the way of decor but that's not what you are here for is it? Grab a pie or a slice, the variety is much wider these days and inhale the smells and tastes of summer in an Italian beach town.

Living in NY sets a high standard for pizza, I get that, but do yourself a favor and do not order a Sicilian pie or slice. The sauce isn't good and the slice is HUGE. I know Sicilian slices are supposed to be thicker, but good lord did I order a sheet cake? The slice is so thick that it can't even fit in their to go boxes or your mouth. Attached you'll see my first red flag for this place: ruined cheese. I can't speak for their other food, but if they can't make a good Sicilian than I don't want it.

Nothing Special - I was passing through the neighborhood and happened to pop inside; - I ordered a regular slice and a Sicilian slice. The Sicilian tasted very "Cake Like" - Regular slice was fair @ the very least. I suspect that this place is very popular with the Island Park locals - Otherwise, I think "Pizza Options" are limited in this "One Horse Town". - Plenty of better options across "The Channel" in Long Beach - But, than again - I'm more sure if their is sufficient "Potable Water" in that town. What was up with the stolen cocktail salt shakers that were floating around this place? Overall - didn't enjoy my visit. Would not make the trip!

I was so excited to have my poke bowl with a side of a yummy bubble tea…read more The poke still bomb, fresh and a great portion. They have pre made bowls or you can build your own which is my fav! The place clean and cute and of course, packed and full of life. The staff upbeat and friendly which is what we love! Unfortunately I had to give them one less star for this rating (compared to my previous 5 star) because their bubble tea changed, not only their packaging but their quality. The cup felt flimsy, like if you squeeze too hard might pop the cover off, no big deal if the actual drink is great, then you bypass this BUT unfortunately this has to be one of the saddest bubble tea drinks I've had in a while. The drink was warm!!! Ugh, the ice was added last so therefore it melted immediately and so by the time it got to me, warm... I'm like ok I can add ice at home lol .. I had the mango and my boyfriend the peach. Both flavors were good, but both warm with ice is just not the same. We had it with tapioca bubbles and mango/peach popping boba. The popping boba was good but the tapioca pearls were SOOO HARD and a weird orange see through color so either they weren't ready or they were old! They were so hard they kept clogging our straw and couldn't sip our drink... everything about it was just a disappointment, I was so sad because I've been going there for years and I've loved their bubble tea and never had that problem! Anyway, go for food, skip their bubble tea.

I am not a coleslaw person (like... ever), but this one changed me. The veggies were crisp, the dressing was perfectly balanced -- not too sweet, not too heavy -- and honestly, I could eat a tub of it and not get tired. Character development unlocked. We decided to share the Heartburn Wrap, which was definitely big enough for two. Minor user error on my part -- I thought it came with pastrami and hot peppers, but apparently I ordered it wrong. That one's on me, and trust and believe I'm running it back next time the correct way. We also shared the matzo ball soup and let me tell you... it tasted like somebody's bubbe made it with love and a little bit of magic. Straight up warm hug in a bowl. Service-wise, our server wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy -- but honestly, I didn't come here to make friends. I came to eat, and on that front, Lido's absolutely delivered. Bottom line: phenomenal food, generous portions, and we will 100% be back. Must try.

I got a bowl of matzo ball soup and split a sandwich with my mother. That along with the all you can eat kosher dill pickles filled me up nice and good. Two things to keep in mind though. In the winter, there is a really cold draft so be sure to dress warm if you were eating in. Also, the parking isn't great, but there is a lot across the street.

Place is on the small side, which can lead to it being noisy, but it wasn't too bad when we were there. Food came out quick and hot. Prices a bit higher than other diners, but that might be what's necessary to stay in business locally. I got a reuben with fries. Not the absolute best I've had, not even close to the worst, and ultimately satifying. Fries were a bit bland and I could've used more russian dressing. My wife enjoy her burger, and my son enjoyed his chicken and french fries. Egg cream was good as well, and the portions were formidable. A good dining experience all around.
