At times we have sat at the bar and at other times we've sat at tables, and always received prompt and attentive service. The atmosphere here is definitely "local pub" with ample indoor and outdoor seating, seasonally. If you visit even a few times you will begin to recognize regulars from the neighborhood. Everything on the menu I've tried has been quite good, although the standouts are the smash burgers and the wings. They run a lot of specials including taco themes but I have yet to try the tacos. It is pub food, but everything is always fresh-tasting. The drink selection is somewhat limited, as they do not have an extensive selection of beers, wines, or liquor. Just the basics. If you are a craft beer fan you will not really find any options here. But, if you like a bottle of Bud Light and a shot of Jack, you'll be right at home. They do create some themed cocktails for the seasons.

Loved the establishment and they made you feel welcomed. We were a big group and were accommodated easily. We were serviced immediately with water. Great staff, friendly and attentive. The food... Wow, just so original and authentic to them. I loved my philly cheese steak. Normally, one would comment on the meat, which was delicious, but the bread was just so nice that it paired really well with the meat. I never thought I would compliment the bread of a Philly cheese steak haha you really can taste the flavors in each bite! AND the food came out really fast! My only thing I can say "negative" is that no cards, no electronic payment .. whaaaaa :o we had to take out money from an ATM onsite for a $200+ bill :/ shook So if you have cash, can't come here on the whim.

We got some lemon drop martinis and clausmopolitans, both absolutely delicious. I ordered a burger and wings, and honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I've been eyeing this place up for the past 3 years. Ever since I began working at 8th and Market this place seemed like the punchline to the joke that is the Gallery. My friends and I have been talking about coming here forever -- $2.50 Tuesday night "Woowoo"s have been calling our names. Not sure what a "woowoo" is but it can call your name. I promise. Walked in, took a seat and were immediately attended to by a waitress that is exactly what I am looking for when I hit a dive bar -- like a diner waitress with booze. She was great. Us: "The appetizer platter, is that good?" Her: "Yep." Us: "Like you'd say any different" Her: "If it tasted like crap I would tell you. I don't want to serve anything that tastes bad." Thanks lady. It was good! As was the grilled cheeses with tomato. And the Woowoo's weren't bad either if you like a sweet drink. Oh, and I had 3 drinks and a dinner for 15.26 ($20 w/ tip) -- find that anywhere else in this city.
