I took my 91 year old grandfather to get his car smogged and the man doing the smog tests was extremely RUDE and yelled at my grand father after he asked the employee to explain something to him, then says "if you dont like what I say, you can go somewhere else I don't care" safe to say we will NEVER go back there again and I won't refer anyone there either. read more

I stopped by a bit before closing to ask if he would be able to service my car on Saturday morning, he told me that if I had about 30 minutes to spare he would be able to take care of me right then and there. I had an issue with my alternator belt and an oil leak coming from the engine. I had tried fixing my truck myself and had taken it to other places to get it fixed but they never got it right. I took it to Jack and he fixed the leak, got rid of the bad noise coming from the alternator belt and also went above and beyond and fixed a damage windshield wiper I had along with some of the broken hoses from my vacuum hoses on the engine. Great price. Jack knows his stuff. Definitely had a new customer. I highly recommend this place. read more

Needed a repair shop and found this place and saw it had good reviews. Was hoping it would live up to it but unfortunately it did not. They charged me $80 for a BOLT and said plus the labor fee and "test drive" which I had originally offered to show him the issue myself. No test drive was even NEEDED! He was rude and insisted his price was fair. I paid the $80 and just left after leaving not even 5min after a woman stops me on the street and said BOTH of my taillights were OUT! Mind you this was NO problem before I took my car there and I know this for a fact because my boyfriend did an oil change and checked all my lights for me before going here. I went back to tell him my brake lights were both out and he was being rude saying it had nothing to do with him but I find it strange how this was not a problem before coming here!!!!! He fixed my lights with no charge but was very rude about it. Would not recommend. read more

My family have been going to Jack Auto Center for over 5 years now. We go to Jack because he's honest and the repair cost is very reasonable. I used to go to the Mercedes dealer for my 2008 C300 Mercedes. Since my warranty expires, Jack maintains my car now and he saves me a lot of money from the ridiculous dealer's cost for Service A, B, and even for diagnostics. I gave this shop a try because I'm committed to giving my business to locally owned places. While Jack was nice enough to look at my car again after he did work, I was not impressed to find out that the headlights that he installed were broken by him or someone else at his shop. When I told him about this all he said was that no one did it on purpose. That is not a very good business practice. Regardless of whether it was a mistake or not. Don't say you're can do something if you've never done it before. That was my impression of how he went about installing them. I am disappointed that I need to bring my business further away from my home. read more

I have had Jack work on both of my the Mercedes Benz i've had, I have had a 2006 Mercedes E350 and Jack has done an excellent job servicing it. In my opinion it better than the Dealer itself. He has also worked on my 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 and the car has been running great. Now he will be working on my 2016 Mercedes E350, I would rather Have Jack and any of his employees work on it that the dealer, especially since the prices are fair and he's honest. read more

Jack is one low life mechanic .he has been the absolute worst .he doesn't listen to concerns or check his work .I went to him to put a brand new starter on .I left from the shop n didn't even make it half way home .my car wouldn't turn back on in the gas station I had to tow it to my house and then tow it back to jack .once it was there for 3 days he called and said he thinks our brand new battery and brand new starter that HE just replaced .so we switch are brand new battery for a new one and the battery place asked why we want a new one cuz the one we have is good.we switched anyway trusting jacks word.then he's telling us that the starter he was changed for our car is bad and that he's gonna charge us a second time to put a new one on when we had just had him replace a new one less then a week ago .how are you gonna charge someone for the same work that you did and didn't even care to check before it left your shop? Now I have to tow it again from his shop n find a mechanic not trying to scam me like this man did .2 new batterys and two starters in one week read more
