The best royal benedict I've ever had - the eggs were cooked perfectly, the salmon was obviously good quality and the holondase was delicious. The staff were great too - quality and attentive service.

You just can't beat this place - it's an absolute 5 star winner for me!! I've been here more than a few times and pretty much everything about the place keeps me coming back. Plonked right by Clapham Junction station, Jack's at the Junction is a great stop -off on your way to and from a train. Honestly, it's a great stop-off whenever, but I've mended a fair few hangovers en route to a long train journey in here. The food...oh the food! The first thing to say is that you should go in here with an appetite. If you're just after a piece of toast or a little bowl of muesli, go somewhere else. It would be almost disrespectful to come in here without a rumbling stomach... There's every kind of breakfast imaginable in here - pancakes, full cooked, eggs coked in every possible way! It's basically a breakfast-lover's heaven. I have sampled many thing in here but the Double - a simple, but massive cooked breakfast - is one of my favourites. There's so much space to go wrong with a full-cooked breakfast; too many aspects to get right and too many opportunities to stumble and fall. Jack's does not stumble and fall... Every part of the Double is as tasty as the next - all packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. To top it off, there's unlimited coffee (which is great because it makes you feel like you're in NYC) and I got a juice as part of my breakfast, which was lovely! The pancakes, too, are big fluffy piles of delight. I've witnessed the eggs florentine sampled as well and, though eggs are not my breakfast of choice, I am told these were spot on too. The atmosphere is great in here - it's always packed and sometimes you end up squeezed onto a table with other people. This maybe isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. The staff are friendly and surprisingly un-manic considering the vibe. All in all, Jack at the Junction is a must-visit if you're anywhere nearby! Don't miss it or you'll be missing out.

Jacks is without a doubt my favourite place to have breakfast. We always arrive early as I'm not a huge fan of sharing a table in the morning and it can get a little crowded in there. The breakfast is gross value for money and isn't dripping in grease. Nothing is over cooked or feels as though it has been sat around. Honestly have no bad words to say about the food. The owner is so jolly and always has a huge smile. I go there pretty much every weekend. Ps the brownies are amazing :)

Incredible English Breakfast. Double and triple portions

My fiance and I stopped here for a late breakfast before boarding a train to Hampton Court. It's small but a great place to go to get quick service and great food with big portions. We were in and out in 20 mins to catch the train but I would have liked to linger a little because I was stuffed!!

This place might not be one of those hipster breakfast places in central or east London, but I like it as it's not pretentious and there is something genuine in both of their food and service. The portions are quite big and I saw many people leave their food.

Had the soup of the day (chicken and vegetable) as was a chilly day, it was quite possibly the best soups I've ever had! Reasonably priced and full of tasty ingredients. The staff were smiley and welcoming. Was my first visit and certainly won't be the last.

Nom nom nom blue cheese salad!

The Eggs Royale were perfect! Every bite was gone in under 5 minutes.YUM! Because my eggs were remade, our awesome server, Oliver, took great care of us. It took 25 mins to place our drink order- then about 30 more mins to get our food, after placing that order. Then we had to wait to place a dessert order. Then we had to wait for the check. One word for this comes to mind...'waiting'. We found ourselves waiting every step of the way for our waiter to acknowledge us. Honestly I can forgive A LOT if people are nice but that wasn't the case with our server. Low energy, not very warm and welcoming and slow. Actually to be fair, I got a smile from the busboy when I was on my way to the restroom- perhaps the 2 should switch roles if the restaurant is looking for repeat visits or nice reviews. Btw- the manager...not exactly sure what he was doing. One last thing, I've had sea bass in many restaurants and never had anyone leave the skin on-Just not what I expected. This restaurant gets 2 thumbs down for me. Go to Bills right around the corner - save some money - and get a smile from the staff and a nice greeting.

I loved the decor and atmosphere. Food: My friend and I both ordered the traditional English breakfast. I had mine with vegan sausage. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was pretty good. I was excited they had a vegan sausage option instead of leaving the sausage off like other places. Service: Our service was quick and friendly. We were able to order promptly and our food came out in an expected amount of time. There is a bit of a time limit for stays because they are so busy, but we didn't feel rushed at all. It was nice to have some vegetables and it was enjoyable. The vanilla scone came in warm and enough clotted cream and jam. The pot of tea was plenty for 2 people. The quality of tea is nothing special just a traditional British breakfast tea. The service was fast and friendly. The interior was decorated that really feels traditionally British, it was a nice touch to the overall experience. Cute tea cups were used as well.

Everything on the plate was FANTASTIC. I especially want to note the bacon- I'm somewhat of a bacon snob and theirs was perfectly done.
