Came through the drive thru for a quick lunch! I got a chicken tender meal it was very yummy. Their ranch tasted homemade, i wish they had bottles of it for sale. The service was fantastic, the sweet lady at the drive thru window was very friendly and our food got to us quickly. Plus the price of the food was pretty cheap! Sunday morning around 9am. This place is going downhill fast. It was a chilly morning yet the fireplace wasn't on. Leaving I saw smudges and fingerprints all over the in/out door. Got attitude while placing my order-no words just a look. Lots of employees but they were either arguing with each other or loitering in the dining room. My to go order was missing hash browns but it wasn't worth the hassle of getting it fixed. The positives were 1) they were open 2)the tv in the dining room is 1st class 3) prices are very reasonable. Can never get charged the same price for the same order on any 2 different visits...and since when does not getting the drink that comes with a combo meal nullify the combo order and allows the cashier to charge you for the sides adding %20 cost to your order??? Jacks is good fast food. The service has always been good and the staff friendly when I have come in. I love their breakfast. They have good biscuits and they are a great value. Their coffee is also pretty good for a fast food place. Good burgers Good chicken Good shakes. What's not to like. The donning room is also neat and cozy. read more

Usually, the chicken is hot and fresh, I ordered my usual #6, which USUALLY comes with 3-4 pickles and NO MAYO, so I ordered the same thing with no pickles and added MAYO. But today, my #6 fried chicken sandwich came with lettuce and tomato. That's new! AND my sandwich was barely warm, and LOOKED like it had been sitting out a while. The service was good, although when ordering, I could barely understand the lady, so I didn't know what my total was before I went to the window. She had no attitude, she was polite, it was nice. This is my second time ordering from Jack's since the opening here in Albany,well I purchased the 10pc meal chicken of course,the chicken was hugeee and cooked so hard that my family say what is this,it was soooooo hard,the service was great and the biscuits was wonderful.I can't purchase hard chicken like that again,I was really dissapointed about that. read more

One entrance door was locked so I had to drive around the building and come in the back, I got a bacon sandwich that was pretty much 90% bread and cold. There was supposed to be an egg on there, but it was the smallest egg I've ever had. Must've been a tiny chicken or part of the egg broke off before it made it on the sandwich. I heard someone knocking at the lock door and had to get up to let them in and it turned out to be an employee. The bathroom was not all that clean and although I was the only customer in the restaurant for maybe 20 minutes and you do pick your food up at the counter. Nobody came over to say hey how is breakfast or is there anything I can get for you. The numerous employees just hung out behind the counter talking. Won't go back there again. It's good food however the service is extremely slow and when you're in the drive thur line if you don't use the first lane you will get skipped when placing an order! Ordered online and went through drive through window, I ordered fries and instead of telling me that they were out of fries they put hash browns in the bag. When I went in to let them know that I got hash browns, the manager said oh we out of fries, like I was supposed to just know that. And the big guy in the back said "take it or leave it" to which nothing was said. This town ruins everything and the people here have zero work ethic! I bet when the big dude in the back orders food with his not so hard earned money, he expects to get what he ordered. This place is trash! read more

Food is ok and cheap enough. My review is about the staff though, and not even the cashiers at this location. We (me, my wife, and kids) were out to dinner at a different sit down restaurant. A crew from Jacks came in. They were obviously trainers/regional people and not the local crew. The leader seemed to be a guy named Shane (I think). They were right next to us and the whole time they were obnoxiously loud, cussing, talking about lap dances and had no concern that all of this could be overheard by any table within 2.7 miles of where they were sitting. If these are the managers/trainers for customer service staff I have to think that there is no hope for the crew working at their locations. I completely understand needing to relax and blow off steam after a day at work but if they can't understand how cussing (especially Shane) loudly next to people with young children while bragging about lap dances might be seen as rude and unprofessional, well then they deserve to be called out. The sad thing, most of them were old enough to not be acting like drunken freshman at their first college frat party. So if the real leadership at Jacks ever reads this, understand that even after hours if they are sporting your work shirts and talking about their jobs like this out in public it just isnt a good look. read more

Service is absolutely awful, 04/14/24 around 5pm I went through the drive through and the girl working drive though was so nasty. While I'm trying to place a order she kept saying " is that it yet" when I got to the window her attitude was even worse as she snatched my card and was like " here take your food" she forgot the honey mustard and fries and when I told her she says " oh my god" and her manager walks over with even a worst attitude and basically doesn't believe I order fries so I showed her the receipt and she says "pull to the front" I waited 20 minutes on fries until I decided to go inside and just get them.
