When discussing the…read moreimportance of taking a cab home instead of driving drunk, the man stated that a woman who "missed him" and ultimately rejected (e.g. "I don't miss you)") risked becoming highly emotional and driving home under the influence. The conversation was unhinged and misogynistic, I wouldn't recommend using this taxi company over Lyft or Uber no matter how convenient it may seem. If I could give zero stars I would, but because I can't, they get one. You'd be a fool to use.

The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!
