The cars are clean and provide a nice, stress free ride to Logan airport. I have experience requesting pickups both very early morning and later in the evening. She couldn't take us but she arranged for an associate to handle our ride to the airport who was also excellent at her same rate. Our pickup arrived perfectly on time and we were dropped off curbside. On the way back Linda let me know where she would be and was waiting to grab us and our bags right outside the terminal. No waiting in the cold, no walking by half a mile to fight the other crowds and no surge pricing. Linda and her associate were extremely friendly, the cars were very comfortable.
