Calling an hour and a quarter in advance is apparently pointless. A 3 o'clock pickup reservation at 1:45 means car doesn't show up until... well, I'll never know because I called an Uber at 3:50- five minutes later, I'm heading home in that Uber... Some of their drivers are great, but dispatch and management... worthless. Too bad; I try to buy local. read more

They only take cash, didn't tell me when I requested a taxi. Let your customers know when they call. Plus I was late for my appointment, they told me 5 minutes, it was 25 minutes later . read more

I just want to let everybody know anyone that works at Union taxi don't take that cab they love to take extra money for tips without asking permission and think it's okay when it's really not all because you have stuff to put in the trunk and then they don't even help you load your stuff in the cab SMH never giving business to such rude immature people never in my life would I do that to anyone doesn't even deserve a star and another thing I want to mention is how they drive past their customers and you have to call them and tell them what their drivers are doing very poor service I wouldn't take this cab again read more

I ve never seen a worse job. Collection of the worst drivers. They break the rules, they are loud and blasting horn in the morning for no reason! read more

These taxi drivers don't have any respect! They don't seem know where they are going when picking someone up so they lay on the horn while driving up and down the entire street. The next time I hear one of your taxi drivers beeping in front of my house for a pickup that is no where near my house, I will not hesitate to submit a very detailed report to the appropriate offices. My complaint will clearly suggest the removal of all your hackney licenses due to your operators blatantly disrespecting the rules of the road, violating city ordinances, as well as driving under the influence. Get with the program Union Taxi, it's time to comply with the rules your drivers are expected to uphold. Shame on you read more

If I could this company a -5 review I would. Anyone who lives in Lynn should know by now that their drivers are reckless and are to be avoided at all costs. Little do I know that I am not even safe in my own driveway. I was backing into my driveway with my hazards on and barreling down the street comes Union cab #80 doing about 40mph. This guy blew the stop sign and tried to drive up onto the sidewalk to get around me but miscalculated and almost hit my house as he came to a screeching stop. Blocking my driveway but now screaming curse words at me in Spanish this clown found himself trapped up on the sidewalk against one of the trees on the sidewalk and now my van in my driveway. When I called the dispatch number on the side of the cab with the cabbie screaming in the background the gentleman on the other end of the phone told me that was a me problem and not his problem! Tried using this service on Saturday June 8th was told 5 minutes 45 minutes later I was told only 1 more minute. After an hour an 15 minutes they were no longer answering my calls and I gave up and missed a double graduation party. I give them zero stars!!! el peor servivio me dejaron esperando 30 minutos y luego que me recogieron 20 minutos más recoriendo la ciudad

If I could give zero star I would. These taxi drivers are waking me up at all times of the night honking their horns for 30 minutes at a time nearly every day of the week. How are they in business read more

This evening, I called Union Taxi to report a drivers misconduct on my street. This happens twice per day on a daily basis. One of my neighbors receives dialysis and uses them for medical transportation. When I called Union Taxi to report the behaviors, Raul explained the driver who came to my street tonight was driver #10. When Raul decided he no longer wanted to hear about the problem - HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called him back and he stated, "the line got disconnected." I proceeded to explain the problem and suddenly he hung up on my again. This happened a total of 4 more times and in my last call he said he would call the police on me because I don't stop calling him. Here's the problem with this: I called him to report a problem and he chose to blatantly disregard it. When I spoke to him in Spanish (as I am also Spanish) he regarded me with greater disrespect at this time. I thanked him for threat to call the police on me and because "I wouldn't stop calling." But Raul, I thought you said the line had gotten disconnected? I guess I'm the one who is confused. Thank you for the lies. And thank you for the disrespect as it's 9pm in Lynn and we are all trying to get to work tomorrow. Ahora en Español para el gerente: Favor de contactarme para discutir el primer reporte que llame para hacer sobre el taxi #10. Si desea ignorar las necesidades de mi comunidad, lo reporto al Better Business Bureau. Espero su llamada. read more

Van Taxi #1 was doing 70mph in a 50 mph zone and almost ran a grey car next to me off the road. This isn't the first time I've seen reckless driving by this company. Also reading the other reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence. I found a link on the Lynn PD website that allows the public to report traffic incidents. Maybe if they get reported enough they will re-evaluate they're drivers and stop putting the public in danger. http://lynnpolice.org/departments/traffic-department/complaint-form/ The City of Lynn should revoke their operating license if this is the standard in which Union Taxi operates. How long before they cause a serious accident? Something needs to be done by one of the Lynn departments seeing as when you call Union Taxi to inform them they just hang up on you. Do better Union Taxi you are making the rest of Dominican Business Community look bad. read more

5 min its the answer for every call to pick u up, then the taxi arrives 15 to 30 min after the call and that is if the taxi arrive to the pick up address, then if don't arrive you can call them 100 times and they don't pick up the phone, no ethics, no professionalism no nothing it is the worst taxi company in all Massachusetts people don't call them is better to call an uber or Lyft a few bucks more but there are on time Always, never gonna call them again. read more

Count you're money before you get off the taxi. I gave a 20 dollar bill for the driver to charge 5 dollars and they gave me back 10 when I called the office the driver said he gave me back 15. Came home after work one afternoon to find cab #36 pulled over in front of my house. As I pulled in my driveway I found the cab driver urinating on my trash barrels. So this was our 2nd taxi service we thought we'd try on our trip (Tom's was first-check out the review). Similar horrible experience. I am an experienced cab rider living in SF and rides in cabs 5-6 times a week as well in NYC, London, UAE and Singapore every other month. I know what to expect. It's not freaking rocket science - its customer service. How can you mess that up? So, they pick us up - a party of 6 - at our rental and take us to a nearby wedding. Right on time but a crazy driver. Too fast and reckless which was confirmed in my mind when he hit the breaks and sent me flying when he saw a state trooper on the side of the road because he was 15 mph over the speed limit. We got there ok but when I called for a ride back to our rental I said we had 6 people. The driver showed up in a 4 passenger sedan. When I said I have 6 people and they need seatbelts he said people don't need seatbelts and people can sit on each other's laps. Seriously?! I have 80-90 year olds with me and they are to sit on each other's laps? So I sent the cab away and said come back with the minivan you brought us out here in. It felt like we were punished by our request and had to wait a very long time. This is where we talked to the Massachusetts State Trooper that said we were crazy to use Lynn taxi's because the safety and service sucks and to take Uber - non-regulated service - because they are safer and deliver better service. Sad that local law enforcement cannot even support local cabs. If you are visiting the area RENT A CAR . Its worth the cost than ride with these folks. read more

Zero STAR!!! Never again with union taxi!!! should of stuck with the reviews here after looking at it and took a chance since it's close by. It was under 2 miles from my location. (Meter don't run) when i got picked up he went of and picked up a whole family at Green Tea with me in there. The driver was constantly on his phone texting in the middle of the blizzard and the family in the taxi with me was 3 children (ranging 5 to 9) and 4 adults. This place needs to be shut down. They are not only rude when calling for service. The drivers itself needs to know the law read more

I would give zero stars if I could. When the driver was late, I phoned the office. Oops it seems they forgot us. (I had pre booked a 4:00am ride to Logan).
