Damages caused by using wrong bolts!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Timeline of my experience started about a year and a half ago. Turbo went out on my 2020 sprinter van. Jackie Cooper replaced turbo at a cost of about $7000. Everything was good until January of 2023, 7 months ago, when my turbo went out again on the mountains of Arizona, strained for hours. Roadside assistance went ahead and transported my sprinter to Mercedes of Tucson service department. After Mercedes of Tucson diagnosed my vehicle they came to the conclusion that what caused the turbo to pretty much explode and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages was the fact that Mercedes of Tulsa use longer bolts to seal turbo. I spoke with Jackie cooper about the situation and after going back a, forth for weeks came to the agreement of taking responsibility and repair vehicle, but I had to get it transported to their dealership, which I did with a cost of almost $3000, 1000 miles. Once the vehicle got to them, they first acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and that they never agreed on doing anything for me. Once again going back and forth a few days, they agreed on covering the cost of new turbo using the correct bolts this time, but I was to be responsible for a bill of $5000. At this point been frustrated about the situation and really wanting to move forward, I agreed on paying the $5000. 2-3 days after they finished performing the $5000 worth of work, I get a call stating that I was to be responsible for another $10,000 worth of work. So now, after being pushed, speaking with multiple people from the dealership to Mercedes corporate I'm left with 2 options. Option #1: pay us $5000 and tow your sprinter out of the dealership. Option #2: pay us $15000+"$3000 of transport fees, to be able to drive it out of the dealership. And that's hoping there's no more calls with additional fees. This is the type of service to be expected from this dealership!!!!

No Stars '.........' two thumbs down Buyers Be Aware'' Don't do business with this dealership...... they are crooks, liars and they don't disclose anything. If something goes wrong, they will never call you back and they are too busy taking advantage, of people. They do dirty deals and like taking a vantage of women, especially. They buy their used cars and trucks at auction that have problems. After things start happening you try to reach upper management and they avoid your calls ....Once you finally get somebody to call you back this is their response after I tell them the engine blew after owning it for one week and the story gets better ........the towing company said what's up with your truck Underneath? I said what ??? he said the whole underneath of the truck is rusted out........this truck is only 2 years old. ???? when I called them after numerous phone calls the manager said. ....I quote 'for you to go sell it and go buy something else once it's fixed. ... that's their level of customer service from Jackie Coopers upper management .......Save yourself a lot of disappointment .....don't buy from these crooks they will take advantage of you!!!....women, especially. Keep on going to the next dealership because you don't wanna do business with them. You will regret it!!!!!!!

Complaint Regarding South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We initially brought our Jeep in because it was displaying a "Check 4-Wheel Drive System" warning light. Upon arrival, a technician came outside, connected a diagnostic scanner to the vehicle, and informed us that several fault codes were present. Based on this information, we scheduled a service appointment for the dealership to diagnose and repair the issue. After keeping our Jeep for approximately one week, we were told that the dealership was unable to duplicate the problem. We were informed that the fault codes had simply been cleared and that no repairs were performed. We were also told that a recall had been completed during the vehicle's stay. When we requested documentation of the work performed, we were advised that the service advisor was unable to print the repair order and would email it to us. That email was never received. Now, only two weeks later, our Jeep will not start at all. This morning, the check engine light, service light, and charging system warning light all appeared. When I contacted South Pointe to explain the situation and request assistance, I was told that we would be responsible for the towing expense. This response is unacceptable. The vehicle was drivable when we brought it in for service. The dealership identified fault codes, kept the vehicle for a week, performed no repairs, cleared the codes, and returned it to us. Now the vehicle is inoperable, yet we are expected to pay additional money for towing and further diagnostics. To make matters worse, customers can no longer contact the service department directly. Calls are routed through an overseas call center, making it difficult to speak with someone who is actually familiar with the vehicle or the service history. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend South Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The lack of communication, failure to properly diagnose and repair the vehicle, failure to provide requested documentation, and unwillingness to assist when the vehicle became inoperable have resulted in significant frustration and inconvenience. I am requesting that dealership management review this matter immediately and contact me regarding a resolution.

It is my belief that they have the worst service department and manager, Theron, in Tulsa. The car…read moreis as expected but when a check engine light came on they could not properly diagnose the issue resorting to changing the engine. Really? I have many years in the automotive service business and there is always a cause to any complaint. Never once have they given one just kept throwing new parts at a problem. Now after changing the engine, which did not fix the problem, the heater core is plugged with trash from the salvage engine. To make matters worse they want to charge me 1700.00 to change it out. After hours of dialogue and explaining that it is not failed it is just in need of a flush, no dice. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!

My first experience wasn't great. I initially worked with Tyler, who didn't seem to take me seriously. Because my license listed a different city, he assumed I was taking a 24-hour test drive out of town and denied me the opportunity. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to continue. Still, I had already shipped two cars in, so we decided to try again--and I'm glad we did. This time I worked with Maegan, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and actually treated me like a customer. I wasn't a fan of the automated text responses (those bots got confusing), but Maegan always helped clear things up quickly and made the process feel more personal. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. If you go to CarMax Tulsa, I definitely recommend working with Maegan!

We called Nissan Service at Jackie Coopers an immediately we were transferred to William. He listened and suggested bringing the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon arrival my wife said everyone was very friendly and helpful. William got the vehicle in right away. During my wife's visit she couldn't help but notice one particular service advisor going above and beyond with the customers...Her name she believes was Melissa Rivera. Not only did she work well with the customers but also with her staff. My wife said they need to move her up to the sales floor or better yet we need to be talking to her for our business.... Within 30 minutes my wife's vehicle was diagnosed and back on the road. Come to find out the Rogue had a small nail in the sidewall. Since we had just purchased new tires a month ago it was replaced. Thanks Jackie Cooper for taking the time to hire and train your staff the right way. However we do miss the older service manager Mr. Hensley... We will be back!!!.

That is very poor customer service. Also, I am trying to find out exactly what my extended warranty covers and the person who did the final paperwork is NEVER available and has apparently disabled her voicemail. Additionally, before I left with my new vehicle there was a brief (couple of minutes literally) overview of the vehicle operations. When my sister bought a Hyundai a few years ago, before she left with the vehicle, the sales person at the Hyundai dealership told her that he needed to go over how to operate the vehicle and to allow 45 minutes to an hour for that. And he did spend nearly 1 hour explaining and demonstrating vehicle functions for her. Stark contrast with what I experienced. Very disappointed so far. If that changes I will gladly write another review.
