I set an appointment with service department. I waited three days. Nothing. I left several messages and no call back. Got hung up on. Then could only talk to an AI program. Finally I had to come pick up my truck for someone else to repair. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the passenger seat was moved way up. Why would they need a passenger in the seat?!? Then I noticed my gas tank was down almost a quarter tank empty. Something definitely shady is going on. No apologies when I picked my truck up. read more

Bill Knight Body Shop fraudulently used incorrect parts on my classic vehicle without informing me. They thought I wouldn't notice. When I did notice they refused to remove the incorrect parts and replace them with the correct ones. They blatantly defaced and devalued my car by their actions. Their so-called big shot named Greg continuously gave me the run around,wouldn't return my calls and ignored me. I was never presented a copy of the original estimate they sent to my insurance company. They kept my vehicle for 18 months sitting outside in the weather causing my leather front seats to deteriorate and crack. My car had always been garage kept. I even supplied them with a brand new car cover to protect the car while they were screwing around. When I finally got the car they had damaged it with their buffer. I'm seriously considering calling one of the tv stations to see if they can help me get something done to get all the correct and missing parts put on my vehicle. If I were Bill Knight I would be ashamed of having my name connected with the body shop since he 's no longer the owner. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are not very trustworthy! read more

Sales was great, when you move to financing with Mike driver it's not comfortable, i went around Jan 15th out of all the information I had with me or emailed, he said the bank wouldn't approve me WITH $3000 down!!! On a 14-15 thousand dollar vehicle! I went to Nelson Nissan on 1/26/ 26 brought the same exact papers bill knight needed and said the same thing to Nelson that I just started working full time instead of part time, They approved me for a car around the same price as bill knight with a 50 dollar a month cheaper bill! When I called a couple of weeks later the rep I talked to no longer worked there They were no help with the service of a Ford 550 transmission and did not know where I should go for service. The sales process with Ty went very well and he was super helpful. Everything past that has been a terrible experience. The brand new vehicle came with the back door broken. We left it with them for two weeks while on vacation to come back to them telling us "they never looked at it". So we took the car and made an appointment. Brought it back to them saying they again aren't going to look at it for 5 days-even though we made an appointment, and they have no loaners. What person can go an unknown amount of time without a car? The most frustrating part is how much time it's spent there and their lack of urgency or willingness to fix their brand new car they sold off the lot broken. Very disappointing. I called about a vehicle on Friday the 5th. Jacob answered and told me it was available and pushed for me to make an appt. I was driving an hour and a half so I made an appt for the next day. He told me in text more than once that if I would come they would hold it for me. I started out Saturday morning after him once again assuring me it was available and saying he he cleared it with the manager that they would hold it. I made it within a few minutes of the dealer and the manager called and said "he had just made it into work at 12:20" LOL "and that somehow someone else had made an appt and he hadn't caught it since he was just now crawling into work. Bought a new Bronco; the process was so unpleasant that it has really ruined the joy of getting a new vehicle. The salesman's product knowledge was rivalled only by that of my 88 yr old grandmother. Personality to match knowledge also. Once I got to the sales manager, things were looking up and the deal was made. Then the real problems started... I was asked if I needed financing ; I stated very clearly that I hadn't decided yet whether to buy outright or finance part of the deal. I simply asked what was the best rate they could find - that is all. They asked all sorts of - what seemed to me irrelevant - questions and said they would check for me but needed all this to even 'check'... Long story short is that the 'finance person' submitted me for credit, TWICE. It was declined simply because I have a freeze on my credit due to data breaches. [credit score hovers between 'very good' and 'excellent' depending upon reporting agency] But NOW my credit report shows two credit apps DECLINED! Not good for your credit score... When confronted, they just shrugged it off like 'oh well'. When I decided to bring my own money, you'd have thought I shot their dog... Won't even get into trying to order accessories for now, either. Thought I was done with those clowns, but a paperwork snafu necessitated dealing with them once more to get the tag and title. Again, I was treated like a leper, the 'finance guy' ducking out when he saw me. [but I saw him first...] There MUST be a better Ford dealer in the Tulsa area to deal with. Simply must be. Had an Oil Change on Monday Morning Oct 21st, 2024, and when I left, I drove towards OKC. Had a large smell of oil and little smoke. Lifted the hood and noticed the oil dip stick was sticking out at least 8-10 inches and Oil on the engine block. What they did fix was ok, but they had the car for 9 days. One main thing they were asked to fix they did not because they could not duplicate the problem on their instruments. Even after i sent them pictures of the dash with the warning on the dash this was not good enough. This was my first experience with Bill Knight Ford, and probably my last. I will go to another Ford dealership. Bill Knight Ford is where this vehicle was bought, but I was not impressed with their timeliness and there were a few other issues. Marco Flores, my advisor kept me informed and took care above and beyond expectations. My vehicle was picked up from my residence and returned the next day! You couldn't ask for better service. When I did go to the service center it was easy to navigate. There is a lane for simple stuff like oil changes so you don't have to have an appointment, just "come on in". Do not trust a word they say. My son's F150 had 61K miles on it, 1K out of warranty, the transmission was shifting from park to drive hard. He took it into the Service Dept. in Stillwater as he is a student at OSU. Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater told him it needed a new transmission after hooking it up to their computer, est was $7K. The service engine light was NOT even on, BTW. So we took it to Riverside Ford of Tulsa for a second opinion....They fixed it with an update and by servicing the valve body. Riverside Ford went the extra mile, and got Ford involved. Ford stepped up and paid for 65% of the service charges due to the low miles and being that it was so close to the warranty. I just recently bought a used car from Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa, OK. We had just left our bank before test driving the vehicle and deciding that we were going to purchase the vehicle. We informed the sales rep that we had already been pre approved through our bank. We gave them the paper work and he sent us to finance. Finance then proceeded to run our credit without permission! Which is highly illegal! When we contacted them, they brushed us off like it was no big deal! Told us that it doesn't effect our credit that much or for very long! I just would like to know what makes someone think they can run someone else credit WITHOUT permission! I will NEVER take my business there again! Plus the car had a faulty tire sensor I informed them about after test drive and they never fixed it, just told us to go to Discount Tire to get it fixed! Like, are they not suppose to do this? They also didn't offer to wash the car or clean it, nor charge it fully. They put it on a slow charger when we live an hour away when it was at 20 miles left and then gave us the car with 40 miles on it! Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying a car! Avoid Ford trucks and particularly this dealership! Continual problems with my 2020 Raptor, made even worse by a dealer who took my vehicle in for service and spent months repairing it, with poor communication and missed completion dates. It was necessary for me to research each problem and point to TSBs that the staff seemed unaware of. Service managers poorly trained and often have no Problems we have faced in the last year include transmission problems (ultimately a rebuild), smoke discharge (oil feed to the turbochargers), front end (missing bolts) and differential (new pinon gears in front an rear), all in a vehicle which was well maintained and only 60,000 miles. When we took our truck to a different dealer we learned that Bill Knight had been authorized to do warranty repairs by Ford that were not even completed! A severe indictment of both this dealership and Ford Motor. Supply chain problems are also hidden from buyers, who discover these issues when their vehicles are unavailable for weeks or months. Loaner cars are often cheap models with ridiculous limits. Abusive service and poor quality from what used to be America's #1 automaker. read more

Tried to get appointment for oil change and service for my truck - tried to go through " quick lane " for oil change and they told me it would be at least an hour and a half! The gentleman told me to call and make an appointment which I did and they had no appointments available all week. I actually went to another place to get my oil changed but they couldn't get the screws of skid plate and didn't want to damage them so they told me to go back to where I went last time.... Pathetic excuse for customer service. I had an appointment for a recall repair of the backup camera. I called them Friday to make sure the parts were there because last time I brought it bin they told me that the dusky have the parts. They assured me Friday that the parts were here. Dropped it off this morning and they made no mention of having to keep the truck more than one day. At 3;45 I started calling trying to find out if it would be ready today. At 5:45 they finally called back saying that they needed to order the parts! Are you freaking serious?!? They didn't do anything with it all day! And now they want me to bring it back when they get the parts in? If I would not have hounded them at the end of they day to get an answer I'm pretty sure they would have just kept it overnight. Bill Knight Ford Service Department has had a customer service issue for years. Because it is located close to my residence I go back every few years in the hope that things have improved. Based on my most recent visit things have not changed, in fact, they have probably gotten worse and I assume, that because it has gone on for so long, its because no one cares. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for a repair that, according to Ford data, should have taken 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the vehicle there at 7:00 AM and was the first vehicle to be taken. No communication throughout the day so at 3:30 PM I called the service advisor for an update. Left a voicemail asking him to call me back. At 4:25 PM placed another call and left a second message. At 4:40 PM I called the dealership's main number and was assured they would get a message to the advisor. Finally, at 5:00 PM the advisor calls to tell me that they haven't had an opportunity to even look at my vehicle. The reason given was that they had received parts for other vehicles that had a higher priority, but they would do their best to look at my vehicle tomorrow. Because they seem to have so little regard for their customers I see no reason to take them at their word for anything, including the quality of their work. I picked my vehicle up and will take it elsewhere. I fully understand that sometimes things happen, but based on other reviews this appears to be simply the way they do business. read more

I've had been here twice , for a recall on my cars. The service department is very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with customer service. They used lift ( all paid by them, if you need a ride to anywhere and back to Ford dealership. If you need a rental, they have enterprise come , and pick you up there. They're very professional, make everything easy for their customers to feel comfortable, when leaving their car. When I picked up my car today, they even had my car washed!! Been coming here for years to get the oil changed and vehicle inspected and bought the vehicle here as well. Went in for the works package which includes a multi point inspection and a new technician failed to put in bolts and/or report they were missing from the shield that covers the underside of the vehicle. As we drove off the lot and reached highway speeds, the shield came loose and began to beat on the underside of the vehicle in heavy traffic. We pulled off the next exit and proceeded to limp the car back which took over 40 minutes for a 3 mile drive. They "fixed and inspected it" and stated there was no damage, but now I don't trust the service or "multi point inspection" that has a green check in under the "under vehicle" section for "inspect nuts and bolts on body chassis". Who knows what other things they may have missed which can likely cause serious damage or accidents. Hopefully Ford service reconsider their training and policies because this was unacceptable. Therefore they have lost a long time customer and we are very disappointed in their service. read more

This dealership is rude and I do not recommend bringing a vehicle here for service. Starting off, I dropped off my explorer for a check engine light in January. After a week of sitting there I asked if there were any updates. Nothing had been tested or performed on my vehicle and there was snow on its way. I picked up my vehicle to have it to drive in the snowy weather. I rescheduled for another drop-off on March 1st to coincide with an available loaner vehicle. After waiting an entire month to drop off my vehicle, I finally got the chance to have my repairs done. I went through the service drive and dropped off the car. I went to the business office to pick up my loaner and was met with several issues. Keep in mind that I have waited an entire month to drop off my vehicle and even asked if I would be able to have a loaner car. After putting in my information, the elderly gentleman couldn't figure out why the system wouldn't let him continue. This is where my frustration of the dealership comes in. He informs me that I'm not old enough to be provided with a loaner. I had asked early in February if I would have any issues with picking up a loaner and no one told me that age would be an issue. Upon finding out I wouldn't be able to get my own loaner I had my mother come up to the dealership and they worked with me to let her pick one up and I would drive her vehicle. While waiting in line there was a man who didn't know how to start or turn off his loaner vehicle with a push-to-start button. I can assume he has a vehicle with a key and has never driven a car with a button. He asked for help of how to turn it off and two different people told him to just turn it off. He clearly did not understand how the car worked and they were extremely rude to him. The fact that he was asking for help and the people in the office seemed to have no interest in helping him gave me a pretty clear perspective of how the business operates. Seeing that 1. The office does not care enough to help out someone who is confused with their vehicle, and 2. Not being thorough with their customers, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone that may be in need of a new car or needing repairs. Furthermore, I do not understand the need of limiting the age of drivers of loaners. Not only have I rented with RENTAL CAR companies that REQUIRE you to be over the age of 25, but also I have full coverage insurance. These stipulations are really a catch 22 where you're very limited if you're young to be able to partake in the amenities offered to old people. I should have learned a lesson when they took a whole week to not even look at my vehicle, but going back a second time gave a very bad vibe of the dealership and once my vehicle is repaired, I don't see myself coming back for major repairs. read more

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Following a botched Quicklane experience for a simple oil change, I decided to give Bill Knight Ford a second chance for service on my F150. The service I requested was an oil change, and replacing my spark plugs. I was initially told I needed to schedule the spark plug service in advance, so I scheduled it for a week out (fully understanding they are busy). The week passes, and I return to drop my F150 off July 30th. I was there when their doors opened at 7am July 30th, and was told the truck would be ready for pickup mid to late afternoon of July 30th. After many phone calls and hearing no news by late afternoon, I finally got ahold of another service manager to check on the status of my truck. It had not moved from the location it was parked at 7am that morning. I was offered a rental car, and promised my truck would be completed July 31st. The morning of the 31st came and went with no news. I called numerous times, attempting to get in contact with my service manager, Charlie. I received zero return phone calls. 2pm, I physically went down to the dealership to see about my truck. It was still parked in the same location as 7am July 30th!! Keep in mind, I had the service planned and on the books for an entire week prior to my arrival. This service, according to Ford's manual, is 2.7 hours of labor. Bill Knight Ford's service department has absolutely no communication skills, poor scheduling, and remain incompetent in their suggestions for service. They clearly do not value loyalty, and I will no longer have any service completed on my F150 by Bill Knight Ford. HEED CAUTION! read more

When scheduling with the "quick lane" please make sure you have taken your whole day off and have a baby sitter, house sitter, and pack an over night bag. When taking my car in for an oil change I sat there for over 3 hours. Which I thought was rather odd because no one else was in the waiting room? Not to mention, I found a part to my car laying in my floor board that the technician for got to put back! My mother had the same situation happen to her just today. Except I had to actually go pick her up, as she had errands to run. I know years ago they had the shuttle service that would take you to work or wherever you would need to go... I guess is no longer offered? Which I think is terrible.. when needing an oil change I suggest going elsewhere. Had a scheduled appointment set up for over a month just to place rain guards! Set the appointment up to work around work and be without a car for the day. Parts were ordered and in. Went in early to be first drop off 7am and first appointment. Never heard on the car all day. Left several messages. Zero returned calls. When I finally got ahold of someone concerned because I had not heard and it was 5:30. I was told it had not been looked at! I had other plans and appts preparing for holiday travel so had to go get the car. Was never told it would be more than a day was told hours and I was prepared to give 11. They did send a lift which I appreciated. Was told a call first thing in the morning and they would get to it the following day. Nothing...still 4 weeks later and as of today nothing! Not a single returned call? Is that normal practice? Not sure where the parts are now? Just a call would have been professional even to say sorry we can't get to it or can we recommend this place? This last time they told me even though I spend over $50k for the purchase and over $5k in repairs that they could not get the truck in for a week to look at. I procrastinated a couple of days on getting a squeaky noise checked out on my Explorer, even though I had plans to drive it to Houston. I took it to Bill Knight at 1:30 on Saturday with intentions to drive to Houston the next day, asking if there was any chance in hell they could swap out the serpentine belt and tensioner before they close at 4.
