The difference in treatment was noticeable and uncomfortable. Based on what I experienced, I felt discriminated against and left questioning whether I was being treated differently than other customers. No guest should leave feeling that way. This was not the level of hospitality I expected after traveling across the country and spending several days as a guest at your property. As a business owner and customer relations professional, I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect, professionalism, and fairness regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I believe management should be aware of this situation and review the level of customer service being provided. Every guest deserves to feel welcomed, valued, respected, and treated equally. (2/5) - Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a resort and casino of this caliber.
