Don't let the location fool you, this place is a hidden GEM. Ordered some pies for my sons school event and I am glad I went with Jacks!! Unlike other pizza joints, they're open early! The owners were very helpful with accommodating to my needs and delivered the pies right to the event. He even updated me once he dropped it off! They have a great selection for health conscious eaters offering 3 types of crust; original, wheat, and paleo. I ordered classic cheese, pepperoni, and BBQ. The kids LOVED IT! We also received a SURPRISE dessert pizza, Nutella with strawberries and bananas. This place dishes out amazing food and service. I think I found my new go to pizza joint! If you're looking for great tasting healthy pizza with quality service, give Jacks a shot! read more

It was our first trying and let me say! The most amazing pizza we have had in town. It's very thin with so much flavors. Beyond words. Customer service and delivery was also very good! On time and very professional. I think we have found our new Spot! For lazy dinner nights. read more

I read all the good reviews and wanted to check this place out. I called in and asked if there are any specials and they said two Large pizza special. I picked it up 20mins later. I thought the pizza felt so light when picking it up. I assumed it is some kind of special thin crust pizza or something. The pizza tasted pretty good, nothing crazy special. It reminds me of an Armenian making pizza at their house. The pizza was light, the dough was light too, so it's not very doughy (if that's even a word, lol). They didn't load on toppings, but then what do you expect for the price...? Overall a descent pizza. I don't know when, or if, I would go back. Unfortunately my tastebuds are used to either generic dominos pizza, or a good BJ's style pizza. I believe what everyone likes about this place is the gluten free part, which doesn't really do much for me, but if that's what you're looking for, then this is probably the place for you! Why I gave 4 stars...? 1 star - Well, they were extremely kind over the phone (in person, not so much). 2 star - They made the pizza fresh, so it's not like its some Ready to Go pizza. 3 star - their pizza was light and not doughy 4 star - they have easy parking Why not 5 stars? They call it a Large pizza. It's not a large pizza lol. It's like a medium anywhere else you go... So it's not a "special" you're getting. read more

Things have improved over time! Glad to support this place. Varied pizzas and good staff.

I did receive my refund, but it took several days. I'm not sure whether they initiated it, or it was because I contacted Venmo, who in turn contacted them to request a refund. read more

The best pizza around. I love supporting this small business. The prices are so responsible.

I ordered the Persian pizza and it was really good! Definitely will go back very very soon to order the Nutella pizza.

I love this place. Everytime i am in the area, i definitely give this place a visit. Their breakfast and pizza are ultimately delicious. Staff are very friendly, and everything here is very fresh. They also do deliver which is convenient for some. If you are in the area, this place is definitely a must. read more

The crust of the pizzas is so good! A little bit crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not too thick or thin. The garlic chicken pizza is very unique and tastes great! Also the veggies were super fresh! And omg the lady who took my order and answered the phone is the sweetest woman!! Do yourself a favor people and stop going to big chain pizza shops. It might be cheaper but you have no idea what goes in your pizza, who makes it or how they make it. Pay a little more and get premium pizza for yourself! It's not more expensive if you look at value. read more

Jack and his wife are the most wonderful people and Jack's is our go to in Tujunga for pizza. A large pepperoni really hits the spot. I really like his chicken wrap as well. One of the real good spots to visit in the foothills. read more

I'm becoming quite the fan of Jack Loves Pizza. I'm sad to read the reviews from people who had lousy experiences with the food or the staff. This pizza place is really close to where I live and when Big Mama's and Big Papa's had their temporary closure and we were looking to get a pizza, we chose to check out Jack's and I'm so glad we did! This is NOT ooey, gooey, pizza. These are simple pies that have a balanced crispy, yet soft crust with a moderate amount of sauce, cheese, and ingredients. I do not recommend the sausage. It tastes weird, but have had their Ham and Pineapple, plain cheese, and we've built a few of our own. You can eat 3 slices and not feel like there's a pound of grease in your belly. Their timing isn't down to a science. Each time they've quoted me a time my pizzas will be ready, they weren't so I've had to wait, but only a few minutes. However, the staff have been nice to me. They have a small shop in a strip mall with very limited seating so I'm guessing most of their business is take-out or delivery. My kids love this pizza too and now use it as the benchmark to judge other pizza we eat. read more

Got veggie pizza on thin glutton-free crust. Pre ordered over the phone. It was ready exactly on time for pick up. Very tasty! Looked like family owned. Very friendly that everyone in the kitchen would greet me on my way out. My wife loved the pizza that we would definitely visit again and would recommend my family! read more

Living in Tujunga has made Jack Loves Pizza my go to place for sunday morning khachapouri delivery option. They are open early at 8 am EVERYDAY. You can place your order directly via yelp app and have it delivered to your door within 30 min or so. Food is great and portions are perfect. read more

Tried their ajarski! Delicious and classic. They are kind of small though, I would suggest 1 ajarski with two eggs will suffice for one person only. Thank you! read more

I always got my ajarski from a bakery and I never though I would like it from a different place until I tried the one from jack loves pizza. It definitely tasted different because of the different cheeses and their bread that they use but in a good way. Other places I have tried have a thinner crust but don't stuff their crust with cheese. I actually really like how this place does it differently. When I went to pick up my food I had gone a little early and was waiting in my car. When my ajarskis were ready the man brought the food out to my car and then I went in to pay. He had even given me jalapeño without me asking. I love this place. read more

Where else does it feel like your uncle bringing you a slice of heaven? Every time I order for delivery, we figured it's never enough. We should order another 1-2 pizzas bc it's so good. It's not about quantity but the taste it leaves in your tongue makes you hunger for more. These people feel genuine and their food shows. And definitely order the Nutella pizza, even for 1 slice - it's an awesome dessert and too beautiful to ignore. read more

Very different from what I'm used to, but not in a bad way! Very fresh ingredients with a wide variety as well. Good pizza place if you're tired of the big chains. With comparable prices as well. Parking can be tough, but that's nothing the business can control. read more

It's always been a challenge to find something healthy in Tujunga. But alas! Jack Loves Pizza is open! Yes...healthy pizza...it exists! They have gluten free and PALEO options. And for those of you who want a real pizza instead of the healthy stuff they have that too. Honestly, even if you don't live in the area I would suggest checking this place out. It's the only restaurant I know of that has an actual Paleo menu and it tastes amazing! read more

We ordered pizza from here tonight and picked it up. It was average pizza, not very flavorful at all unfortunately. We had the veggie pizza and even after adding jalapeños, it was just ok... We also had a side house salad; no cucumbers... dressing was average... The service was alright too; they charge $5 for delivery although their prices for food are cheap. They have the iPad square app so after you pay, the lady turned the iPad to me where it had the tip screen... I thought this was a little weird since we picked up our own pizza... Why would I tip???? Especially after she had charged me $1 for the sides of pizza sauce I asked for. Strange. read more

My favorite is the steak wrap!!!! It's the best and a definite must have! The meat is so juicy and it has no fat on it. The food was light I didn't feel super bloated after. I love Tujunga. I really do. I love the laid back atmosphere, I love my neighbors, and I love love love how many amazing $ restaurants are here. Fresh with quality. Not to mention the variety from Thai to burgers to bakeries to hot wings to middle eastern and now, pizza. The most memorable part of the pizza was the crust: soft yet crispy with unexpected sweetness but in a delicious way that made Jack's stand out from the rest. The lady who helped me was really sweet too. This place will be my go-to place for pizza from now on. read more
