I spent $21 on food and asked for ranch didn't get ranch so I went inside and asked for the ranch and only got two packets after spending $21. The service was horrendous they all looked miserable and they were so rude to me there was a pest control service outside walking in when I came out of the restaurant this fast food joint has gone down hill for years and I used to love going there and getting there tacos now I can't even bare to go in or the drive thru anymore. straight up disgusting DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

This place is awful. I sometimes would go there and get the $10 munchie meal. All employees are so rude and not friendly in the slightest. They always have such a mean look on their face and never have I seen a nice employee there. The store is gross, when parked waiting for my food a PEST CONTROL truck pulled up and started mixing together liquids in a sprayer and bringing it inside. Safe to say they are gross and I would not recommend. Also spend over $20 there one time and they let me have A SINGLE ranch and when I asked for more they told me not or they will charge me extra for sauce. Walking in there it gross now and has totally changed over the years. Use to like it back in the day but it's awful now. Recommend going to a different fast food place if you're looking for friendly people and good food. read more

Let me start by saying... stay away! Find somewhere else to eat. Wow! This place should be on the top 5 "Worst Jack in the Box" list. It looked like they hadn't swept the floor behind the counter all day. The dining area was "dirty" and needed some TLC... and no A/C. Most of the employees looked like they hadn't washed their uniform t-shirts in months. I'm not sure, but one of them looked as if he had changed the oil in his car prior to coming to work today. My service here was ok and friendly. I was not thrilled with my tacos which were dried out and semi empty. I also ordered a burger which was as expected but I think Sonic is better. I used to level Jack In the Box and I grew up going here and had friends who worked at various locations. So I have a soft spot for them but this location seems to not have the best quality, just ok. read more

Not the best place for a vegetarian but when your Mom has a taste for a greasy taco we stop here on the way back from Branson MO. Typical fast food, small lobby, friendly staff. I had a side salad and curly fries. I left satisfied but a veggie burger would be awesome! Maybe one day. read more

This store is absolute garbage. Management is terrible as well as the franchise owner. 95% of the time, they mess something up. That or the food is just NOT good. One time, they got the order completely wrong, told me they don't do refunds on overnights and to call the next day to talk to the manager. When we did, she was god-awful. First my husband went in and was told he wasn't getting a refund unless she got the food back. Having dealt with them before and knowing they'd give me problems, I had actually kept the food. I've called about order issues multiple times only to be told they won't do anything and talked to rudely. I don't even like going anymore, but they're the only place open 24/7 with the whole menu. I was passing through this small town that I actually grew up in until I was about 8. The town hasn't changed too much it seems. But I had to stop at Jack in the Box. The service was what you would except for a fast food joint, it was fine. I got the spicy chicken biscuits. They're good but not as good as Bojangles. They have good curly fries. My sister got their butter cheeseburger which was juicy and rather tasty. Overall, decent. Will go back if/when I pass through again. read more

Was the worst services I have ever seen. Gave us the wrong order took the order from us and went back behind the counter changing other people's order that they took back off the floor too. You CAN'T do that!! Once it crosses the counter it must go into the trash. Went back and tried to tell them what we ordered and they answered my wife in a very loud and rude voice you need to talk the manager. Then another co worker decided to Yell across the restaurant at my wife. When we finally gave up on trying to get the two combos we ordered the food was cold. They had little kids running around behind the counter and all around the seating area. They can control this by shutting the door that goes behind the counter. I have been in the food/managers & owners position for many years. I have never seen so many food regulations broken in one fast food place. The best advice is go somewhere else!!! I'm just gonna say... if I could give this place a zero star review I would. There is no way I would EVER recommend going to this restaurant. The service we had to deal with was absolute trash. At first the only issue was a mishap of normal fries instead of curly. After that we got back on the road, opened our burgers took a bite and they were not even edible. So, we went fifteen minutes out of our way to go back and ask for a new freshly made burger. We waited ten minutes to get our 'freshly made order' and it was literally just re-microwaved, not only that but they gave us the wrong fries once more. So we went inside and asked for new fries again. The manager asked us to pay for the fries and we refused because we felt as though we just needed them to be free. The manager called the cops on us for no reason and the cops had just completely wasted their time. The entire experience was genuinely horrible. Please don't go here for your own sanity. read more

While waiting in line two little kids entered the kitchen area. Then the person taking the orders seemed new (she was nice and went out of her way to try really hard) but she took three orders and then ours and got something wrong on all the orders. She gave us a number but no cups...finally got those and sat down. Meanwhile other people are going back to get orders corrected and we hear them calling food list not numbers so someone missed hearing their stuff (bc it wasn't right btw) but when the lady walked the restaurant (not the one taking orders) and they said that was what they ordered she said rudely that she had called it out several times. Then someone calls our food...I go get it (they had just laid it on the counter ...I opened it up and was unsure it was ours bc it was wrong ...they took the food...opened it...checked it and returned it rudely to another person trying to get their order fixed and then she laughed and rudely said...well I don't know who got what...I said we actually ordered a combo but never mind and walked away with most of the food. After being seated for a few minutes clear across the restaurant she hollers at me..."ma'am...do you want fries?" Then we open our food and begin to try to eat...the $5 sandwich we ordered had so much mayo on it it was disgusting and uneatable...the other sandwich was gross too but I'm guessing it's just that way...so we paid $13 for two drinks and an order of onion rings that were good. I have never been to a Jack in the Box but I can guarantee you I won't be back. The environment was disgusting and the people (except the register girl) was rude. I'm not that anyone that was there at the time ended up with what they ordered or ate what they ordered. read more
