But it's the principle and the fact that a tip was added without my permission that really upset me. A tip should be something the customer chooses to give based on their experience, not something automatically added without being clearly communicated or approved. Because of this experience, I personally wouldn't recommend this place. I hope management addresses this issue because automatically adding gratuity without a customer's consent is not okay.
