It's a limited edition so I'd get it while it's here but it is SO good like omg the perfect summer essential for when it's hot! I've been getting it ever since it came out and it's called the " watermelon sour patch kid drink" and you can get it in either a creamed Soda, a lemonade, or a milkshake, personally I've only tried the soda and it is SO good!!! Per usual the staff here is extremely friendly along with the relaxed vibe!!!! I HIGHLY recommend grabbing one of these before their discontinuation especially if you love sour patch kids!!! Jack is one of the only late night offerings in the area. Unfortunately this means long drive thru lines after hours. Even though we pre-ordered with the app we waited in the drive thru line for a good 20-25 minutes. By the time we exited after picking up our food the line size had doubled. This is a common occurrence at this location, they should really look into additional staff late night as they have quite a large crowed hitting their drive thru. read more

We made a midnight run to Jack in The Box drive thru on our way to the casino. We ordered 6 tacos and 7 jalapeño poppers. The food was hot and made to order. Thank you. Sometimes it's hit or miss. I also want to give a shout out the the gal working the drive thru window for not being stingy with the taco sauces. There were 34 sauces placed in our bag for 6 tacos. We didn't need them but appreciate the gesture. We laughed so hard because sometimes you ask for condiments and they give you one. This time around we were not disappointed. read more

The overall attitude they had towards us sounded tired which yeah if I was working at 9:39pm with 1 other person and there is a drive thru full of people I would also be having an existential crisis. Went to order the monster tacos and was informed they were out which wasn't a big deal until I asked for 12 regular tacos and was met with the response of "12 tacos?" in a rude unprofessional manner. Spencer V. Who handles business customer services seems to not care too much about his position in the company. He's not doing anything to make it better for Jacks customers. I was there a few weeks after my first incident and service was still the same... I sat in drive thru and seen a few cars drove off in the 15 minutes I was there. They will let you sit at the window for ten to twenty minutes waiting for your oder to be taken and then as SOON as you pull up let the car behind you order. This has happened to me three times and when they dont do that the staff is extremely rude when you ask for sauces. there has been times where they have not heard us and said "You need to speak louder i cannot hear a single thing you are saying". They have very rude staff with horrible wait times and attitudes. Managers need to do better on training their staff. read more

Her attitude was horrendous and was rushing me the whole time while ordering through the drive through. She was not pleasant whatsoever. If you're so unhappy with your job, QUIT. "Adjust your expectations" and "curb your enthusiasm" may not be enough for this place. At least Jack In The Box was open on Christmas Day, which came in handy for this hangry family. This was not fast food, it took a long time for everyone to get their orders. I don't know if the staff weren't all that wild about celebrating Christ's incarnation by working at their jobs, and took it out on us; or if they were short staffed; or if they had a big run on people (there was a reasonable crowd that afternoon). But it was a long wait. Ho, ho, ho. Yelp Elite: Double Jack. The Hunny: Bacon & cheese on sourdough. The girl: Chicken nuggets. All of us were underwhelmed. And we had comparison, because we had eaten some fries at Leland Meadows only half an hour before saying "Hi Jack!" Those were salty but tasty, Jack's fries were gaggable. I put hot taco sauce on my fries, and it turned out better. The beef was well done, probably too well done (Black Patties Matter!). The girl now knows why I call this place "Junk In The Box". Well, at least it's better than McDonald's. We didn't have much choice in where to eat, but on other days, Sonora has other good choices, so I suggest you try those instead of Jack In The Box. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. First I was given the wrong doordash order after a very long wait in the drive thru line (as the lobby was closed) then I had to get back in line after just pulling out to fix the mistake that they made. Keep in mine this is my JOB so I take it very seriously and I know how to do it correct and do it well. As soon as I pulled up and told them I was given the wrong order, Kayla, told me that It was my fault as I gave her the wrong name. That the lady who was behind me was supposed to get that order and I am going to have to show my phone to the person at the window to make sure I get the right order since she insisted I gave her the wrong name. Well I don't have the ability to give the wrong name for starters. Second this is customer service, when you make a mistake it is rude and unprofessional to blame the customer for the mistake especially when it was not on them. There was no apology at all she just wanted to insist I was in the wrong at the speaker and I was not going to sit there and agrue with her when she was clearly convinced that I was in the wrong. I just needed to pick up the CORRECT order I didn't need to deal with someone arguing with me, we have a time limit and because of this incident I was a hour late dropping off my delivery and I was not pleased. Luckily the app allows you to explain those types of situations and prevent your from getting dinged for merchant mistakes. I'm just flabbergasted that this employee was so ridiculously rude and unprofessional! If I didn't have to pick up orders jack in the box would not be seeing me or my money ever again. read more

I used to love eating here but it's gone to shit don't recommend it at all. You'll wait 20 mins for some cold food that isn't even made right and then when you call to talk to the manager they just hand the phone to the tweaker that's making your food and he'll say that your food isn't cold and that you are a liar. The whole place is filthy and the staff lack common sense/social skills. Don't waste your money here unless you like cold food and poor customer service. Myself, I always thought his dad a clown and never liked the way Jack Jr. winced each year at his birthday party when his pops would break dance and sing 'dreidel dreidel dreidel' thinking it funny. Drive through on a Friday night was really long. I had low expectations on how this would end up by seeing the other reviews. . . I was pleasantly surprised as the line moved quicker than I had expected. Had a pretty large order for my family which was taken correctly the first time. Ok so I am not normally the person to do this but I think enough is enough. I get that businesses have suffered with covid and finding reliable emplotess... but I literally am so tired of this being the only place to eat at 2am after I'm off work. Everytime. Every single time I go late night after work I pay decent money for my hungry self. I'm tired. I'm hungry. And I never check before I leave. (Definitely my fault) but I'm so sick of paying money for stuff and never getting it. I've called and complained twice. Once I went back that night.
