Service inconsistent. Very long wait times and didn't have sweet and sour sauce for egg rolls. Totally bummed. If I didn't get egg roll craving ma I wouldn't go back. Food quality is on par with Sonic and Burger King. Not sure it's real beef ? read more

They really should be fired for the 3rd time they have horrible service. Despite the fact that they didn't even give me non of the food worth of money ( I'll post the rest of the photos later) Sauced and cheese curly fries weren't even warm ordered a combo breakfast platter as one of my meals and not ONE of my pancakes were EATABLE matter fact I bit into one of the pancakes thinking it wasn't gon be hard... & my teeth chipped you won't believe how hard they were. (as hard as a rock) *five star* in filing for that one ‍ my teeth hurt as I write this review lol anyways... good luck jack in the box ! But I won't ever order from here again, but I will be visiting for my money back given that me and my husband have a baby on the way and wasting money and THAT WAIT ... I WAITED LONGER THAN A HALF AN HOUR in that DRIVE THRU and then they admitted that they didn't put a sandwich in my order even though they told me at the speaker that they added it ... they said unprofessionally at the window "hurry we have other people" WELLL... we couldn't even check our order and I didn't even get to see the burnt ass mfccin pancakes! Thank goodness, I wouldn't thrown this shit threw the window if I seen the attitude thrown with the shade in they faces. So yea :) (Update the photos later! ;)) read more

Jack in the Box - COLD ASS Fries can NOT believe that I didn't even get one ORDER RIGHT out of 4 meals lmfaooo - Burgers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

My drive through experience. Me: I'd like the Spicy Siracha burger; just the burger, not the combo. Girl/Speaker: Thats one order of Nuggets? Me: No. No nuggets. The Spicy Siracha burger. Number 8. Not the combo-the burger only. Girl/Speaker: One Spicy Siracha burger. Please come to the window. Thank you Me: Thank you. So I drive up. The girl is super friendly. She's nice and smiley--a star for that. I take my bag and drive away into traffic. When I unwrap the sandwich and to my disappointing surprise, I did not get the highly anticipated Spicy Siracha burger. It was a bacon cheeseburger. Drive through experience BIG FAIL. Second star for wrong burger being tasty anyway. read more

Went there last night with my partner ordered like $70 worth or drunk food. Rigo and his team did phenomenal and didn't forget anything in our order. He was courteous, polite, professional and had everything out in a timely manner. Thanks Rigo and team! read more

Rodrigo's service is unmatched! He is the highlight of night after my long night shifts. This man will be running around the kitchen getting things done and still find the time to make me smile. whatever this man is paid double it. read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

I don't go to Jack in the Box often--it's been a very long time. I was visiting Seattle with some friends and looking for some dinner before a 6pm appointment and nothing was open. So, we rolled through Jack in the Box. And you know what? It was great. The food was good. It was divided into our four appropriate orders and prepared quickly. But you know what made this visit particularly excellent? Alicia. She was warm and friendly. She helped us order and made us smile. Thanks, Alicia--you rock. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, the night shift is so horribly disrespectful.. Rico to be exact he was so rude and snobby to me. I will never come to this jack in the box again do better.. find more respectful people he is a hater. I felt like I was being treated differently because I'm a bigger person and he kept making remarks about bigger people.. read more

Dang first you give me my meal w no drink so I came all the way back...then I got back on the road and I didn't have a straw ...smh. I'm bout to wreck cuz I'm thirsty.....it's really not that hard to put 2 + 2 together...paid for food and it comes w a straw.... smh read more

I cannot say that the food was bad it's the same old standard Jack in the Box fair. And as long as you order items straight off the menu with no special requests you'll get what you ordered. I can't speak for the Breakfast, Evening or Late Evening staff, but as far as lunch is concerned this has been my experience. My suggestion is to put someone in the drive-thru that can both Spaek and more importantly understand English. My question: Why is it that when I order a number 1 I am always asked if I want fries and a drink. A number whatever is a combo/ meal deal? Right? read more

This is your average, typical JITB. The place gets fairly busy for lunch @ 12 Noon - so I try to get here a little before then. I've witnessed employees leave the bathroom without washing their hands! The restaurant does have a general cleanliness issue. read more

I'm not a frequent Jack in the Box visitor but was having a craving for a chicken sandwich the other day and stopped by the drive-thru here. The location is right on the corner of 1st and 99/Aurora which can make it a little difficult to turn into depending on your route. I was expecting a fairly long wait since I am used to the "We don't make it until you order it" but surprisingly (or perhaps a bad sign) is that my food was instantly ready via drive-thru. It's never a bad thing to have your food be fast but I had thought it'd take a little longer as the chicken would need to be fried (not just re-heated). read more

Went into the drive thru. Bridgette was working. Looks like she was working both the drive thru and the front counter. Looked a little over work and under appreciated. I've been here a couple times. Can't say I've had a bad experience, maybe once but the majority have been good. Good job to Bridgette. read more

Got to be honest, I have consistently found this location to be fast and the staff to be very professional and personable; very exceptional for fast food! I love the mini churros! read more

We always get good service here. This is one the better Jacks in the Seattle area. It's very clean and the food is freshly cooked.

On September 14, 2014, shortly after leaving the Georgetown Seattle Jack-In-The-Box, my wonderful 22YO son was robbed, and then shot in the head. The investigating detective has tried numerous times to get the CCTV footage from Jack-In-The-Box and has been constantly thwarted by a "Hector" who works there. "Hector" keeps promising to get back to him, but passive-aggressively does not. Over a week ago I contacted Jack-In-The-Box's corporate headquarters and explained the situation, and they claimed (falsely, I now know) that they cooperate with law enforcement and that they would have someone from that store immediately contact the investigating detective. There was no follow-through. So why is Jack-In-The-Box covering up for the men who robbed my son and the man who then blew his head open in an attempt to murder him? I'm writing this review so that the public can be made aware that if their heads get blown open after visiting this Jack-In-The-Box restaurant, they can count on Jack-In-The-Box to thwart the investigation and then to subsequently lie to the victim's parents. Don't patronize this Jack-In-The-Box unless you want to give money to someone who impedes an attempted murder investigation. read more

Ordered Curley fries instead we got regular fries and when I ordered chicken nuggets I didn't receive any sauce.

Service was on par for hot fresh fries. Though I was given maybe a handful of fries for a large...this was supposed to be the base for my dinner not a side dish so I was a little frustrated. Also, I was not given any ketchup in my bag which was frustrating. Not impressed at all. read more

Jack in the crack! They cook to order! So it's always fresh. The burger itself is pretty good, it's more a fast food typical. It's not that glorious burger that is in and out, dicks, or five guys! But it's darn good! Jack in the crack rocks! Two tacos for .99 cents! You can't beat that! It's perfecto! read more

I know it's fast food and all, but seriously? The food is what you expect, but the employees had difficulty speaking and understanding English. read more

I pulled up ti the drive thru on Saturday December 10, 2016 @ 4:30 a.m. and the customer service was horrendous. The Hispanic lady taking my order spoke with an extremely thick accent and couldn't understand anything I was saying, she kept asking me to repeat myself. The intercom wasn't helping the situation either, it had a lot of static, & feedback. To top it off I ordered a shake and the machine wasn't in service which is understandable at 4:30 a.m. & I wouldn't have been frustrated about it if it wasn't for the horrible customer service. I literally backed out of the drive thru and left, I won't return to this Jack-n-a-Box location & potentially won't go to Jack-n-a-Box ever again, which is unfortunate cause I love mini-churros read more

medium size drink is 2big is like large McDonald's drink! Exelent ,super clean thank's

So frustrating when part of your order is missed and you don't have time to go back. You try to call & the message says they are not taking calls at this time. Talk about great customer service. So sad. read more

I can't name one single person that will ever give a fast food restaurant a 5 star rating for the quality of food. I'm not here to give a fast food restaurant a 5 star review either. Sorry lol. Fast food are 1-2 star for the quality of food but we still indulge in the greasy and fatty foods from time to time. Sometimes people go to work with a smile on their face everyday no matter how hard the work is. Natasha, I want to thank you for the great service. I made a mistake on my order and she was more than happy to fix it. I hope you continue having a smile on your face and please continue with the great service. It'll pay off in the future. 5 stars for Natasha read more

They do well here. i come here once or twice a week on the way to work. probably 4 out of 5 times the food will come out hot and just made. Considering I typically order lunch foods in the morning I assume that they must have to make it fresh since they probably only prep breakfast foods. The staff is decent(I'm not looking to have a conversation with fast food employees anyways) They always get me in and out and thats all that matters. read more

I've been to this location dozens and dozens of times. The costs are too high, orders are frequently incomplete/incorrect, and orders take a long time to fulfill. I gave 2 stars because most of the employees are friendly. read more

We went to the drive thru of this location tonight. The order screen showed our order correct. Part of our order was two Grilled Sourdough burgers. When we got to the window to pay, the employee repeated our order back but rather than Grilled Sourdough burgers she repeated back two Buttery Jacks. We corrected her and told her that we wanted Sourdough burgers and she told us they were the same thing. We decided not to argue as she must know her job. We figured too that if the screen had it right then our order should be right. We should've went with our gut and argued because what we got was a Buttery Jack and not at all a Sourdough Jack which is what we wanted. To top off the frustration we've been calling to complain since we got home but the phone just keeps ringing with no answer. It's really bad customer service to give your customer the wrong product after they've brought to their attention that they're repeating the wrong order but it's unforgivable to not answer the phone for over an hour. How do you expect people to get in touch with your business? read more

I came on a late Sunday morning. Dining room is clean and modern. Staff was very pleasant and fast. All in all everything you should expect from Jack. Very good! read more

horrible wait time in the drive through! 10-15min and this Jack in the Box is literally the ONLY business open in this area. When I got to the front, the girl only offered the reason "short staffed". If JIB knows this is the only establishment open at this hour, then I would hope you'd staff it with enough people to handle the business. 10-15min sitting in my car is beyond not OK read more
