The service was very good. The hamburger and fries were not great but acceptable. I ordered the large, a little disappointed with the size. I hate to be ungrateful because today was National Taco Day and you gave two tacos away. They were not bad, they were horrible and you really should not offer them on your menu, much less give them as a gift. I was insulted! Stick to hamburgers & fries and work on improving them. Sorry. read more

5.3.22 around 2130 Really upset with what was found (pic below) First and foremost the cashier was very professional and prepared to give me my app and drive thru order. This is the second time I've been impressed with their customer service. Yes, I am that person to do the surveys with compliments and def provide the highlights in hope that they share with the employee. That being said, when I got home to eat... my husband found a bug at the very bottom of his fry container. Me: it's protein! Lol Hmm, All fun and games until it happens to you. I don't know their process in frying their food but all our food was ... fried ... and immediately disposed of. I couldn't even leave a survey because I realized a receipt was never provided. I did attempt to call but phone just rang. It's hard with this location because I would always have an issue with my order and stopped going for a long time. This was a last minute thing on our way home and knew to make sure my order was correct... but ... again... this happened. I dont know what else I could say. I dont know how this could've been prevented. It's very disappointing read more

I was the only person there. Nobody inside and when I walked inside nobody in the drive through. I stood there probably 5-10 minutes not a single person addressed me. I had to yell over the counter to get someone to even speak to me. The individual at the fryer who could see me clear as day didn't even say hi or someone will be with you in a moment. It isn't hard to work fast food, why do you have an attitude to start off the day, before I even say anything I'm at the window and this woman just sounds like they hate their life and gives me an attitude like what do you want. Okay. I had an online order and ordered a large coffee, she gave me a small, I ask the size, she has an attitude that they're out of large, like okay were you ever gonna tell me or try to rip me off, she made another one and didn't even say anything, I sure as hell wasn't gonna say thank you, for what ? Doing your job. Not the first time this one ripped me off either I ordered a shake one time and they charged me and didn't even compensate the shake read more

If I could rate it zero stars, i definitely would, but since I can't, they get 1 star. We've been making fun of these reviews and decided to go here, and all of the reviews lived up to our expectations. This is the worst jack in the box we've ever been to. The service takes forever (which doesn't make sense because no one is even there), the tacos we ordered didn't even have cheese or lettuce, and our fries had a hair in them! Will we be coming back? Yes. Absolutely. This is the closest jack in the box to us, but they need to step up their game. read more

I honestly don't think any of these employees took, let alone passed, food handler training. Lots of cell phone usage throughout, but it's all good since they're wearing the same gloves to cook food. Beards and long hair with no nets. Cashier is very dismissive of guests. Got the lady's order in front of me wrong and asked me about 3x if i was dining in after she confirmed I was after the first time. Too busy trying to talk (joke around) with the workers in the back while customers are in front of her. Fries super stale. This is a first and last visit for me. read more

They microwave your food here. tacos barely have any lettuce .. burger was completely wrong ! Not what I asked for.. manager should get off the counter and start helping out the staff. Food is done like it's made all sloppy.. the burger besides being wrongly made had too much mustard and a blob of mayonnaise, looked so unappealing.. waste of $$ . I don't recommend this jack in the box. Plus they take 30 mins to get you your food ready ! Horrible experience never coming here again read more

Service is horrible. I'm a dasher so not familiar with the quality of the food but at night, stay away. Long hair with big nose does not want to work there. Timing is important to me and this guy couldn't care less. Almost gave me the wrong order and neglected to tell me their machine for a drink wasn't working. Had to sit in the drive thru for him to tell me no drink. Then had to wait for him to explain he couldn't make it. Don't waste your money read more

Lady taking my order is incredibly rude, no hospitality and seems like she can be doing something better with her time.

Half of my online order was missing. Managers, owners, staff, and corporate stole from me.

I was ordering and the individual taking the order is sarcastic, with an attitude, saying like "oh, now you saying you want a number twenty three, you said earlier you wanted a three and that's a hamburger. " I never said I wanted a three to begin with. I took my business elsewhere! Have a nice day! read more

Just went through the drive-through and ordered a number 27 which was a breakfast item. I was told in the most sarcastic voice I've ever heard in my life but that would take a while to make. My response was "So". To which the person on the other end said you don't have to be rude. WTF? I asked to speak with the manager on duty while sitting at the speaker and apparently this was the manager. I live in the neighborhood and I frequent this restaurant in the past a lot because the food is always fresh. yes they may take a while to make it but at least it's fresh. The manager at this place or the manager that was on duty during the time that I was going was probably the worst human being I've come across in quite a while does not care about her job does not give a shit about anything. The food is good but that's it. Service is absolutely horrible. It's as if they are trying to suck. I literally asked the lady, at the window, Ericka, of sauce and she waved goodnight. I was taken aback and immediately pulled them up on yelp to review. I am in customer retail and I know things can get overwhelming sometimes but I was their only customer. Not only that but it took 3 minutes to greet me. This may not seem long but when waiting it definitely is. The fact that the girl didn't smile once and gave me attitude when leaving resulted I. This is absolutely ridiculous. The level of disrespect and absolute rudeness is astonishing. I have never been treated so bad at a fast food establishment in my life. I go through the drive through and get told to pull forward even though no one else is there, no issues you want to keep your time down. They bring the food out after 10 minutes. 1. No straws so I ask for two straws and he said "got you" and went back inside. We realized they gave us regular fries when we asked for Curley and it just got worse from here. My wife went inside to try and save him a trip from bringing back the straws to see him sitting on the counter not bringing the straws back. She proceeded to tell them that the fries are wrong and was told well "you ordered those but ok"! Ripped them out of her hands and threw them back in the bin with the rest of the fries to be served to other people. Then was almost given the wrong size. Then she asked for the straws again and he said "oh yeah"with pure attitude and disrespect. Then came back with one of the straws by his mouth. This is so disgusting and wrong on so many levels. I will never go back just Incase other food that people have touched is mixing with my food. I am so sorry for all these people's experiences and I should have read them first. read more

I once went here and they gave me a Sprite instead of Coke. No biggie, but when I pointed it out, I was told they substituted the Sprite because they were out of Coke. Um, okay, maybe try asking the customer what other drink they'd like instead? Then I asked if they could at least put in some ice, but they were apparently out of that too. So a warm Sprite in place of a cold Coke without saying anything and the hope I simply wouldn't notice. So weird. Fast forward to tonight. The girl in the drive-thru was clearly mad about something, and I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of her ire. I could already tell she was angry when I ordered because she was very curt. When I got to the window, she started smacking the bag of food against my car door while I was removing my credit card from my wallet. Then she handed me my drink in a smashed cup, so the lid wouldn't stay on. The drink went everywhere (me, the seat, the console), and apparently my efforts at maneuvering the cup without making an even bigger mess was a huge inconvenience for her. She started waving my debit card out the window, ""Here's your card!" When I told her the smashed cup wouldn't support the lid, she grabbed another lid and tossed it at me. (Not sure how a different lid is supposed to help.) Since it was dripping everywhere, I then asked for some napkins which she again tossed at me and then slammed the window shut. If this sounds like your cup of tea, by all means go and visit, but I won't be going back ever again. read more

When we got back to the hotel which was directly across the street, the order was wrong and I believe we received either two large or two small, and the rice was like mashed potatoes.
