Im here at 7:45PM right now, inside not busy and a few cars in drive thru. And there's so many employees, they look so unhappy. Standing around lol I'm waiting forever. Why is this location so slow... morning, night, always. I've never been to such a slow Chic Fil A in Texas, Arizona, ect. Is there no drive thru time at this location. read more

I'm irritated, at 3:09 pm I was trying to order food and I said I want 2 orders and then didn't charge and they were giving attitude. To conclude there food was so hard, when I ask for chick fi la sauce they walk off with an attitude and didn't say a word. the other chick fi la would never do this to me. read more

I love chick-Fil-A love it love it love it love it. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and a frozen lemonade. It's always clean in these fast food restaurants and the food is made to order not sitting under a heat lamp. My only gripe is that since everyone loves it just as much as me there is always a large crowd during lunch especially at the Medical location. But the wait is always worth it. I like how they are are Christian company as well and have good values, and from what I can see treat there employees really well. And there commercials with the cows telling people to eat there are adorable. It's my favorite fast food, in fact I hardly even consider them to be fast food, since the food isn't gross and there is a bit of a wait. As far as the price, for what you receive it's worth it, but it is a little more than your typical burger joint. read more

This chick fil a is super busy but if you mobile order they have a designated lane, you scan your QR code, and you get your food so quickly! I haven't had any issues with accuracy and the food always tastes great. I recently tried the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich! The bbq sauce and candied bacon really elevate the sandwich and you can get crispy or grilled chicken. read more

Chick-fil-A - Sauces ordered - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This chick fil a provides such genuine service. I accidentally ordered my food too early and they offered to keep the salads and just give me fresh fries when I was ready to go. The team here is great! read more

We've been to this CFA location so many times, I've lost track. Food has always been great and the service outstanding. Yesterday (Saturday), about 5pm, we went inside and ordered a cool wrap, a honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich, unsweetened iced tea and chocolate milkshake. My friend's wrap was a 5 out of 10 and the tea was sweet. It was replaced upon request. I've eaten this sandwich at another CFA location and it was wonderful. This time, honey pimento spread was old, thick and lacked taste. A CFA associate came by our table while we were eating and asked if we needed anything. Though we advised we didn't, she looked at my sandwich and offered to bring 2 containers of sauce, my choice. Using one container of CFA sauce only made the sandwich wet. Milkshake had very little chocolate syrup. Perhaps the kitchen was having an off day. Perhaps customers should rethink eating here at 5pm on a Saturday. read more

I am super impressed with this Chick-fil-A. Our son has missed being on the playgrounds when we visit and this one had their playground open!!! The team saw my sons birthday button and came out to him with a cow and said happy birthday! The food was super fresh and enjoyed by all. Thankful for this all star experience read more

I very happy to see that Chick-Fil-A finally opened up their dining room. I wasn't going to support them until they truly opened up. The customer service is always good. They always have delicious food and you receive your order in a timely manner. If you want to half an old school dining experience feel free to eat in at this location. read more

Chick-fil-A - The Spicy Deluxe Sandwich Combo - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Everything is great. The workers and food are the best. The parking lot is not the way I would like it, but I adjust.

PLEASE READ: This Chick-fil- A is getting one star from me for different reasons. 1) They did not give me a cup full of fries as they should. See picture. Not sure if they're being lazy or being rushed but getting this amount of fries is ridiculous. 2) Called Chick-fil-A when I was at curbside because the app was telling me my order had been delivered. Where? I've been parked here for awhile and no one has been by. So I called them and the girl who answered had an attitude. She's like "oh no your order is here". So either the app has a huge glitch or employees are lying. 3) Took 12 minutes at curbside to receive my order. A coworker of mine went to the drive thur at the same time I parked at curbside and they left within minutes. My advice is : avoid curbside and do drive thru. Bad experience with this location. Never had Chick-fil-A act like this or had terrible service before. read more

We placed a curbside order for cookies and brownies only from home. When we arrived we waited and waited then went inside. There was no acknowledgement from the staff that I was waiting. The staff, all kids, moving very slowly. Chic-Fil-A is not what it used to be. Poor customer service read more

great staff. way too high of a demand and volume for the capacity of the store however. the quality control is also not great the fries were kinda more stale and not fresh and the nuggets had extra crusties on them. read more

There is no point of the mobile drive thru side at this location. During prime time they can't keep up since it's a one vehicle drive thru. If they don't -which I haven't seen yet- start having people hand out the orders that are ready. And the merge is horrible but that's out of the workers hands. Other than that the service is great and the workers on the tablets are quick. I think that's also a perk but backs there line up. read more

Spit in my lemonade and soggy pickles/chicken that looked messed with. Is it too much to ask that people who work there take pride in their work ethic and less time being WOKE?! I get it you're angry but so am I. You believe every "white" person is your enemy. I was dirt poor my whole life, orphaned and left. I made something out of myself with nothing. Is being a DV bad? Do you know how little they paid me? 175 dollars every 2 weeks for pay. Worst job and worst care as a female. Leave me and people like me alone. Don't fuk with our food and drinks. Because today I get to go back and talk to a manager...it will be unpleasant. As repugnant as you are towards others, karma comes around! read more

Just left Chick-fil-A they put fresh veggies, but you can tell that they gave us an old chicken patty. It was very soggy. and the service was fast though. And I did eat inside, so I was surprised it was even soggy I thought it would be fresh. read more

I like to stop by this location for breakfast on my way in to work. I love how Chick-fil-a offers customer appreciation every so often by offering free chicken biscuits or chickn minis for breakfast for a whole month on Tuesdays. Only thing, they are very slow taking drive thru orders when with 2 drive thru lanes. The food is just as good as any Chick-fil-A, with tasty chicken sandwiches and their famous waffle fries. I would also recommend the chicken wraps for something a little different order with fries or a fruit cup. Check out their app and get credit for each visit towards rewards for free items! I LOVE my Chick-fil-A! Seriously, the service, food quality and food is consistently amazing!

This used to be the fastest location but now with the mobil and drive separate lines it's RIDICULOUS

I sat at the drive thru order board for five minutes waiting to give my order. An employee came outside to take orders in person, but she went to the three vehicles in line behind me, but never came to my vehicle to take my order, and no one responded to me at the order board. I had to move forward, and then wait in line to be able to get out of the drive thru. I told the employee handing out the food orders that I had been ignored, and no one ever took my order. She said sorry, but didn't know what to do. Very disappointed with Chick-Fil-A's service failure today. read more

Picked up food from here after being at the ER next door. The staff were polite and helpful as always and the food exactly as ordered.

I came here for breakfast around 10am on a weekday. There weren't a lot of people when I went in the store, and I was able to be assisted right away. I was able to redeem my surprise reward in the Chick-fil-A app for this location. I normally know about these rewards when I get a Just Because email (it is always a surprise) because I don't regularly check my app. Whenever I come for breakfast, I always get their hashbrowns with the chicken biscuit. I love how their hashbrowns are so crispy and easy to eat! Their chicken biscuit is also a good amount for breakfast to satisfy me. Someone behind us in line wanted a chicken sandwich before 10:30am, and they were able to order with a 5 to 10 minute wait since Chick-fil-A makes it fresh! This is the closest location to me, and I always have had a good experience with them. read more

I visited this Chick-fil-A about a month ago for their first ever Chick-fil-A Trivia Night. It was so much fun!!! My mom came into town for the first time since I moved, so it was a fun way to learn more about Chick-fil-A! We heard from other trivia participants that this Chick-fil-A does a lot of other cool events such as kids events nights, story times and so many other things! It sounds like they are very involved with the community and provide fun events often. As is standard with most Chick-fil-A's, the restrooms were clean, the service was on point and the food was great! This was my first time trying the Mac and cheese and it didn't disapAlthough not as close to my house than other Chick-fil-A's, I will be sure to visit this location again! read more

This Chick-fil-A ALWAYS forgets the condiments when delivering!!! I had 6 orders, not one sauce or even dressing for the salad. I tried calling (about 6 times)and they don't pick up, not even to greet and place me on hold because I understand they can get busy. I am NEVER going to this Chick-fil-A ever again read more

How do you run out of chicken and fries? The owner needs to see what is going on at night. I will not return to this property.

Well, I can say that it's a rarity that I get a sandwich that looks JUST like the advertisement.. This sandwich was so impressive that after I ate it in the parking lot, I went in asked for a manager and thanked and gave props to the sandwich smith.. Good deal.. Oh yeah, the drive thru service was spot on, couldn't have been better.. Well done read more

Chick-fil-A - I wish I could've took a 360 degree pic, this sandwich was pretty as ah baby.. - Fast Food Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This location is drive-thru only at the time of my purchase. All of the employees are in PPE (gloves, mask). One of the more innovative things to come out of this pandemic is their efficient drive-thru ordering. I kid you not their line was into the next parking lot. They had employees with tablets taking orders and cars in two different lines. I had my meal in less than 10 minutes. Compare that to any other fast food chain with two windows, single-file line, and occasional wait in parking spot afterward experience at peak eating time (lunch). You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu, but here's what I get Breakfast - chicken biscuit with Chick-Fil-A sauce and an order of hash browns. Get your chicken well-done for that extra crispy skin. Honorable mention for their breakfast bowl or mini chicken bites Lunch and Dinner: Lemonade (Kanye West wasn't wrong), spicy chicken sandwich (well-done or extra crispy) and large fries. Ask for sauces! Chick-Fil-A for a honey mustard mayo sauce or Polynesian for a sweet tangy sauce; both go great on the sandwiches and waffle fries (surface area). And of course, who can hate a franchise whose employees say "my pleasure" after being thanked and refill your drinks (at dine-in)? I'm craving that Chick-Fil-A sauce with fries right now just writing this. read more

What can I say, usually Chick-fil-a is reliably consistent except for those one-off locations on other parts of town. That definitely isn't the case here. I've yet to have a mistake on my order and I love the ease of their app for ordering. Currently accumulating points cause I got my eye on a complimentary order of nuggets with Polynesian sauce :p Try their mac 'n cheese cause it's surprisingly yummier than you'd expect. I had 2 nice little pockets of delicious bubbly cheese in mine. The drive thru is packed 9 times out of 10 but the line moves pretty quickly. I'm a fan! read more

We live in the middle of 3 Chic fil A's and this is our go to. They always do a phenomenal job and make mobile order experience run smoothly every time. I have to say one of there employees, Myles, goes above and beyond. He made sure through out our visit we were taken care of. Myles needs a raise! I waited 20m in the drive thru line and then got to the window and was asked to park in the front to wait for my order of 2 meals. This was VERY upsetting to me once I took my first bite and the spicy chicken was COLD. I am so disappointed at the level of service I received. read more

So this is a very solid fast food joint. Better and higher end than your regular fast food joint. But you already know that you're not here to find out about the food that's been well covered by other reviewers so 8 won't cover that. This review will be all about service and cleanliness. So I've visited this location multiple times and the one word I'd like to use for these guys is consistency. The food quality and quantity is always consistent. The service speed is always consistent. The politeness and willingness to help is always consistence the cleanliness is always consistent. The restrooms and attention to it is always consistent. The taste, temperature and speed of the food is always consistent. Always. I have never had an experience here that even slightly deviates from it. Always consistent always good.
