The dining room was closed so we had to take the food out. When we got back and laid out our food I noticed a small curly hair in my French Fries. Both my wife and I have straight hair. I didn't think much of it until I was about half way through eating my Sourdough Jack and noticed another hair on the wrapper. Just got Jack In the Box in KY for the first time, and the lines are long from high interest. So we flew here to LA for vacation and the demand is... a bit lower Unlike in KY, Cali offers boba tea drinks and chicken teriyaki bowl. Both are great, esp the boba. I date a Filipino and we try legit good boba on our travels. I had very low expectations, and it exceeded them. Super sweet but full flavor! My favorite aspect of Jack In the Box is everything is fresh out of the fryer. The tiny tacos and stuffed jalapeños are my faves, good crunch and flavor. Just went to this location about 30 minutes ago. I am beyond disappointed... I had a bad experience with the one down the highway on placentia and now here... This is ridiculous for a side salad... The jacks by my office has never disappointed me. The customer service was pleasant... Cashier in drive through was sweet attentive I have issue with that. My issue is with this being a side salad portion at this location. The staff is rude and very unwelcoming. I understand being unhappy with a job but the lack of customer hospitality was disappointing.

Consistently gets order wrong. Always having to go back. Today was no different. By the time I was looking at two burgers out of three wrong I just threw everything back in the bag and went into the location. Was questioned up and down by whoever was working the counter said he would remake the whole order because I complained that the whole order is going to be cold by the time we get back to our house. They consistently messed up my order, but they do it with a warm smile, so I'm torn on how to rate their service. lol! Even if I'm literally their only customer and I'm ordering one item with no special requests, they still give me something completely different. However, it has led me to try something new on occasion. Maybe it's a sneaky marketing tactic? Aside from that the food is good. They do need to clean their lines in their drink fountain, though. The water is yellow and tastes like old sink water. There's always plenty of parking. Wait time in the drive-thru is okay. Went through drive thru today ordered my food and so far with what I got I should have gotten 2-3 sauces as I got 10 piece nuggets and 3 piece jalapeño poppers. As soon as I got to the window I told the guy I want 4 ranch and 2 Buffalo sauce thinking he will figure what I get and what needs to be charged as extra. Never did she talk to me, she just reached out for my card, gave it back to me with my food just chatting it up talking about shopping. Not only was she rude to me she also wouldn't give me ANY sauces unless I paid for them. I asked why can I not even get one and she said because the Owner said that the customers have to pay for sauces unless they get a combo then they only get one. My order was only missing a drink and had more items than just a combo. Also she wouldn't give me taco sauce for the four tacos I got unless I paid for it! Is she pocketing this money?!?? I know I had written another review from a couple of weeks back stating my displeasure with this particular location and that I would not be returning but I did in fact go back because of convenience and proximity to my work. This time instead of the drive thru I opted to walk in. I was with a co-worker and there were two people in the dining area apparently waiting on their food.... We stood there at the order counter...Someone attending to the orders saw us but turned back to what they were doing without even acknowledging our presence or summoning anyone else there to come take our order. Another person came out and was standing at the register doing something which I am unsure of. She barely even looked up at us standing 2 feet in front of her and finally grumbled "be right with you".....we continued to stand there while this woman did whatever she was doing, still right in front of us.....and we waited.....and waited......and waited........ Finally fed up we turned and left without ordering or to put it more truthfully, without even having a chance to order. Not sure what is wrong with this Jack in the Box but all I can say to the manager and staff is GFYs!!! Seriously, you are the absolute worst JITB I have EVER BEEN TO!!! read more

I usually have been going here, despite the bad reviews ive had small issues here and there, but nothing that warranted a bad review. But today is kind of the day. Its 11:00 and even though their hours are 4am to 4am essentially always open, they are closed. Bad management if their hours are different. There are places with only 2 or 3 employees that effectively maintain their online listings that show their operating hours, so this means that either ownership, management, or both parties have little regard for their branches image and consideration for their customers. They continue to give me ahard time. When ordering a chicken nugget combo you should be giving at least two sauces! They argue that is considered an extra cost. NO ITS NOT! Each combo should come with 1-2 sauces! Every morning and the older gentleman are super nice and give us sauce. These ladies who work the evening are rude. I'm visiting my moms house and wanted to grab something to eat that was quick and convenient and I noticed a Jack in the Box was nearby! Me and my brother stopped by in the early afternoon and we honestly ordered a lot of food but all of the employees were understanding. The food was really good, as always, and the employees, although it seemed they may have been rushed, were relatively kind and quick. Most places these days aren't under great management and people tend to take it out on the staff, and although this may be the case for this location, the staff did a great job, keep it up!:) read more

I came in this morning Monday, October 2 around 9:20 AM. The drive-through line had about three cars in front of me which isn't bad, but it took like 20 minutes just for me to order. Then the woman at the drive thru wasn't the friendliest. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She had a bad attitude. And she had absolutely no knowledge of the menu, which I thought ok maybe she's new, but when I would ask her questions and she didn't know the answer to them, she would reply in a very rude way, and then when I asked her for condiments again she looked at me very rude with an attitude, she seems like she's very annoyed and mad.
