For years I've been going to the Jack-in-the-Box because it's the closest one by my house and they never get my order right never either there's something wrong with the person taking the order or there's something wrong with the cook or they don't know how to speak English or I don't know but they always get my order wrong! The number that's online doesn't work. For years that number has never worked and they don't fix nothing there the place looks like crap and it's just crap you can't get a hold of anybody corporate you can't get a hold of the manager you can't even get a hold of the cashier unless you drive back there which is pointless at this at that point.. Best service I've had at a Jack in the Box. The person who took my order was incredibly friendly. There was a small mix up because something on the sign advertised an ingredient they didn't have. They came outside in the drive through to check the sign. Immediately update it and apologize for the inconvenience. They also offered me good alternatives. read more

I see some issues from other yelpers, people do mess up in drive-thrus, I admit it,but people dont drive away until you check it. I went in today st 6:15 am, and had breakfast. I had their ultimate breakfast sandwich. Slice of ham, really good fresh real pieces of bacon unlike Carl's jr. Nice sausage patty. Fresh egg and a nice piece of cheese on toasted sourdough and it was scrumptious. I asked her to put mayonnaise on it and they did. I'm not joking it was the best breakfast sandwich I've had in quite a long time for a fast food chain. Again let me repeat the bacon was real!! The service was great. The food came out right away. The manager who was wearing a grey shirt was very personable, she had taken my order and had a clean rag in the other hand and she was wiping down everything. Place was extremely clean inside. Don't come to this Jack in The Box. They have the worst service, the rudest employees, the chubby lady shift leader( in her 40's) have no people skills and is very condescending when dealing with the customers. They have the wrong prices at the drive-thru menu, and they overcharge for the items. They charge a dollar for extra sauce, which is ridiculous, and none of the other JITB does that. No wonder they have 1 and a half stars. I think this particular establishment is a franchise, and I wonder if the owner knows the type of employees he or she has hired. I visited this Jack in the Box, 12/30/20, and placed a drive-through order. I ordered a drink, 2 Tacos, and a Jumbo Jack Burger. The food was not cooked fresh to order. The tacos were greasy and room temperature. They had been sitting most likely from lunch. I hate pre-made cold food. I ordered a custom made Jumbo Jack. I ordered extra lettuce, extra mayo, extra tomatoes, extra onions. I got enough lettuce, NO Tomatoes AT ALL!!!. I never heard of a Jumbo Jack without Tomatoes. No extra mayo, and no extra pickles or onion. In fact very little. The Worst part was that the BURGER Patty was Overcooked Well and Dried out like I was eating a piece of Leather!!! This makes 2 local Jack in the Box restaurant I will not go to Ever Again! Glad I have a good one the other side of town. This is definitely the worst Jack I've ever been too. Not once, or twice, but multiple times they mess up the order. Every time we have come here it is thru the drive thru. For starters they always take forever to get the food. Whether there is a line or no line and you are the only one, they take forever. I know there food is not freshly made on site so I'm not sure what takes so long each time. As for the wrong orders, it's been various things that happen. We order one sandwich and get a completely different one, or things we ordered aren't in the bag, or we ask for something and they don't bill or provide it. Came here after work for a quick dinner fix and got myself their new Fish sandwich combo. Upgraded the curly fries to their (also new) Garlic Herb Fries - an extra 40 cents. And I also got a side of onion rings just because. Fish sandwich wasn't bad at all. In fact, I think it's actually better than Mcdee's Filet O Fish (but that's just my opinion). I drive to the Jack in the Box all the way in Knoll Ranch which is 15 minutes away from my house (versus this one being 5 minutes away) because I spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru anyways!! All right- most of Yelp is a bit on the hoity-toitier side of life, rightfully so- who the hell reviews fast food, generally- but I must give a special cheer for the local Jack in the Crack down the road. When you get drunk and are jonesing for the greasy stomach-lining to minimize the hangover, I highly recommend the ultimate cheeseburger combo. The staff is great- I had an advance order of 70 tacos and 35 chicken sandwiches for a school party and they had that ready to pick up at 7AM on the dot- packed, wrapped, hot... quite impressive. Worst Jack in the Box in the whole world. And I've been to a good handful of Jack in the Box's especially in the LA area but for an OC area hands down THE worst! I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 9:30-9:33 pm and there was a cone in front of the drive thru blocking it! Mind you prior to pulling up I had looked online and saw that they close at 10 pm especially on a Saturday night. I moved the cone and they proceeded to take my order and told me next time not to move the cone! While I was at the drive thru window they have a sign of their hours that show the drive thru closes at 11:30 pm! I told them that online and their sign right there shows they close WAY later and they all ignored me. I don't know who's in charge of that store specifically but I hope they know they are purposely closing early therefore losing money in doing so. Telling me they already cleaned their grills and what not at ~9:30 pm when all hours everywhere state they close past 10 pm... yeah right. I live 2 blocks down and am extremely disappointed. To whom this review may concern, I hope you talk to your staff about closing early on a SATURDAY night. Or if I am wrong and the store does close at 9:30 pm, change the hours everywhere online!
