This place is my go-to taco shop since it is so close to home. It is located in Anaheim right off the 57 freeway in a small plaza with other food and a 7 Eleven. Parking is a bit small but people come and go so you don't have to wait too long. On weekend nights this place gets really busy so you will have to wait. They do have a small dining area with a few tables inside and a couple outside of the taco shop. The ladies at the register are great and always encourage me to order in Spanish since they know I struggle. They always get my order right and the service is so fast. There is a self serve condiment area inside with radish, cucumber, different salsas/chilis, and frijoles/beans. If you dine inside, you can get the beans for free. They are delicious. I tend to order the mulitas with carne asada. It comes with a side salad with crema and cucumbers. Everything tastes so good and I love how the cheese melts in the mulita. It is finger looking good. My favorites meats is the carne asada, carnitas, and the al pastor. I just found out that they are open for breakfast and I have my eye on the chorizo burrito so I will definitely go back. read more

The chorizo could have been a little less greasyish, but honestly maybe the taste of the sope I got just made me want another one instead of the chorizo . :D The salsas had a good taste to them. I got 4 al pastor tacos plus 1 asada and paid $20. The quality of the tacos were good, but idk if I'd pay $3.50 each. However, they are more sizable than other tacos. Flavor and sauces were all decent as well - solid 7/10 taco taste-wise... just expensive. The service was good and extremely fast as you'd expect from a taco joint. Order at the front, then grab your own sauces and free beans to the right of the cashier. The interior is small maybe seats around 15ish give or take. Location is next to a liquor store so you can buy drinks separately as an option. I'd give this place around 3.4/5 stars. Maybe I'll come back if the prices decrease a little. read more

Visited on January 8th. It's in a small parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The place was clean. The service was good. I had potato taco also known as tacos dorados. The combination plate comes with 3 hard shell tacos, rice and beans. They have a salsa bar and a pot of cooked beans available for you to enjoy while you wait for your food. I have to say, those beans were good. They have fountain and bottled drinks and aguas fresas. Orchata was good. Overall, I'd recommend this place and would come back to try other items. read more

Hands-down the best thing we ate, was the quesadilla you got to go for the freshly handmade tortilla. Best way to go it's almost like three tacos and one when you add meat really enjoyed the tacos but could've rocked with a bunch of quesadillas and been super happy. Not a lot of seating inside, but for the most part, the eats are pretty quick. It's pretty straightforward so there's a lot of turnover. It's open till 12:30 in the morning so you can grab your tacos real late. We ordered probably 20 tacos between us and they came out super fast. read more

Thankfully the salsas and condiments added flavor and made the meal a lot better but the meat on its own was missing something. The burritos come with the standard items: rice, beans, cilantro, onion and meat, and you can choose to remove any of them (they asked if everything was okay). Since it wasn't taco Tuesday and it was raining the restaurant was quiet we were the only people dining in. Definitely a visit if you're looking for a real taqueria. Been coming here frequently maybe once a month but the last time was the last time. I am almost certain I got some sort of stomach bug or food poisoning the last time I ate here. After I finished the food I had a bad feeling about it, just a gut feeling that what I ate, was not okay to consume. As I was sitting down, I got a glimpse into the back and a worker or two were sitting or walking around drinking beer with no gloves. Which is crazy to me but you do you. Meat is cheap and never really cooked or cared for very obviously, usually bland or missing color to it. I've had this lingering nausea feeling for a week now and I'm certain it stemmed from eating here. They were cleaning the inside (which is always good to see that they clean before closing) and while the chairs were being stacked (we must have come close to closing, sorry!) it looked like there were plenty of seating if dining in. We ordered carne asada burritos and while they're a little pricey, it's pretty standard pricing across shops and the burrito itself was delicious even after sitting about 15 mins to bring home. Menu prices were really reasonable compared to a lot of the places I've been recently. My plate was only $10. I got asada fries. They come with pico de gallo, cheese, guacamole, and crema. Nice authentic Mexican flavors and ingredients, not Americanized with liquid nacho cheese. Everything is fresh. They have a cart with veggies and salsas, I tried the two green ones; verde and guacamole. Neither is spicy, very flavorful. The staff was nice. Place was clean inside. I'll definitely be back.
