Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Midland, Texas

I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash. Waited an hour before I contacted support on the DoorDash side. Support told me to call the store directly. When I did the man who answered told me to contact DoorDash support. I told him I had and I was told to contact the store directly. He told me again to contact support. This happened 7 times before I just asked if they could make the food. He then called me a fata$$ and hung up on me. Disgusting behavior. Nobody should be treated that way when calling to find out why their food is taking so long. Very disrespectful. read more

they had no one to take orders inside, despite 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. after about 5 minutes of waiting, they pointed to the monitor turned around so we could key in our own order. it must have been used by someone else, as there were orders already inputted. I spent some time trying to figure out how to void the current order and start over. sorry, I've never worked fast food. it wasn't a screen like in other places made for customers to use- it was their screen. lazy rude staff. absolutely worst jack in the box experienc, fast food experience I have ever had. place was filthy, the screen was sticky and filthy read more

The soda machine was half empty and also overflowing with water and covered the floor around it and down the row with water. The workers are nice but i would hope they could mop up the water. The dining area is currently an afterthought so id recommend the drive thru. The food was good as usual. read more

Stay far away from this place. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Waited 24 minutes at the drive through ordering menu, another 26 minutes waiting in line which had one car in front of me. Upon getting to the window, the attendant stuck her head out and asked me " what was your order again?" 6 employees working and no one in the restaurant to be waited on. No excuses except lack of work ethic, urgency, training. read more

Food is great and I have say the manager there Jayden is a very great manager she always keeps her employees in check

Food was cold and stale. Restaurant looks old and dirty. Order was incomplete. Avoid eating here. read more

I don't know what happened. But this speed of service is pathetic. The kitchen is too slow. Their is no one dinning inside and it's still a 20-25 wait at the window. They should make you pay after they hand you your food. read more

Go to the Drive thru, its quicker than the lobby. The drive thru staff was friendly. When I am craving jack in the crack I go to this location, Not a fan of the hand cut fries, but I do love their curly fries! read more

Jack in the Box - Ranch Chicken Club - Fast Food Near Me - Midland, Texas

The food was hot. That's really all I got. Rude customer service, no for to eat with or napkins. Nothing much to say about this visit.

Terrible management. Possibly understaffed. All of the 5-6 employees in the kitchen and no one cleaning the restaurant. Literally every table is filthy. This is a busy location being off of interstate 20. Expect to have long wait times. I decided to leave the drive through after waiting for over 30 minutes at the menu with no explanation of why or expected wait time until I would be served. There is a MCDonalds across the street with great customer service and short wait times and not to mention a clean location. read more

TERRIBLE JACK IN THE BOX! (SN: I'm writing this review on behalf of my fiancé.) He ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave him an OLD, COLD, STALE, RAGEDY cheeseburger. It looked disgusting. He said the curly fries were okay. read more

The Guy In The Drive Thru Was Super Friendly and He's The Only Person Who Got My Order Correct From There And Also Gave Me Extra Condiments I Love That Guy I Always Go There Every-time Now Because Of Him Being So Friendly And Making My Order Correct His Name Was Ryan, Thank You Ryan. The sourdough steak melt was very good, but the fries were stale and cold and the soda tasted watered down. Tables were all dirty and I ended up having to wipe down our table in order to sit down to eat. They had sign on door for help so maybe they were short staffed, but that is no excuse for serving old fries! read more

I did drive thru here everything was good fast service they were nice and the food was very good. love the buttery Jack

Place is disgusting, food and grease on the counters and tables. Horrible customer service. You figure with a soda machine that offers like 150 different drink varieties they would have plenty, but no, Coke or flavored water... The giant tea containers are just paperweights as well. These people are severely inconvenienced to have to do anything for you. Get your sh*t together people, it's a fast food joint and I count 7 of you, go clean something. read more

I love jack in the box but a lot of the times I hesitate to go. Reason being is because they take way too long. Last time I went I waited literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. And I saw them leave my bags of food by the window for 5 minutes before handing it to me. And no they weren't adding things to the bags. The bags were just there and no one was attending me at the window until I honked twice and they finally give me my food.. like seriously thanks for the tease.. read more

I would have to give this place zero stars but I have to give them 1. 9:30am and this place is filthy. From dirty tables to the floor looking like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. The walls have a nasty film on them as well. This manager doesn't respect his company to allow this to happen. I will never eat here again in midland,Tx. read more

A little over an hour ago, I decided to grab a bite to eat at a nearby Jack in the box. My girlfriend was with me. The dining was closed, so we did the drive thru. This was my first experience at jack in box hear in Midland TX. I frequented the ones in San Antonio and never had any problems. This recent experience was disastrous!...not sure if the employee at window was high, but he was. The order was messed up in every way and then messed up more. Fries were cold and was a blend of curly and regular. Tacos were also cold, and after I specifically asked 3 times for extra taco sauce....guess what I got...... NO SAUCE AT ALL.! I did however get 30 napkins for a simple $14 order. My bacon cheeseburger was also cold and the lettuce was browning. My girlfriend ordered a Jumbo Jack w/chz and got a super small junior burger. The only thing half way decent was the chicken nuggets. Go figure pull out freezer, drop in fryer, push timer. Actually got lucky with that. Ordered a 10 PC, and there were 11 PCs. It was like I hit the lottery. Lol. Probably the worst fast food experience I ever had, and will ever have. I got beat, cheated, and I'm hoping I don't get sick after the 3 bites I did consume. I think i even disrespected the trash can for putting that crap of what they call food inside it. Sorry trashcan. read more
