I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash. Waited an hour before I contacted support on the DoorDash side. Support told me to call the store directly. When I did the man who answered told me to contact DoorDash support. I told him I had and I was told to contact the store directly. He told me again to contact support. This happened 7 times before I just asked if they could make the food. He then called me a fata$$ and hung up on me. Disgusting behavior. they had no one to take orders inside, despite 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. after about 5 minutes of waiting, they pointed to the monitor turned around so we could key in our own order. it must have been used by someone else, as there were orders already inputted. The soda machine was half empty and also overflowing with water and covered the floor around it and down the row with water. The workers are nice but i would hope they could mop up the water. Stay far away from this place. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Waited 24 minutes at the drive through ordering menu, another 26 minutes waiting in line which had one car in front of me. Terrible management. Possibly understaffed. All of the 5-6 employees in the kitchen and no one cleaning the restaurant. Literally every table is filthy. This is a busy location being off of interstate 20. Expect to have long wait times. I decided to leave the drive through after waiting for over 30 minutes at the menu with no explanation of why or expected wait time until I would be served. There is a MCDonalds across the street with great customer service and short wait times and not to mention a clean location. read more

The sourdough steak melt was very good, but the fries were stale and cold and the soda tasted watered down. Tables were all dirty and I ended up having to wipe down our table in order to sit down to eat. You figure with a soda machine that offers like 150 different drink varieties they would have plenty, but no, Coke or flavored water... The giant tea containers are just paperweights as well. I love jack in the box but a lot of the times I hesitate to go. Reason being is because they take way too long. Last time I went I waited literally 30 minutes in the drive thru. And I saw them leave my bags of food by the window for 5 minutes before handing it to me. And no they weren't adding things to the bags. A little over an hour ago, I decided to grab a bite to eat at a nearby Jack in the box. My girlfriend was with me. The dining was closed, so we did the drive thru. This was my first experience at jack in box hear in Midland TX. I frequented the ones in San Antonio and never had any problems. This recent experience was disastrous!...not sure if the employee at window was high, but he was. The order was messed up in every way and then messed up more. Fries were cold and was a blend of curly and regular. Tacos were also cold, and after I specifically asked 3 times for extra taco sauce....guess what I got...... NO SAUCE AT ALL.! I did however get 30 napkins for a simple $14 order. My bacon cheeseburger was also cold and the lettuce was browning. My girlfriend ordered a Jumbo Jack w/chz and got a super small junior burger. The only thing half way decent was the chicken nuggets. Go figure pull out freezer, drop in fryer, push timer. Actually got lucky with that. Ordered a 10 PC, and there were 11 PCs. It was like I hit the lottery. Lol. Probably the worst fast food experience I ever had, and will ever have. I got beat, cheated, and I'm hoping I don't get sick after the 3 bites I did consume.
