This review was using both drive thru pick up and the Jack in the box App. I ordered for a friend who was " starving " I was able to use points for a free Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and customized with lettuce, tomato, onion both raw and grilled. A side of onion rings and an iced coffee. I had to get a couple of tacos for myself just because. The drive thru experience was smooth just let them know I had a mobile order was directed to the window and had my food in no time. Everything as requested. The App accepts Apple Pay so no need to wait for change. The location is well maintained recently repainted. There is ample parking. This location is open 24/7 with occasional closures for deep cleaning in the early AM. read more

This location is hit and miss. Sometimes they get my order right, a lot of times they give me smaller fries than what I payed for or noticeably small portions (potato wedges.) Are they really trying to save money by stealing from the customer? Unethical. Why hire kids who don't care about the customer experience or not passionate about restaurant life? read more

If I could give this place a million stars I would. Most would say it's just a regular old fast food restaurant but it's the community aspect . I love the customer service, the staff, how clean the keep it and just the overall aspect of the place. They have never given me a bad experience in the few years I come for breakfast , lunch or occasional dinner. Can't stress it enough, I hope every employee here does well on their journey to success because it's rightfully granted read more

It's cheap food made well and served fresh and hot. It seems like such a simple recipe, yet, so many fall short. Not these guys... they ROCK! read more

Everything was overcooked. I got Uber eats no plastic wear, no salt no napkins no syrup for my French toast wrong drinks. Very upset!!

Flat soda tasted nothing like coca cola. A/C on blast & it 50° outside. Grafitti etched in tables windows & walls. Someone tagged inside the diningroom on the wall. They closed diningroom 15 minutes early because babydolls ride was here. Atmosphere was cold & sterile. At 9:58, a bum tryed the doors. Im sure it was to ask for a cup of water or to take a shit. read more

The food quality isn't the best and the customer service is terrible. One of the worst locations in Long Beach. I actually can't think of any good Jack in the box locations to eat in. read more

This place just told me at the drive-through that they were only serving combo meals and I could not order tacos or anything à la carte. That's a great way to get me to buy a drink I don't need. But that's embarrassing for a restaurant. Zero stars if I could give it. By the way, I've been here over 100 times. read more

Went to Jack in the Box at 11th & C st downtown San Diego today for the first and last time today.. ordered 20 tacos at 11:30. Watched one of the guys take off his hat and rub all over his head with his gloved hand and then put a taco into a taco sleeve. Maybe because I didn't tip? read more

Once in a long while, an employee forgets to give me condiments. For the most part, service is quick and food is excellent for fast food standard. My usual is the Sourdough Jack. Hmmm... Let's see. Four stars for a FUC'n fast food joint? Yes sir-ee. I'm easy, (usually). Plus, I'm feeling all rainbows and unicorns right now so 4 stars it is. I frequent this JIB because it's close to work and contrary to popular belief, I don't always have an hour and a half for lunch. (Being a department of one does have it's benefits tho, wink, wink). The pluses... They have nevah, evah, got my order incorrect at this location. NEVER!!! That's some $hit right there!!! Food is always fresh, warm and tastee. (Well, as tastee as "fast food" can be). Service with a smile and even if the line(s) span the globe, they will get you outta there in decent time. Way, way better than that porta-potty craphole Mickey D's that is across the street... Great selection of sandwiches, salads and extra-curriculars, (I love the jalapeno poppers), as well as a few "low-calorie" options. And to be honest... Jack's tacos rock!!! As freakin' ugly and simple as they are, I could eat about 10 of the little feckers with no problem. But... I can, (again, contrary to popular belief), exercise some semblance of self control and limit my intake to two, (worse case three), of 'em in the rare instances I suffer an epic fail and fall off the proverbial taco truck. Smallish parking lot and the interior is typically very clean, though I drive-thru more often than not, (just because I'm in a hurry and have to get back to the office). Only bummer, (aka - 1 star), is due to the panhandler's that frequent the joint / grounds. They are persistent as all heck, kind of like seagulls at the beach. My bad though because if I'd quit feeding them my change, I suppose they'd leave me alone... read more

They greeted me right away. Got my order fast and correct. Made it fresh, and was hot when I got it. But what really made it a good visit. Was the fresh fries. There were some already cooked, but they threw them out. Not serve them to me anyway, or re heat them, or mix them in with the new ones. read more

I dont even think this place deserves a star.. This will be the last time we are coming here. We went on drive thru and the cashier was rushing us on our order. Today,12/22/20, at around noon we stopped at this store for lunch. Drive thru a long slow line. when I ordered, I told the attendant I had two complimentary meal coupons and ordered the siracha sandwich combos. Mr. Carlos Diaz, DO, District Manager, Feastfoods, LLC, had gracefully sent these 2 coupons to me. The instructions were never to redeem them at any particular store we live in Long Beach, and this store was closest to us today. The manager, Alvaro R. refused to honor the coupons. He stated, the coupons were not from his store. 'you could buy one meal though, and I'll take one coupon only' I was patient enough to explain that the coupons had no rules to use in one particular store, and that we would really like to redeem them as we were craving a sandwich. He spoke and negated any favorable outcome and with the outmost lack of respect, positive attitude, basic manners and decency. He was insinuating, he could take one coupon but not two. which means, he could have honored both, if he could honor one coupon. What if I were an inspector, or quality control from headquarters? What if we were really hungry and had nothing to eat, but those coupons to feed us. The attendant and the manager, Alvaro R at this store are what seems to be wrong with things now a days. I used to be a manager, basic customer service training and basic common decency treatment were top factors in doing business. They need to retrain these workers, or maybe consider house cleaning and rehiring more customer assistance attitude employees. we doubt we will be returning here, and i may tell my friends/family all about it. Here is for the rest of you who think of spending your money there! Do not expect any jolly or cheerful attitude from Alvaro R. and his team! A. read more

We had a bad service from employee Cindy. Rude. Over charge us for our order. We order Mini Churros for 10pcs but charge us Mini Churros for 5pcs. Horrible service. Ordered two orders of tacos and they wouldn't give me any buttermilk sauce with my order. I asked for my money back and they at first didn't want to give me my money back so I insisted and the senior employee had to get me my money back but the young female employee didn't want to give me my $3.06. I was at the restaurant at 2245 hrs. I don't recommend this Jack in the box to anyone. Ver disappointed with the service. read more

Waiting in line for over 20 minutes on a hot day is not how I like to spend my time. My dad gets these coupons from Jack in the Box that I never get and he sent me to get food. This coupon was for 2 extreme sausage combos for $6. That's an amazing deal! However, he just wants the sandwiches which by themselves is over $6 dollars. But the confusing part for everybody is the drink situation. I don't want coffee and the young man told me I could get something to replace it. When he said bottled water, I said ok. But I didn't ended up getting drinks which is fine. But these coupons should be made easier for the employees and just be sandwiches. I might as well offer my advice! Just to make things easier, I did say let the drinks go but they were sitting right at the window. This coupon has caused issues in the past. read more

Two words for this Jack in the Crack: FUCK YOU! What's with your fucking drive-thru service? Is it possible to ever complete a transaction in less than ten minutes? Doubtful. And it's not like you are ever that busy. I will roll in there with like two cars ahead of me. No matter. It WILL take turning off the ignition and just sitting there waiting like a total dickhead, thinking, I coulda just drove anywhere else and been served twice as quick parking and walking up to ANY RANDOM restaurant. I have actually almost RAN OUT OF GAS waiting here in this drive thru. It should be renamed DRIVE IN. Because they could fucking show a Seinfeld episode while you wait for your food. Can I tell you a secret? A deep, shameful one? I love Jack in the Box. I'm not supposed to. At least, perhaps I'm not supposed to post-college. I wasn't raised this way. When I was little, my mom used to tell me that Jack in the Box burgers were made from dead elephants, and even though I believed her, still she could not keep us apart. I would just bite into my burger and chew while thinking, "Damn, elephants is GOOD!" Jack in the Box is for special occasions, though. Special occasion meaning: raging hangover. Ultimate Cheeseburger, curly fries, a large diet Coke and hallelujah - I'm cured. It's like my own personal religious revival. But...it's not elephants, right? read more

This review is about the service at this location. There is a young lady who works the drive thru named Kimberly who truly understands superior customer service. Would never eat here again.... About 3 weeks ago I ordered a special that came with a drink fires a burger and 2 tacos called the big deal. I left withought checking the bag and the tacos were missing got to admit it was my fault for not checking also but I was on hurry back to work from lunch. I called spoke to a manger she said she wrote my name down to go back after I get out of work to get my tacos. I get off work go take my receipt and tell the girl in the front I called about the tacos she checked to see if my name was written down and it wasn't the good thing is I remembered the managers name I spoke to so the girl tells manager on duty the situation and the manager on duty tells her to give me those tacos that have been sitting there for a while in Spanish obviously the manager didn't notice me bc she was to busy eating in the cooking area in stead of the brake room or the dining area and dint know I spoke Spanish also so I responded back in Spanish and told her she can keep her tacos that I use to wark for jack in the box which I did and I would call the corporate office and report her and so I did. This is the thing when you order from jack in The box always ask for your food fresh no matter what and always treat the people when you order food in the drive-thru nice bc I seen what people do to peoples food and you always need to remember there the ones who make your food. read more
