Asked for no cheese and tomato on my burger and received the opposite, the lady at the drive then asked what sauce I wanted and I told her taco sauce, ranch and honey mustard.... I received no sauce. I received no straws with my drinks and on top I received no receipt. Get it together jack In the box read more

Today I went to this jack in the box and was treated awful!!

Can you please just read the order and give the correct food . It would be much appreciate from the people whom pay 10$ a meal and don't get their proper meal and or items . I mean that's why you ask us does your order look correct on the screen right ? read more

Worst fast food restaurant/drive thru I've ever been to. They first had to clarify our order numerous times. Was first in line for the drive thru, was then asked to pull up and park to wait for our order to be made. We waited 20 minutes for our food all the while watching customers in the drive thru behind us get our food before us. Once we finally got our order we noticed they gave us croissants instead of the burritos like we originally ordered. We went in and asked about it, and they said since they were out of burritos they gave us croissants instead. They should be telling us they're out of burritos in the first place rather than changing the order on us without our knowledge!!!! Worst jack in the box HANDS DOWN read more

I really enjoyed being ignored for 40 minutes by the May 27 4am crew. I especially liked the complete lack of explanation while I stood by the counter as every drive-thru customer was served while I watched. The cherry on top is that I was told to order within 5 minutes or I would have to wait an extra 15 before I could attempt another order. If only I got that chance to order as the only customer in line my experience would have been truly incredible. Well done 05/27/18 Jack in the Box Crew. read more

Ordered through the drive thru, grilled cheese was just microwaved. Jalapeño poppers not fresh at all. Paid for cheese on spicy chicken and received no cheese. Sad, because I like jack n the box. read more

Staff is very rude and just overall very unprofessional. Jack in the box corporate please choose different staff.

Went here Saturday mid morning, Jack in the Box is pretty much the same everywhere you go. I didn't have a problem with the food at all, it's what you expect from them. My wide and daughter needed to use the bathroom whichever was locked and for customers only. The manager had the only key and wouldn't open it because she thought there was someone in it. Oh well they held it till we got home. But the reason I'm rating this low is on the way out in broad day light in their parking lot there was a guy doing a drug deal! Maybe I'm naïve about Lompoc, but you won't find me at this Jack in the Box ever again!!!! read more

the delivery service was horrible got a response and there bosses didnt do anything either dont go here !!!

Ok I know it's Jack in the Box so my expectations are low to begin with. I don't normally eat fast food but I was desperate. The manager that took out order is surly and rude. She does not know her own product when I asked what was on the buttery jack. The area in front of the registers was full of small buzzing around flies. If you can believe it they got the order wrong. During our meal the manager had a very loud conversation in Spanish with other diners. All and all not coming back. read more

This is the worst fast food restaurant in town. Not only do they take so long to get your order, they also screw up on it. Their drive thru is always really slow too, especially around lunch time, it literally takes you over 20 minutes to get your food. Its ridiculous. read more

The food quality has went down slowly, but the customer service of i believe one of the assistant managers is always a pleasure to encounter with. She does always pay attention and give you her best each time. I am not sure what her name is, but she is a nice change when it comes to fast food workers and their politeness. read more

What happened to good ol' Jack in the Box??? It used to be consistently good, now it's consistently bad. :( Sucks, because I miss the hot tacos and crispy fries. Now the food is mostly cold. (My pet peeve). I actually used to work at JIB's years ago, and I remember how hard the crew worked to make sure "we don't make it 'til you order it". Get it together, Jack in the Box, people are counting on you. Especially at 2 a.m. read more

I use to go here all the time for a late night snack run. The taco's were good and the curly fires were amazing. The people are eh they're okay. Some are nice some are not. read more

The food is only really good for a late night meal. I find the food really greasy! I like how the hours are 24/7 & the prices are pretty cheap. It's just an average fast food joint. The service and cleanliness has gotten better as the years went by. read more

All I have to say is CAN YOU PLEASE GET THE FREAKIN NUMBER OF TACOS RIGHT CONSISTENTLY PLEASE?!?! When we order at the drive-thru there are tacos missing much too frequently than I ordered, it's not that hard to count!! A few other times a burger was missing as well PLEASE get your orders right, I like getting what I paid for and not having to go back each time, people don't always have the time for that. read more

Came in late at night with three kids service and speed was great thank you jack in box

Worst fast food in the area, theyve got my order wrong one too many times. Never again going there, fried food comes out warm and soggy, they always forget something. read more

I've ALWAYS found it to be uncomfortably cold in the dining area. I like JB and go to the one in Orcutt, much nicer there. Buellton's pretty good also if you sit by the fireplace. read more

I honestly wish I could give this no stores or maybe even negative. Went here yesterday ordered quite a few things they weren't busy at all. Got up to the window and the first thing she hands us is wrong my mother got a LARGE coffee but instead got handed a regular when we had to say large about 6 times while ordering. When she started handing my mom the food she was more like throwing it at her. When we got our last food items we asked for ranch the girl just walked away and didn't come back. So finally another girl came up to he window and my mom asked again for some ranch when then the first girl came up and pretty much threw the ranch at her. We had had enough at this point so we just went home. Once we got home my food was incorrect and so was my sons kids meal. I don't understand how it is so hard to just give what customers order. Like I said in the beginning it wasn't busy at all so how in the world we got the wrong food I have no idea and why she was throwing food at us idk I really wish I could read her name. Won't be going to this Jack In the Box ever again. read more

This Jack in the Box has the worst customer service. The employees are rude and the managers are just as bad. The customer is not important at all. I was told to treat her employees with respect. What happened to the customer is always right. These young children/ think they are adults have no respect for their elders. I won't ever be coming back to this establishment. Not to mention the food is always cold and dry. If I could give them no stars I would. read more
