This is the worse jack in the box I have eated. My husband get some to go food, hamburger, tacoss and nugget for my kids. Beverages were most water with some color. They didnt put ketchup and hot sauce. No ice for the beverages!!!!! read more

Worst fast food restaurant/drive thru I've ever been to. They first had to clarify our order numerous times. Was first in line for the drive thru, was then asked to pull up and park to wait for our order to be made. We waited 20 minutes for our food all the while watching customers in the drive thru behind us get our food before us. Once we finally got our order we noticed they gave us croissants instead of the burritos like we originally ordered. We went in and asked about it, and they said since they were out of burritos they gave us croissants instead. I really enjoyed being ignored for 40 minutes by the May 27 4am crew. I especially liked the complete lack of explanation while I stood by the counter as every drive-thru customer was served while I watched. The cherry on top is that I was told to order within 5 minutes or I would have to wait an extra 15 before I could attempt another order. Ordered through the drive thru, grilled cheese was just microwaved. Jalapeño poppers not fresh at all. Paid for cheese on spicy chicken and received no cheese. Sad, because I like jack n the box. read more

Ok I know it's Jack in the Box so my expectations are low to begin with. I don't normally eat fast food but I was desperate. The manager that took out order is surly and rude. She does not know her own product when I asked what was on the buttery jack. The area in front of the registers was full of small buzzing around flies. If you can believe it they got the order wrong. During our meal the manager had a very loud conversation in Spanish with other diners. All and all not coming back. read more

This is the worst fast food restaurant in town. Not only do they take so long to get your order, they also screw up on it. Their drive thru is always really slow too, especially around lunch time, it literally takes you over 20 minutes to get your food. Its ridiculous. read more

Went here Saturday mid morning, Jack in the Box is pretty much the same everywhere you go. I didn't have a problem with the food at all, it's what you expect from them. My wide and daughter needed to use the bathroom whichever was locked and for customers only. The manager had the only key and wouldn't open it because she thought there was someone in it. Oh well they held it till we got home. But the reason I'm rating this low is on the way out in broad day light in their parking lot there was a guy doing a drug deal! The food quality has went down slowly, but the customer service of i believe one of the assistant managers is always a pleasure to encounter with. She does always pay attention and give you her best each time. I am not sure what her name is, but she is a nice change when it comes to fast food workers and their politeness. read more

The food is only really good for a late night meal. I find the food really greasy! I like how the hours are 24/7 & the prices are pretty cheap. It's just an average fast food joint. The service and cleanliness has gotten better as the years went by. read more

All I have to say is CAN YOU PLEASE GET THE FREAKIN NUMBER OF TACOS RIGHT CONSISTENTLY PLEASE?!?! When we order at the drive-thru there are tacos missing much too frequently than I ordered, it's not that hard to count!! A few other times a burger was missing as well PLEASE get your orders right, I like getting what I paid for and not having to go back each time, people don't always have the time for that. read more

I honestly wish I could give this no stores or maybe even negative. Went here yesterday ordered quite a few things they weren't busy at all. Got up to the window and the first thing she hands us is wrong my mother got a LARGE coffee but instead got handed a regular when we had to say large about 6 times while ordering. When she started handing my mom the food she was more like throwing it at her. When we got our last food items we asked for ranch the girl just walked away and didn't come back. So finally another girl came up to he window and my mom asked again for some ranch when then the first girl came up and pretty much threw the ranch at her. We had had enough at this point so we just went home. Once we got home my food was incorrect and so was my sons kids meal. I don't understand how it is so hard to just give what customers order. Like I said in the beginning it wasn't busy at all so how in the world we got the wrong food I have no idea and why she was throwing food at us idk I really wish I could read her name.
